Wish star wars darth vader stering wheel cover

I ordered it on Wish.com July 10 but found it was a duplicate gift so I sent it back in August and requested a refund, this is now October 12, 2018 and I have not received any refund. I have contacted Wish Support many many times with no results a different sent it back exactly as they said too and where they wanted it sent to. I wish you could help with this issue

Wish my order never came

So I ordered my survival bracelet on August 19, 2018 and it said that it was delivered August 30, 2018 but I never got it. I want a full refund and my bracelet shiped by the end of this week. It has been over a month since I ordered it. It better be here by October 19, 2018. When i went to go check on where it was they said that it was lost in shipping. This makes me sick. The bracelet was for my twin sisters 16th birthday. I want it now.

Wish lighter

I ordered the item and have not gotten it for two months now, I want a full refund and the product shipped to my door in the next week. This is ridiculous that I have not got on my item in months. This is not the only product that I have no cotton in months, there is a knife that I've ordered. You'll see it in my history. I'm not asking I'm telling to ship this stuff in the next week with a full refund.

Wish bridal ring set

Received this item today..., Very disappointed in quality..., looks very "fake" and has no weight to it, can't even feel it in my hand...
Very poor version of a simulated diamond, was going to be a gift, I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone...!
Will stick it in a drawer or throw it away...
I have more jewelry coming..., hope quality is much better...
I would Not recommend this item to anyone...

Wish fraudulent practice's

I have been trying to get a refund for some charges on my debit card that I didn't order. I have notifications on my phone when my debit card gets charged. So I went online to their website and cancelled any orders. I emailed customer service right away and they said a refund would be out in a couple of days. After one week I still haven't received it. So I called my bank and disputed the charges. And emailed back customer service they said that they would expedite the refund. Its been almost a month now and I still haven't received a refund or any order. So they have basically stolen $98 out of my bank without my permission and won't return it. They should be out of business doing crime's like this.

I haven't ordered anything from wish in over a couple months, all of the sudden there is a 98.00 dollar withdraw from my debit card. I got online and cancelled what they say I ordered which is a lie. I have done sent numerous emails and I still can't get my money back. Never use wish or you will be wishing you hadn't.
I will never make the mistake of ordering anything else from them again. I had to cancel my debit card and order new ones.

1/ If Wish.Com have taken money from your account without authorization that is a criminal offence. You need to report this incident to your nearest law enforcement agency as soon as possible. They will assist you. 2/ You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also known as the BBB. They can be found under this google web search : www.bbb.org/en/us The Better Business Bureau website is straight forward and easy to us. You can file your complaint against Wish.Com and it will not cost you a cent.

Wish purchases not received, account frozen for refunds

I will never support Wish again!
I have 5 outstanding items that should have been delivered a month ago. When I try to request a refund, they say I must first purchase more items to get my account in good standing order. They directly accused me of abusing their refund system. I find this offensive as I am not a thief. If they check the tracking numbers, they should be able to see that I did not receive my purchases.
I logged a complaint on the 3rd of October 2018 (Your request ([protected]) at [protected]@wish.com, but they only respond with automatic generated emails. I am keeping the threat open until a person responds to me.
I've made additional 3 purchases, but still cannot request a refund.
They refuse to tell me how many items I must purchase to get my account in good standing.
I studied their terms and conditions as well an no where do they mention that your account can be frozen due to refunds requested.
Wish's customer service is pathetic.
Wish's SERVICE is pathetic.
Wish is stealing our money.

Wish service

I made an order on wish on June 17, 4 orders was on same account on different days, after a couple of day they cancelled all my orders and said my order triggered some activities which they will now refund me my money. They refunded all the money but refuse to refund $788 dollar
Order number #5b1e4629b076562485228f7e. From June 17 to now octorber 11 they have not refunded my money, in the app it shows refunded but I have not gotten my till date.

I made an order on August 8, on September 3 I got notification that a store could not fufill my order so I will get my refund while the rest item will be processed, after I got some items they came very big so I wanted to ask for retune and refund which was 30days after delivery, and which give me a guarantee that I will get my refund if the item was bad, when I try to refund, wish told me that I have been flag for too much refund and I should buy more to make my acct ok for to ask for refund. This is my first time of buyingnon wish, I did not ask for refund, they told a store could not fulfill the item and send me back the money. Now I have a lot of bad items and I could not even ask for refund. I can show all details

i made an order on 18th august 2018, have still not recieved them, have made contact with wish support team so many times, still with no results, have even asked for a refund,
numerous times, but keep getting told to go to find the BIG BLUE REFUND button, but it looks like my PC does'nt have that inbuilt, be careful people this is not a very good outlet to buy from, also you may only pay a small amount for the items BUT the postage is outrageous

Wish my order or lack of

Won't let me pay for my order wanting my bank statement for the love of Pete I'm not buying a house from you!why can't you just take my order and let me pay for it? I have never experienced this type of run-around.if you think I suck as a customer let me know I can always take my business elsewhere.i would really like to fill this last order I have in with the promo code18fall I get fifty percent off.maybe that's why you won't let me order.i had better receive all my other orders.to date I have only received 1 item don't think I won't report to the better business bureau and I'll go as far as I need to I'll retain legal representation and you'll pay for it.dont think for a second that I'll take this mess lying down.Hell hath no fury...

Hello Deb,

Thanks for letting us know regarding your concern. Sorry to hear that your package didn't arrive yet. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong when shipping packages overseas and occasionally orders do get lost. If you can't tell where your package is from the tracking information and your estimated shipping time has passed, it's time to open a refund request through the app. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your money back.

To begin the refund process:
1.Tap the 'Order History' tab from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
2.Find your missing item on the page.
3.Tap on the big blue 'Request Refund' button under that item.
4.Follow the prompts to and fill out the required information to open your refund request.

This will open a request in our system and you should receive a reply within 24 hours.

Wish hair extensions

Hello, I purchased some hair extensions but they were not suitable, so I wrote to wish and I did get a refund into wish cash for £25, but I have been trying to get money back into my bank account, as there is nothing I would like to purchase from wish as to be honest I think the quality of products is poor, so please could you arrange this ASAP, I will take this matter further if I don't get a reply soon. Wish wish's fining policies unfair to sellers

Wish fines their merchants 20% of product prices if tracking does not show up in 7 days, They fail to realize that it can take up to 10 days for tracking to show up on some carriers. We would like to know what do you do with the FINE money, do you give it to customers or is this another revenue stream to defraud sellers. The fines are ludacris and put sellers at a loss. Wish should seriously get rid off the fine policy, this will be their demise as seller will get fed up. Sellers are being exploited and not treated fairly. Sellers should be given WISH fines, not the other way round, ungrateful bunch, who is the ones that feed you? the seller and buyer.

Some of these fines are like, really are you serious.

So we would like to know what has wish done with Fine Money they collected, must be in the millions. where is that Money, what did you with it. Did you give it to the buyers or did you keep to increase your profit margins.

Wish popular long sleeve men cotton shirts turn-down collar dress shirts business man shirts plus size s-xxl

I bought dress from the website www.wish.com. I needed to pay INR.900/- for the order, but the seller AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL ORDER . I tried to contact the seller, but he replied very VERY WORNGLY. He told me that they had some technical problems, and they would return money. But they didn't refund as well as they stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Wish I have not received part of my order that I was billed for on the 25/9/18

Hi

I ordered a couple of things of Wish and was billed £22.75 on the 25th September. Unfortunately I did not receive one of the items - a green womens blouse size M but I have paid for this item. I was wondering if I was going to receive this item soon of if I could get my money refunded for this item.

Wish 40 dollars worth of stuff

I ordered 40 dollars worth of stuff and still haven't recieved none of it I want my refund and I have emailed from the app plenty of times if I don't get a respond or refund I'm suing because y'all just took $40 from me and I haven't seen no product including the phone case I bought I ordered from the website on September 21 and sent a complaint a week afterwards and no response..the next week I I emailed again no response y'all have to do better with y'all service I don't recommend anyone to order from here I ordered a total of like 6 things and haven't seen anything I will be contacting someone above y'all and inform them of your poor service

I ordered a total of 6 things about 4 weeks ago and since then I've been contacting them with no luck the total was about 40 dollars and I've seen none of it i orders a phone case in September as well as the other things I will be contacting someone above wish because your service is poor you take people's money and on top of that when I tried to refund they closed my account and I wasn't able to get back in it

Wish 2 vkworld cell phones.

Last March I ordered 2 VK world phones as advertised for like in the rounds of the 90 per cent off. Months and Months later to find out I guess looks to me like the wrong picture they put for the promo and ended up being flower seeds, seeds thank god i did not receive that cause me allergic reactions i am still waiting for my phones altho they re-embursed me upon there own decision so they say. I said I did not want a refund I would like my 2 phones. You should really honour my order as I did not make this mistake. I was told I was going to get a refund and I can go purchase them somewhere else. Unjust after my son and I waited so long for them to be told sorry you're not getting it to go get it elsewhere if you don't like it is how I see it like F... you pretty much after the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars ordering you stuff that most don't fit. I have spoken to the legal office regarding this and my purchas should be honored as ordered is the advice i got. They as well agree you made a mistake so now please fix it and send me my phone. Wish unauthorized credit card charges

I received a charge on my bank statement for $185.25 and do not know what it is for. Also one for $20.30. could you please tell me what these are. I am not aware of any thing that I ordered. I wish you would take me off you list as a customer as I never want to be a customer of yours again. This is the second time I have had trouble with you business.

Wish merchandise not received

On 8/14 I was charged for gigo sterling silver jeweraly id# 5b2e53eob92681a5817a6ef. And on 9/16 I was charged for hotcity id# 5b9e6c041ba25f1a603020ac the first order was shipped tracking #fuyusoo98027619yq the second item I do not have a tracking # on it. I have not received either item to this date 10/10. I would still like the items, if not please reverse the charges on my credit card. Thank you sue schneider

Wish diamond painting

I have ordered a diamond painting and in the description it says full diamond painting but instead I got a partial not happy about this plus I received another partial of deers when I already have that one I was supposed to get a pen today 10/9/18 but I have not received it

The fairy is the one I got from you that is supposed to be a full one just like the owl in the next picture I took a screenshot of what it says under the description for the fairy diamond painting and a screen shot of the pen I was supposed to get please fix this issue
