Wish.comwhy I cannot provide proof with a check

.com a little over a year ago one of my grandchildren. Ahold of my credit card and purchased a hundred and some dollars worth of things I contacted your company and they refunded the money and said I could no longer shop until I provided the check number and the receipt.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in San Francisco, CA I have not used the check in 5 years I have a debit and credit card I have since changed the numbers but you all will not let me purchase until I provide proof that there is no way I could have. I was a loyal customer and I shopped three and four times a month. What can I do so that I can start shopping a game because I haven't used a check in quite some time and I can't provide what you're asking me for because you charge it to my card at that time. Please tell me what I can do as I still would like to shop.
