SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / where is my order?

I ordered on Oct 28th 2017. Order was processed on October 29th, 2017. I received an email stating my order was on its way on October 30th, 2017. I starting tracking the package and saw a 'delivery attempt' on November 10th 2017. I then noticed that the ZIP CODE is incorrect on the order. MY Fault. Since November 10th I have been contacting support to tell them why I didn't receive the order and to give them the correct zip code. NO RESPONSE! My purchase was to be delivered no later than November 21st so for 10 days I waited. When November 21st past, the shipping date changed to November 28 which is tomorrow. It will not likely arrive because they have not bothered to read the three communications I have sent through the Wish app. The correct zip code is 60628 by the way.
