Wish not receiving my packages and cancellation

Dear Wish

I would first like to cancel all orders placed on June 2, 2018 except for the necklace for Taylor, I would like to receive this only.

Secondly, I would like to ask where is my precious order, of two blouses and caked decoration items. These items were ordered and place month or more ago and I still have not received the items as of yet.

Wish scam

It's been 2 months since I ordered 25 products from wish.com, I have only received 13. They took my money but did not deliver. It's been over 10 days I have been trying to contact wish regarding the same however I only get automated responses and no resolution. They expect me to write 12 different emails for 12 products. I can do that if they got back to me with a resolution however it's only useless automated response. They keep making decisions without my consent and closed the complaint without giving me a resolution.
Wish.com is a scam and they take your money and don't deliver the products. And you don't get any resolution trying to contact them. It's a useless company.

Wish did not receive any items ordered from wish

I ordered off the website (Wish) last year October (2017) and to date I have not received any of what I paid for.
I have submitted a complaint already and I was promised that I would receive my items by January 2018 - We are not in June 2018 and still I not received anything.
I think this website is a scam.
I would like to either receive my order or be fully refunded.

Wish purchased android cellphone and later description was changed to usb charger

I have purchased a cellphone on wish.com and the stores name is "godjob". I read the full description about this item and they stated in the description that I would get 1x cellphone, 1x charger, 1x user manual etc.. I was surprised that I would receive that for $1 and $1 for shipping, but this is the first time that I have seen an cellphone on wish that is so cheap. I read everything about this item and everything stated that I will be getting a cellphone and extas. So that is why I clicked on buy! Thought I struck a deal. They took the money of my account and a day or 2 later I was browsing on wish.com again and saw that my order was changed from 1x android cellphone to 1x usb charger. What the hell! I never bought a usb charger, as I said I carefully read the details of my purchased item. So the store that I bought from lured me in and made me purchase from them and then changed the description of my purchased item. I cannot believe that wish.com will allow such unethical tactics so that people can just buy rubbish that we never ordered just to make a buck. Im sure a lot of customers are caught out the same way as I was and just take it as a loss and forget about it.. I ordered a android cellphone on the 29 march 2018 and received a usb charger today the 4 june 2018. I waited over 2 months to be let down... I feel that this is very wrong and hope that this comes to an end, because I have purchased other items from wish.com and this is the first time I was fooled into something that I did not even order

Wish change of price on item

I tried to order men's sandals with someone at a discounted price of $12.60 plus $12 shipping but checkout doesn't reflect the price. It has a total of over $$36. Wish has no live person to speak to to explain this. The total should be $24.60. Even if I buy it at normally for $14 it still totals at over $40 at checkout. I've purchased many things through the years from wish and have always been satisfied. Please help.

Wish poor delivery service / did not get 1 item of 40 items ordered

Not happy! Didn't get one of my 40 items ordered from 'wish south africa ' order number : 5aa9f5fd4da3725d58ae138f please refund this full order, was supposed to get it the beginning of last month.

I don't think it is my duty to report each item one by one not delivered when u ask me everyday did I get my items I say no, you say sorry, you will chase it up, but still not 1 item. I am so disappointed I don't k ow what to even say.

I hope you can make up for the sad business you are running.

Wish payment method

I have bought many things from wish, and some of them using apply pay. I made a $16.70 purchase and paid with apple pay, but then wish said the transaction with my card didn't work and to talk to my card provider (I have never had an issue like this before when using apple pay and I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card!). The item is still in my cart is still there, but my account shows that there's a pending transaction! Even though the item hasn't left my cart and I got no notification of it being purchased on wish. How do I fix this? I had $102. 67 in my account and now I have $85.97 im being charged for something im not getting! Please help!

Wish customer service

I have been fighting for months to get my complaints about 6 missing items through i finally get emails saying that I'm SOL due to the 30 day policy. Not acceptable. Their team didn't contact me back within the 30 days and said that they have nothing from me till May. I have been ignored and belittled and something needs to be done about it. This is garbage. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Wish refunds

Good day,

I have been struggling for more than a week to get a decent answer from your support department. It seems they don't understand what I'm asking or what I'm explaining. So I really hope this reaches someone that can actually understand my question. This is the last email I sent, explaining why I say your 30 day policy is very conflicting, I also asked a lawyer for advice and she agrees that this is definitely wrong, and can be considered as fraud because of the fact that there was refunds made disregarding the policy, and now all of a sudden it is not possible.

Good day,

I asked you to send me details and reasons why you won't refund me, so here is the details of already refunded items, that contradicts your 30 day policy. Please don't give me the usual sorry for your inconvenience response, give me a detailed description. Because you implement your policy only when it suits you apparently.

So the refund was done well over 60 days later
And that after I only queried this delivery after more than 40 days.

May 15 I asked for an update on my delivery
May 15 I was refunded
Query was done 52 days after original delivery date and I was still refunded that same day

26 March messaged that delivery might be delayed
30 April I asked for an update
42 days after delivery date
On 1 May I was offered a refund
Refund was done 2 May - 44 days after original delivery date

52 days after said delivery date

There is six orders with the same order number, don't know why but I will attach a picture of the one that I have received.

Conclusion, as you can see that most of the refunds made does not even remotely comply to your 30 day policy. I will in future jeep that in mind for sure, but as for now, please refund me for the goods not received, because I will also send this to the head honchos for assistance, because clearly you enforce the policy only when it suits you.

Please only contact me when you have an actual answer and not a standard response.

Another thing I noticed is that the items I already received is not updated yet either, so your staff is either incompetent or just lazy.

Please help me out here, I used my last money to buy those nail products to start my own business here in Ethiopia, so I am now royally screwed.

Wish universal phone charging pad, face lift serum, 7pcs egg boiler kit, rare japanese monkey orchid seeds,

Universal charging pad was ordered in March it is still not here. Face lift serum was opened when it got here so it was empty, the 7pcs egg boiler kit I only got one, japanese monkey seeds still not here . I would like the charging pad but the other iteams you can send me a refund for all of them please advise what you can do for this problem. I love ordering from wish please help me.

Wish getting charged for an item I haven't bought

I was in the check out and I wanted to buy a 2pc eye brow pencil and silver threaded triangle earrings. I swiped to pay and it said payment couldn't be processed so I swiped it again and the same thing happened. So I checked my bank and I have been charged twice so I looked in my order history on wish and the items haven't popped up. So I'm now getting charged for items I'm not even going to receive 😡 and I cang use the contact number here in Australia as it's more than 10 digits long.

Wish entire order

Originally I order an order about 70.00 which I cancelled and changed it to a 40 something order. Your company canceled the 40+ order and is sending the 70+ order. I received 2 blouses that are the and I'm not happy with them. They come from China and from the looks of my delivery thus far I'm pretty sure the rest will come from the same origin. I would like a self addressed envelope to your main office prepaid for my returns. I'm not going to send my original order that was incorrectly sent piece by piece.

I have received several products from Wish sent from China I do not want to keep. They came without packing slips.
Originally I ordered a 70$ + order and then changed it to a 40$ plus order. You still proceeded to send the 70+ order which I did not want. I'm very dissatisfied withe the way my order is shipping, piece by piece.
I formally request an original copy of the order with item numbers and cost and request a prepaid box for all of my Returns
If my request is not honored I will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau. I'm very dissatisfied with your merchandise, they way it is shipped without packing slips and I Do Not want to pay for individual items to China.
Please respond ASAP to my email address, bardbard21@yahoo.com or I will be forced to take further action.

Wish my item was stolen out of my package before I even received it..

Attention Sherillyne Fides From Wish customer support;

Enclosed is the photo of the gray envelope it is a perfect scanned copy. Just enlarge / zoom in on the pic and it will enlarge the print on the envelope.

This is like the 9th photo of this I sent y'all, I know it enlarges and is very very legible..

I had to go on my laptop to do this for my tablet was not able to reply back to you and send this photo... So I had to do it this way..

I hope now this issue of my item being stolen out of package will now be resolved and re sent to me. I do believe someone in customs opened up my package and taken illegally from MY Package.in all my life I have never ever had this happen to me.. I am very very upset over this..

I Pray it Never happens again it is a Federal Offense to steal ones mail, If I knew who did this to me I would have them arrested. I hope in the future with my other items that are on the way to me from your company are not opened and scotched taped shut.

Wish gonice shoes

It makes me angry that I see an item on the your page for one price$ and when I put it in my box I get another price and it is higher. I have purchased (3) pair of shoes and on the initial page they were advertised for $17, and when I get to the Cart it has changed to $19. Please tell me what is going on? You charge so much for shipping and as well, so if you don't mind please refund my $6 for "Jacking up of the Price and not honoring your visual.
Please don't cancel my order, just give me my refund.

Wish daily giveaway

Hi everyone! I have been playing the daily giveaway for a while now and have won quite a few things. Recently when I win an item it will tell me i already won an item but never put it in my cart. When clicking on the item it will tell me its sold out but before they giveaway started they were still selling the item. It has made no sense to me and have tried contacting them about it and all i get are auto responses. I don't know what to do.

Wish wish giveaway

I have already won and received 8 items for the past 4 months I have been using the giveaway. But twice I have claimed an item and it has said that the item wasn't in stock. It says I claimed it but doesnt appear in my cart. I don't remember the first item but tonight, it was the GLEOF mermaid glitter palette. Why does it say this? Is there a way I can get it afterwards? The pictures are proof I did not order one.

Also, from the photos, you can tell it is still in the hour time frame, so it did not dissapear. I also would lile to mention, why would I have removed it from my cart and made this complaint, when I could have just gotten it.

Wish I am complaining about my order

So I bought an stand up air conditioner. But you guys gave me a freaking desk fan. I paid almost twenty dollars for it and I got a desk fan. But what bothered me the most is that it was broken when I got it. I bought something, and it wasn't even what I bought. The box was tore up. The fan didn't even work. And even after I fixed it, it still didn't work.

Wish violin

Shipped without bridge. Bridge is the piece u must have to make sound. Everything else is there. The bridge is a metal prong that stand under that ring a of the violin to create the proper tension to play song with the bow. Everything else is in the case except the bridge. This is unacceptable. I need the bridge expedited to me expeditiously. Please and thank you.

Wish scam

I have reason to believe someone is using your service to steal people's credit/debit card information and stealing their money.
Recently I had over $60 taken from my account by a company whose phone number is impossible to get through to.
I looked up their website(which only has the option to sign up and not sign in, this is a huge scam red flag) and found a "customer support" email so I emailed it with my complaint. This customer support service replied to me from a "do not reply" email address but I replied anyway. It repeatedly sent me the same automated response until it sent me the same email again, word for word except for two details...the sender of the email and the name of the company had changed to a product I have previously purchased only through wish. The product in question( a black bracelet charger for samsung phone) is a product I purchased several months ago so I looked in my purchase history for seller information but conveniently the product is missing from that history.
Any assistance with information regarding my purchase history for this item would greatly help the fraud investigation my account is now under by my Bank

I ordered a pair of cargo pants n wen they arrived they were cheaply made n didn't fit I've been tryn to get a hold of customer service and hav received no response from Wish.
