Wish not able to place my order

Wish set of 2 brown leather adjustable swivel barstools

12/18/17 - Placed order for chairs on line to arrive December 23-30.
12/19/17 - Received a phone call about the brown chairs not being available. Would I want them in black? I said no and I was told the charges would be removed from my credit card.
1/7/18 - Received an email that the chairs would be delayed in shipping
1/17/18 - Attempted to call off - no answer. Still showing on my credit card statement.
1/18/18 - I did speak to someone on the phone. Told them I did not receive the chairs and my credit card still did not show a reverse of charges. Told it would be taken care of.
2/18/18 - Still on credit card, no reverse charges.
3/13/18 - Answering machine said they would only take emails for product problems. (see attached).
3/14/18 - Received an email from Cassidy stating a request for a refund can only be made within 30 days. (see attached).
3/16/18 - Received an email from Joey stating the same thing. (see attached).
3/17/18 - Received an email from Charlotte stating the same thing (attached).
4/15/18 - Frustrated I contacted from credit card company. Was told that since charges were over 3 months, they could not help.

I'm at the end of my rope. I did not receive any merchandise, so I am not asking for a refund. I just want the charges reversed on my credit card.

Wish apple watch

The item is not the problem. It is the refund process. To begin I ordered the item on july 20th. And attempted to cancel the order (there is no way to modify the order which is insane). I found a different item from the same seller that I opted to purchase. I utilized the prepaid shipping label provided by wish and the item tracking now says "return to sender" (me) without receiving my refund! Now i'm stuck with an item I do not want and no refund! I want my monet back so that I can purchase the item I want and not the product returned to me!. It appears the address on the shipping label is a dead end and does not exist. It has been 11 days now dealing with this chaos. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and it is now ruined! The wish stamp of approval "no worries when you shop on wish, we've got your back" is implore crap because I am not getting a proper, timely response from customer service! Once this is taken care of i'm never using this site or app again!

Wish order

WHAT A TOTAL FARCE YOU PEOPLE ARE !
I take care of an elderly person and I was showing him what was on sale...I left him with that, thinking he could figure it out...well, he did and found a beautiful SET of markers ...he said it was free just pay shipping and he did with the idea we were going to receive a FULL SET OF MARKERS ! It may be stated, very small, that's it's only one marker...when he received it yesterday, he was absolutely devastated...
Now, keep in mind please, that he is elderly man who does NOTHING else but color... something he always did with his deceased wife...I am standing up for him on this ...the PICTURE states "markerS".
...I think it's fraudulent and a complete rip off...I am fairly new to wish, and have placed several orders, and I had problems with everyone !
This poor gentleman is extremely heart breaking !
And NO WAY is he paying 2.00 A MARKER...it's never worth that...
Items are very cheap and not durable...
Social media is a terrible things now a days, and I won't be scared to use it, to inform everyone of this nasty situation and how you let down this man...
There was an email attached to that order, mine, so why don't you have someone email and ask, is it only 1 or the set...will never use wish.com again!

Wish unauthorized credit card charges

Within hours of my credit card company alerting me that there were over $400 in charges on my wish account I contacted customer service. I provided everything that they asked and told them that these were not authorized and needed to be cancelled. I was informed I had to go to my account, go to my account history, and cancel them that way. My order history was blank. For weeks I went back and forth with them trying to explain that I cannot cancel my order this way as I did not place the orders and my history proved it. They processed all of the orders anyways. Every time I try and contact customer service I get the same canned response on how to request a refund. Problem is, my account history is still blank so there is no transaction to go in and request a refund on! They completely and fraudulently robbed me of over $400 and no one will even give me the name of a supervisor and department head to contact. Do not use this site. They are completely unethical.

Wish delivery

I have been waiting for my orders for months now and when I went check again the items weren't listed or the item doesn't exist. I am in south Africa I ordered a number of things then the third item was delivered and the previous two was either refunded which I didn't request and for the rest of the things weren't listed or found on the site...I want to know what is going to happen to the money I spent ?
What is the site going to do about it ?
Will I even get my money back?

Wish a pair of boots

I ordered a pair of boots from Wish, using their app, the order came out to 36 dollars . USPS marked them as delivered but I never received them . I talked to Wish and they were not helpful at all . They won't refund me . They said that because the package was marked as delivered they will not refund . I have never had such bad customer service . They wouldn't listen to reason . They only communicated with ne through emails and their app . Often repeating over and over the same information . I explained to them I never received them and that I had contacted USPS service as well but they were no help .
I am out 36 dollars which to some people may seem like a small amount but I am going through a rough patch right now and don't have money to spare . The boots were for my husband who rarely buys anything for himself . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated .

Wish my order for sharpie markers and gel pens

I am very disappointed and upset. I haven't received my order and it has been months! i order it back in April of 2018 and was told I would get it around the end of May 2018. You took my money for this order! I am beginning to wonder if this company is LEGIT!

Wish the delivery and refund process.

I have ordered alot from wish currently and past. This time they did not put the street number. Only the name. So all of my packages got shipped back and they do not want to do a refund on the shipping that i paid when it was their mistake not mine. Over 200$ worth of items. I have tried to reach someone. There is only automated responses by email. I can't get anyone on the phone. How do i get all of my money back including my shipping fees? Since i have no way to get my packages. I have went to the post office but the tracking numbers that they give you are not valid in the usa so i have no way to evwn see if they are on tjeir way back to them or if they are lost in the air somewhere.

Wish Unable to obtain refund

I receive poor shoddy goods and went through the laborious refund process of taking pictures of the items to be returned. I received a refund for one purchase but not the other two.
I sent pictures in twice but still they did not acknowledge this and now I am being told its too late to claim a refund ever though i did this on the day they were delivered. The simply ignored my refund request . Below are the orders i placed at the same time with only one being refunded.

Your refund was processed on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. The credit should appear on your Klarna account by Wednesday, May 23, 2018.

Wish pot grinders and pipes

My son is ordering pipes and pot grinders from you web site. He is underage. I am trying to figure out how we can get these to stop. I would appreciate for someone to contact me back. He is a 17 year old boy and you all are selling him drug paraphernalia and I have I have to I'm going to take legal action against you all I need someone to contact me back so we can get his account canceled and so he does. Keep ordering this stuff he's underage and then the United States it is illegal for him to be ordering the stuff.. we will be returning a lawyer very soon if I do not get this resolved with you guys like I said he is a underage child that you are selling these products to

Wish.com is not liable for what your son buys. If he buys pot griders and pipes, thats his fault, not Wish.com's. And bringing this to court is a waste of money and time. If anything, take away access to his electronics, credit cards, etc. You also have to understand that marijuana is becoming more and more acceptable in the US.

Wish unauthorized credit card charges

This company does not have telephone customer service. I have been unsuccessful in getting their response to over $600 worth of unauthorized charges beginning in February of 2018.

We have not received any of the merchandise that was charged on our account. I have made several attempts to contact them and the only response I receive is "go to our website". I am unable to look the charges up because I am unaware of the email address that was used.

I cannot attach any records because I don't have any records to attach only the charges made to my debit card.

This company is crooked.

Wish refurbished vizio 65" class 4k (2160p) smart led tv (e65-e1)

I purchased this "refurbished" tv and it arrived with the screen completely smashed! Still awaiting a refund. This was the first time I've ordered something from wish.com and I'm extremely disappointed. I think a lot of the customer reviews on this product were fake, as they were quite short and no one else mentioned their screen being smashed. Really hope they give me the tv in acceptable condition or at least give me my money back.

Wish i'm been charged for things I didn't order

Wish motorcycle crash helmet (gingerike) ironman, light blue

I ordered this product, I was notified that it was processed, I was also notified that it was shipped and then I was notified that it had been refunded, at my request, not once, but twice. I have no idea who cancelled the order but it certainly wasn't me either time. I have tried to contact them and I have also contacted wish by e-mail and phone call with no success. Not very happy to say the least and if this is how business is done then I will take my custom elsewhere.

Wish service

Have not received my refund of which I was promised on the internet that I would have it on the 24th 2018. This was submitted on the 10 of July 2018. The order was cancelled immediately after I hit the button. I am so disappointed in this company because I shop a lot with them. Evidently my business is not important to this company. I will not be ordering from this company until they make this right.

I've tried to get in contact with support everyway I can. No one will call me, email me. I'm trying to return the products they sent me. My order no.# 5b41a51848e46923a4e2b1e0. I did not pay for these products due to my card having suspicious activity on it. So I canceled the card with my bank and told PayPal to cancel my order. I asked wish repeatedly to cancel my order but no response and they kept shipping the product to me. I really don't know what to do. Help. Ed

Wish hanae mori perfume

Fake! I compared my perfume to theirs. Theirs lasted 5 min and mine is still on after 6 hours of wearing. I knew by the box it was fake. The lid is scratching off. Did I mention I just got this in the mail yesterday? I have contacted Hanae Mori. They need to know this company is selling fakes of their perfume. I have been wearing this perfume since it launched. They scammed the wrong person. I know my perfumes.
