Wish won't give me refund

I've bought 5 items for s new turtle tank they are all rubbish and I was willing to return them but instead I get blocked for excessive refunds. I wasn't asking for a refund for free I was asking for s refund to return the rubbish I have paid 40 pounds for including a broken bowl today that the site will not even let me comment on.
The site is based in scans and the goods are rubbish and I want an address to return it to as I'm not in a position to waste 40 pounds on wish crap.
Please send me an address to return fake plastic dropping to bits plants
Broken turtle feeding dishes
Fake dangerous grass plants dropping to bits for the turtle to choke on and
S nasty sharp bridge to get to basking area in tutarium which is less than 6inch long and 1 inch wide
Hardly big enough for an ant let sling a baby turtle.
I still have 2 more items to arrive and I'm sure these will both also be the same crap standard that wish sell.
I want an address to send it back as I do not accept been told I'm scamming for refunds your welcome to have the rubbish back at your factory .

Wish account censored? can't find any sex - related products anymore

One of my wishlist's items have completely disappeared and I noticed that all the products that are sex-related are nowhere to be found on the site. Any keyword like "sexy", "kinky" and so on gives no result at all. I made a new account and everything is perfectly normal (see video). I am extremely confused by this. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

So it kind of fixed itself. One morning I was on wish and everything was back to normal. No idea how or why. So good luck to anyone else having the same issue...

This is the response I got from customer service, really worthless and infuriating:

It's happening to me too. Except I made a second account and it was still censored. But my friends account was showing everything which is why I noticed. I really wanna fix it

Wish products

Today on 04/10/18, I opened my account to start buying items from Wish.com through google play. I successfully got my bonus product using the same details on my visa debit card. later I chose four items to buy but when it came to payment the process could not be completed. After several attempts, i decided to contact my bank HSBC and I was told my card was frozen because of suspecting fraud. So it was later reopened. I tried again, it never worked. I had also sent an email to report on the matter.

Wish many products I never got reimbursed for

I accidentally bought around $200 worth of items from the wish app, and I went and cancelled all of them and made sure to say to put it back on my card, they said it would take up to 2-3 weeks. I never received any money back whatsoever. I have no idea what to do and have tried countless times to complain but I have no idea where I submit a complain at. Wish refund after cancelled order

I have provided you with extensive information about this order from my card provider who, in emails, clearly state no refund has been received (£22.25). You continue to keeping saying that it has when clearly it hasn't! I'm sick of your computer generated responses. Why is it that in circumstances like mine, which has been going on for a long time now, i still have not been able to have a live telephone conversation with anybody from Wish! I want to my money or the back pack. Thanks for your time Mark Macquarrie. Very Unhappy!

Wish never received my item

I placed an order back on Aug 7th, sleeper pillow. I tried to cancel the order on Aug 17th, but was told the item had been shipped and if I did not receive it by Oct 3rd I would receive a credit. On Sept 21th, 22th, 25th 26th, 27th, 30th and Oct 2th. I reached out to you letting you know I have not receive the item. I was told since the item was shipped, to look for the item at the post office. I have been to the post office everyday since Aug 17th, I spoke to manager & all the employees at the post offices and they can not find the item. Wish skin tag removal patches

Received the patches a few weeks ago. You're supposed to put them on for about 8 hours and the tag would come off with the patch. I tried it on a few different tags on multiple nights and absolutely nothing happened. I would like information on where to return them (they were apparently drop shipped from China) and how to get a complete refund. Thank you!

You should contact the 3rd party seller that you bought the item from on Wish.com, wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action, and I am sure if this seller has gotten a lot of complaints like yours, they will do something about it. But try contacting the seller directly instead of wish.com, sellers are usually more than willing to help, but when a customer goes to the platform that we are selling on instead of us directly, it is most likely we arent going to get a chance to try to make it right with our customers, and you'll end up most likely just getting a refund instead of the product you wanted, which the seller can narrow down what the problem is and help fix it. Now if they do not help you fix it and is not willing to work with their customers, that is when you should go to Wish directly, you will then have messages as proof as well..

Wish wish.com is cheater

Hi

I ordered many things from wish but to my surprise wish started canceling the orders on its own which are low priced and products are really cheap. Now they are not processing my refunds for almost 400$ which are not delivered.

They are really cheating people. For first few low priced orders they will ship and then started showing. There true colors. I feel really cheated. USA government should ban such shopping websites.

Wish they are displaying items on facebook that they do not sell on their website.

I clicked on the item and it went to a page that didn't exist. I looked in the search for the item and could not find it. They are false advertising products they do not sell. The website is very popular so I think that is very long for them to be advertising something that they do not sell. I got really excited about this item and wanted to purchase it right away. I'm very disappointed in this website and I do not care to see it display on my Facebook page again.

Wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action. However, if you want Wish to take appropriate action you will need to get each store name that is false advertising, or believed to be false advertising. This is against Wish Policy.

Wish 2018 t20 smart watch

Item was sent to Brampton Canada and i live in Scarborough Canada so i need answers because it was delivered yet i got no item. My watch was not delivered and you guys keep up your helpless contract support that keeps repeating the same mess over and over. First you tell me to wait a little longer for a week and I still haven't got my item I need my item now!

Wish problem with making payments

I have been with wish for three years I got a new phone I downloaded the app and ordered some things I have never had any problems paying now it wants a picture of my bank statement and I have a debit card I took a picture of it and entered it to your app and I still can't make aover 30.00 dollar purchase this is Christmas present for my grandkids please find out what's going on

ALSO, You wont be able to sue Wish for fraud, you may be able to sue the actual seller, but not Wish. Clearly you didn't know Wish was a platform for 3rd party sellers? Your package may be taking so long because you may have bought it from a seller in China, take a closer look next time as to who you are buying from.

Wish orders billed

I was browsing through your app and placing items into what I thought was my shopping cart. Instead, Wish was taking payment from my debit card. I did not notice this until I logged online banking and viewed my bank statement -- it has four transactions from Wish. I need those orders cancelled. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Friday when I noticed the error, to no avail.

Wish sunglasses... plastic broken

The sun glases that I order the plastic is broken.. The order spend 3 month to get here
And it came damague...in the shoping history of wish I can'y find it. Need to return and get may money back. Plese send me a link so I can ask for the return of may money.
I have a picture but is imposible to send it because I see no record of the purchase.

Wish shipping address

I placed an order and gave my new address yet when I got my email to say items had been ordered it was still showing my old address in the shipping details All the items have been sent to my old address even though I asked for it to be fixed before anything had been shipped and you have refused to fix it sending the items anyway. Why have you used my old adress which i removed from your system and replaced with the new address for shipping and for my payment details.

Wish my necklace

My necklace order is a week late and you guys keep telling me the same thing over and over again. It's really not helping, I just want to know when my package is arriving. Wish something personal

I ordered the personal item on August 5th 2018. I didnt pay for Express shipping so I was shocked when wish said it was delivered on August 15th. I was home all day and that day I opened our gate to my apartment building for the mail man and I talked to him. I didnt get a package at all. I was mortified as I thought one of my neighbors might have gotten the package instead of me. Wish refused to help in any way. I was told contact the post office. File a complaint with them for missing mail. The post office doesn't know where it is. Order #5b66e6695048ef7bd52f1c0c

Wish supply of water taps, shower units to the australian market

Dear Complaints Board,

I have spend about $1000 on the wish.com site and taken receipt of water taps and shower units, of which none of the items I am allowed to install into my house as none of them meet the Australian Standards. They do not only meet national standards, but also have the wrong thread so that these units can not be attached to existing plumbing.
Wish.com customer service is refusing to either exchange or refund them which makes a mockery out of the company's ‘shop with confidence' and ‘30 day return policy' as described on the website. I have strongly suggested that both my existing supply issues and the ongoing supply into Australia and New Zealand are to be resolved forthwith, but to no avail.

Wish I was trying to place an order

Hi, I am so glad that I saw the reviews online today for wish because I was going to place an order. And what I noticed was that I saw things advertised for $5 $8 different things like that and then during check out the price would be $15 from $5 to from $8 to $20 and I'm like how could they do that because isn't that false advertisement you are not allowed to charge something different after it's been advertised for a cheaper price anyway I'm glad I saw that because it happened every time I clicked on check out.
