Wish.comorder that was not fulfilled

On November 9, 2018 I placed an order with Wish and paid with PayPal. I not not received any of the order. I have tried contacting Wish numerous times and I get the run around each time. When I tried to sign in with my password, I was told it was an incorrect password. When I tried to reset the password the first time, I was told the link had expired. After numerous attempts to reach the link, I finally reached the point that I could change my password.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA When that was successful, I got a message that the time of refund was passed on the order. I don't want a refund, I want the order. The order was paid for with a PayPal credit and the balance on my credit card. If I do not receive some kind of reply within 48 hours, I will turn this in to PayPal and my Visa card as a fradulent charge and let them deal with it.
