I placed a piece of jewelry in my shopping cart along with other items on the www.wish.com, website. I did not submit the order for processing. I did, however, submit my credit card information for a "subscription" to wish in the amount of $.50 cents (an unusual amount) but I did not think much of it; the first mistake. I received an email that this order was processed much to my surprise.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA I tried to cancel but they said that the order was already processed and out for delivery, but according to what I read, it would not be delivered until after Christmas and was not really out for delivery; I was confused at that, but moreover, more confused at the fact that I had not executed the order in the first place because I would have done so for the entire order which I did not. There are still three more items in the cart which I tried to remove so that this incident would not repeat but I was not permitted to do so for some reason. I am very upset about this as I cannot incur more charges from this site. I went to the website to get support to speak to a representative, but I was in a Catch 22 situation with a message that kept repeating, did I want to cancel the order, but oops, I couldn't because it was out for delivery...but it really isn't??? All I want is my money back on all counts, including my $.50 cents. These people are thieves of the highest caliber. Eleanor Lundy [protected]@aol.com
