I used an order discount at the time of my order on April 15, 2018. It was successfully applied. I submitted my order and it received an email telling me that there was an error and that I had to re-order. I did so and it did not save my promotional code. I requested that they kindly add it to my order... as it was applied correctly for my initial order. I received a very robotic response. Not personal at all and my request was not addressed. It was a valid promotional discount code, and he was unwilling to work with me.
Disappointed especially because the error was on the companies end and my request was fair and legitimate.
I would like the requested promotional code to be applied to my order as it should have been. Thank you.
