SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / metal detector

My metal detector was supposed to be delivered on Sept. 9. I have not received it as yet. Even though I have responded to your query numerous times. I would like an answer or some resolution to this order. If a delivery of the metal detector is not available, then a refund of the purchase price would be appreciated. I am unable to give more information, as the item seems to have been eliminated from my order history.
