I ordered this product, I was notified that it was processed, I was also notified that it was shipped and then I was notified that it had been refunded, at my request, not once, but twice. I have no idea who cancelled the order but it certainly wasn't me either time. I have tried to contact them and I have also contacted wish by e-mail and phone call with no success. Not very happy to say the least and if this is how business is done then I will take my custom elsewhere.

Have not received my refund of which I was promised on the internet that I would have it on the 24th 2018. This was submitted on the 10 of July 2018. The order was cancelled immediately after I hit the button. I am so disappointed in this company because I shop a lot with them. Evidently my business is not important to this company. I will not be ordering from this company until they make this right.
I've tried to get in contact with support everyway I can. No one will call me, email me. I'm trying to return the products they sent me. My order no.# 5b41a51848e46923a4e2b1e0. I did not pay for these products due to my card having suspicious activity on it. So I canceled the card with my bank and told PayPal to cancel my order. Fake! I compared my perfume to theirs. Theirs lasted 5 min and mine is still on after 6 hours of wearing. I knew by the box it was fake. The lid is scratching off. Did I mention I just got this in the mail yesterday? I have contacted Hanae Mori. They need to know this company is selling fakes of their perfume. I have been wearing this perfume since it launched. They scammed the wrong person. I know my perfumes.

late arrival of 2018 new pure coat

This is my first time ordering from wish since I was told its a great service, unfortunately I'm very disappointed my your poor service of late arrival.
I placed my order of the 2018 New Winter Autumn Coat on the 29th May 2018 and was told it would arrive on 9th June 2018 then a few days later it exceeded to the 16th July 2018. I would just like some feedback and confirmation of which date my package will arrive.

I placed an order on Wish.com 7/20/2018. On 7/21/2018 Wish "claimed" my order was cancelled and refunded to my card but only the order was cancelled. My card was never refunded for the $219.60 I paid. No one answers the phone number provided by Wish.com...EVER! As if it's not bad enough I PAID for ITEMS and NEVER RECEIVED THEM wish.com said it was unable to process my complaint because I wasn't long enough!? What kind of company is this!? They should be sued! This is ridiculous! Where is my refund Wish? Is that why your called Wish.com? Because you allow customers to WISH they're really going to get the item they ordered? Lame asf!

I purchase a pair of shoes that the price was $11.00, my card was charge $45.00. I cancel the transaction immediately I notify Wish immediately and was told I would received my refund. At first they told me that my bank never process the $45.00, which is not true. Then they said that I would get my refund back. On 6/21/18 they refund me $18.00. and I have been asking them where is the differences of $30.00 they still owe me.
Getting a little annoyed with their customer service. For some reason they do not want to acknowledge my complaint. Sending a message thru their website is very difficult since they do not response in a timely manner. Its too bad because I like their prices and some of their products, but scare of what they say the price is and charge another.

An item is listed as $2...when I hit buy it goes up to $6.00...why is the face price lower? I call this practice false advertisement. The company does this continuously on Facebook. I will put in a complaint to Facebook also. This is wrong. The merchandise is ok for the price listed, but it isn't first quality. This is Chinese copies of other brands.

*uckin *tches! I'll never ever never ever never ever - buy from them ever again! I had placed an order with about $244.99 worth of things and I didn't notice until later that my stuff was being held from me. It had said that they "refunded" my money back onto the card but when I checked the balance on it, apparently they never did. Luckily it is a visa gift card or else they could've wiped out my whole bank account. I emailed a complaint to them and they said that they were going to have a wish contact agent contact me within three days. And guess what? They never did. So now i'm going to have to track them down and beat um up until they can give all my money back to me... Joking - but I will make them give it back. Well one things for sure, do not buy from them! And if you still want to chance it, make a list of the things that you want to order and put only that amount on a debit gift card. Good luck.

geek wish
I recently ordered a phone from geek. I was charged the $202 from my banking account, which was the total if my order. That was dated on the 19/7/2018.
However on the 20/7/2018, a further amount of $213 was debited from my account.
I did not place another order nor is there any order history with my placed irders in the geek app. I do not understand how or why this amount has been taken from my banking facility.
I would like for this amount to be credited back to my banking facility asap.
This has been a total inconvenience and to say the least so annoying trying to get my money back.
I have written my written many emails to the geek company of unprofessional [censored], however I have received no response other than the automated one merely stated they hav received my email.
It is very frustrating and inconvenient.
I have attached the copies that have been debited from my account.
The $202 is the amount to which was for my phone order.
The $213 is not my doings nor did I authorize this transaction.

I have ordered alot if jewelry from Wish . Some of the jewelry is good and is as described in those descriptions and some are not as described. Some of the jewelry I ordered is poorly made. I ordered rings that are described as " Genuine stones, solid sterling silver . I had these rings tested and they are fake stones and only plated in 925 silver over alloy metal . It is deceptive to sell jewelry that is falsely described. I think I should be reinbursed for all my purchases that are falsely described. I can return the rings . The problem is when I wrote to Wish about returning the jewelry, they said they would give me a percentage off my next purchase. I want my money back !

99.9% of the sterling silver, it's not. Those products they sell for wrinkles and such, don't work. The items they sell for weight loss, don't work. Most of the items that I have received are nothing but a piece of [censored]. They are ripping of the general public and their advertisements stinks. I have yet to receive any item in a box like the commercial says. Most of the products are damaged due to the packaging. I have a few more items to come in, if they come in at all, then I am not going to shop with either of the 3, wish, geek, and cute. I wished more people would complain with the better business bureau and file complaints against them. I have already filed complaints. I telling you here and now, don't buy anything from wish, geek or cute. Fraud from day one.

Order ID: 5b27d9b037b5cf7d20c046fb was never received, although I received notification that the package was delivered. I went to the post office with the tracking number: OW00034180618029WEX. The post office said they had never seen a tracking number like it. My postman did not remember delivering it on Saturday, July 7, 2018, which is the delivery date on your update. I ordered a tent 10X30 in May 2018. I inquired on history order and states it was delivered on May 28, 2018 to Alberta, Canada. My complaint regarding the system to handle customers' concerns at customer care and in the matter as subjected.
1. please refer a list of items I had ordered but not received. on May 9, 2018 wrote a mail attaching with a detailed list of item ordered but not received. I request you to go thru the mail trail, NON OF THE REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS CONCERNED WITH MY ACTUAL PROBLEM.

4. the attached list have updated information in highlighted text and Item endorsed at # 1, 2, 3, 10, 12 &13 are not received and even wish.com not refunding my amount too. The whole amount is figuring out as INR 1313.00 (US$~19.00)
5. As per their current response, I had to inform them within 1 month of expected delivery date which I complied with the mail as stated in point# 2.
I trust the honorable board will consider my details and will instruct wish.com to refund my amount.

folding wardrobe closet
I purchased a wardrobe closet and was not happy with it as it was very poor quality and did not appear as it was on the web site. I paid over 300$ I have been trying to contact customer support in order to receive a proper shipping label to return this product. I have received a shipping label that is not accepted by any shipping company. I was told in the notes from a rep from wish to contact fed ex to have the item returned but when talking to a forwarding the actual label to the fed ex agent, this label is fake. I am so upset that your company can actually falsely provide product and provide false information to return the product.

I have been trying to reach somebody for them to provide me with the proper return label with some form of account number way bill number or something in order for me to ship this poor quality item that I purchased for over $300 I so very upset and will no longer buy from Wish and I want my refund I am not sure why I have to wait to get all this information when you first provided me with the wrong information and there is no company call fex as a sender in order to return this poor
Quality wardrobe closet back. I will be contacting my credit card and reporting wish The item
Advertised is not at all what was delivered. Terrible
