SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

I've payed my order but when I try to follow my delivery, it says I have not ordered anything. Yet, they have my money and I want what I payed for.
I can't reach your company by the phone, I reserve no answers when I send an email, what can I posibly do ? Plus I am suppose to write about 350 words here so someone would answer me. Really I won't make good comments about your company.
I hope reseving an answer to my problem, and most of all I hope receveing what I payed for if it isn't too much asking. THANK YOU. I am really upset.
