Wish dreadful business!!

People, beware and do not trust this company Wish, I bought several items from their website and did not receive my order. They stole my money and I can't reach anyone from Wish to get a refund. I did not see all these reviews and had no idea that Wish was a scam organisation. Next time I will definitely spend some time and check the reviews.
My order was made on December 15 and it is now late January and I really doubt that I'll get my stuff. Very bad experience and I still can't believe that companies like Wish are allowed to do business! Avoid and stay away!

Wish three thumbs up flexible phone mounts

After telling wish.com over 50 times that the gift card that was used to purchase these three items was no longer in existence they are not sending my product they're trying to refund the money to the card that no longer exist when they've been given a alternative route to put the money back into my PayPal account which they're refusing to do this is order number 9 10 and 11 order 1 2 3 4 5 and 6 I either did not receive or I received the wrong item and that was on five different things this is by far the worst company I have ever come across you can't even speak to a human being who speaks and reads clear English my next stop is to complain to the Better Business Bureau I want my product not the money

Purchased Jan. 09 paid threw my Paypal account with a visa for 35.60
The items I received were broke, purchased 2. Shipping container was not damaged and was just a bag with wrapping around the items I would like a refund or replacements. The items arrived today and I am giving y'all a chance to handle this before I go threw Paypal. Thank you, My account is under Teresa Evans-367 Songbird Road-Palatka Florida 32177. Wish not a product issue

I had the wish app installed to my phone and for the most part I love it. But due to business I had to delete the app so I can download other things once my business was done I reinstall the Wish app because I had made previous orders and wanted to check and see the status of them when I reloaded the app I wanted to use the same email and I had originally signed up with. I've done this before and had no problems but now when I try to login it says it cannot recognize my email address even when I try to reset my password. Please help me either I would like the products that I ordered or I would like a refund, But I don't know how that's possible if the system does not recognize my email address please contact me at [protected] or at my email and [protected]@yahoo.com

Wish product details

I am attempting to purchase the product shown below the description states it comes with one base and 4 poles does it come with the connection pieces that you need to connect the poles as shown in the picture I do not want to waste my time and money purchasing it if it does not include the key factors to connect the poles together the picture shows theme but the description does not include them

Wish pxp

Hello. My sister in law ordered her son a pxp in the middle of December. I believe December 15. I believe the price was $13 plus $5 for shipping. It was suppose to arrive by the end of December but she never received it. She says she has no tracking number and did not use an email. Her name is Senada Sutton and she signed in by her Facebook account and she used my card to purchase the item. I used the same card to purchase items on wish as well. How do she go about getting a refund? No one seems to be able to help.

Wish products

All I'm going to say is this: Either I have a very sensitive nose or everything made in China literally smells terrible. That's it that's what I want to say and it's the truth every time I've gotten items from wish.com theyve smelled so bad that I'd end up throwing them away bc the stench is THAT STRONG. Imean...everything smells terrible. I know that sounds odd, yes you're right. But I also know this doesn't happen when I order from a US seller, be it eBay or Amazon, or a company based in the USA.

If you have any kind of lung or breathing problems do not order from them. Srsly don't even take a chance, their merchandise their products smell so bad it sends me straight into an asthma attack. The stuff that will get me the sickest- is anything that's plastic. Well it's not REALLY plastic of course. Nonetheless, every single item from wish.Com smells to high heaven. I know BETTER NOW. I will pay more for items made in the USA and no where else. It's not worth the stress the time and energy anything I'd rather pay more and suffer Less.
Rule of thumb- you get what you pay for. Wish.Com confirmed this.

Wish unauthorised purchases

A number of purchases were made using my account totaling £722.85 of which l did not do it personally but l found out on my email that a very large order has been purchased - l sent an email about this unauthorised purchase ! Under normal cases, this bill by far l could manage to pay for it and as such, l am asking that all order be cancelled because people did not authorise the purchase of these orders .

Wish - requesting to allow debit card and cash on delivery option

Hello Sir/Mam, I would like to buy products in wish, but couldn't order any of the products, because of only one option that is credit card.I don't have credit card to buy any of the products.I would request you to allow debit cards /cash on delivery option aswell. Wish boots

I ordered a pair of boots on the 24th of December an i still have not received it. When it was almost time for it to be delivered, I received an email saying there was a delay with the delivery date. My package was suppose to arrive on the 17th. It's the20th an i have not received my package nor have I received an email about where it is it when it's going to arrive. I would like my money back. I have never had to wait this long or go through this many problems with anything I have ordered online. I need somebody to tell me something.

Wish not being able to purchase anything

My account with Wish says it was used by fraud and won't let me purchase anything. I have bought a lot of things from wish and now they are not letting me purchase anything. I pay through paypal and they want a copy of my debit card which I do not use on Wish. I need to get this resolved so I can again start purchasing things. I live alone and I am the only one that uses this computer. I like the products and would like to continue shopping so if you could get this resolved it would be greatly appreciated.

Wish smart watch

I sent an email earlier about the smart watch I received yesterday, 01/19/2017. However, it did not work. It was on charge for 24 hours and I kept checking it every 2 hours which was suppose to take that amount of time to charged. Even this afternoon, it still would not come on.

Wish costume

Hi,
I have bimistaken checked out on certain items I didnt need it. I was just trying to finalize one swimming costume out of 3 and I donno what happen, three of the items got selected and my pay got cut. I have emailed Wish the same say and also requested for refund.

The tracking details of the 2 unwanted items are as follows:

The second one for which I have also placed a refund request shows that it has been refunded but I cannot find that anywhere.

Wish avoid

Delivery took way too long! I bought something from Wish and it was a present for a friend and before I ordered I contacted Wish and asked them how long will it take and they assured me that I have nothing to worry about and that my order will arrive on time. Well, it didn't and when I asked for a refund they refused! This is the worst site I have ever dealt with! They simply lured me with their fake promise! They said that I'll get my item within two weeks but in reality it took 5 weeks to get my item. I will not make the same mistake again!

Wish leather women's flats shoes, soft slip

There is more than just one ad on wish.com for this particular shoe. I put in my size and my color and I enter and it triples the price. I'm ready to order several pair, however I'm not going to pay triple the price of what you are advertising. I also have several things in my shopping cart and I'm ready to check out, However until this is resolved I will not purchase anything from you. Are you really legit? It has also been very hard to find the place online to ask questions about your products. You make it very hard. Waiting for your reply and I hope it comes soon.

Wish I've been blocked from my account but i've still got outstanding sales that I haven't received

I was blocked from my account without explanation beyond being told in a form letter (1 in Hungarian!) that they can't reinstate my account and direct me to their terms of service. I've done nothing wrong!
I still have outstanding purchases that are now WAY past the estimated date of delivery but I haven't received the products. My emails are being ignored and so am I. I can't communicate with sellers, nor can I respond to their questions of whether or not I've received my items. I've tried telling that to wish support but it's come to nothing!
I've tried calling and I've sent many emails that have all been ignored. Not once have I reported an item as having not arrived when it has, and I'm owed about $300 Canadian. I'd like this resolved please.

i just started receiving the same treatment from wish. they want a copy of my drivers license and bank statement showing wish.com purchases, to verify my identy. have they ever shipped your stuff to you? i have had nothing but good luck with them for over a year now and all the sudden this, . what should i do?

Wish I ordered a soa jacket on 12-12-16

When I order my jacket it said I would recieve it on 1-8-17 then it switched to 1-15-17 I still havent recieve it and I have order 3 more that is surpose to be here 2-1-17. But orders have been paid for out of my bank accout so I either want the jackets soon or I want my money back asap! Ive heard good review about ur company but im not inpressed at all
