Hello. My sister in law ordered her son a pxp in the middle of December. I believe December 15. I believe the price was $13 plus $5 for shipping. It was suppose to arrive by the end of December but she never received it. She says she has no tracking number and did not use an email. Her name is Senada Sutton and she signed in by her Facebook account and she used my card to purchase the item. I used the same card to purchase items on wish as well. How do she go about getting a refund? No one seems to be able to help.
