I made an order january 13th for a bathroom rug. I still haven't received it.

I am unable to use the tracking app since it is not working any more. My item was suppose to arrive feb 24th which is still way to long for an order to arrive. I cant get a person on the customer service number no one response back to emails because I get the box is full. I want my item or my money back. This is the first time and last time I will ever use wish.
