Golf Avenue traded in my used golf irons

On May 14, 2019 I shipped my ten club set of golf irons to Golf Avenue. When I found out they only offered me $26 I asked them to return the clubs. They then said there are only eight clubs, insinuating I must be lying. I asked them to look into it and a different customer service rep affirmed the claim that there were only eight clubs. All I want is my full set of clubs back so I can sell them privately.
