I have ordered several packages from cute.com and Geek.com.

I have now been told that I have been blocked from the sites.

I have not received my items yet and I would like to be reimbursed for those. I will then delete the app from my phone.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA

I would also like an explanation why I was blocked. I contacted the site directly and I only get automated messages saying that my account has been blocked and as per company policy it cannot be unblocked at the moment.

It makes no sense what company policy that is and I'd like to have proper information!
