Wish / both my account and my sons account and orders

Wish I as blocked my account from ordering and my sons account due to apparently violating customer policy... I have barely received any of my orders in full and when my son pick out his order and paid for it. They refunded it and even after giving a pictures of my debit visa and banking of when the payments came out I still get no answers about why our accounts are blocked... When asking for a refund of items because I havent received them im not getting them back... What hell do I do?
