I have ordered from them in December 2015.Order arrived very late, took them over a month.This wasn't a problem but will be nice to inform about late delivery.The wig was extremely poor quality, this same day contacted them by e-mail to request refund of GBP 60.00.
They refused to give return address.I was in correspondence with them for over 2 weeks.They only offered GBP 5.00 then GBP 10.00 then GBP 15.00 for keeping this awful wig.
I had to take case to my bank HSBC and now I am in correspondence with them for over 2 months and looks like that they deliberately delaying to give me my money back even though I have paid for product my credit card.
I will take this case to Ombudsman and will report Wigsis and HSBC.
Please never buy any products from them as they scam company.

Ordered a wig from the company, it was of very poor quality and did not match the description listed, its listed as a 16" nut measured only 13.5 at most. Was bought for a family member suffering with cancer, she passed away before the wig arrived. Have even explained this to the company and they are still refusing to send our money back. Wig is in a resalable condition and has not been worn or opened. Disgusting service and they have been extremely unsympathetic at what is a very difficult time! DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM THEY ARE AWFUL!

Horrible Horrible Horrible... Ordered from them same color of wig I have ordered from other companies, however when it arrived was nothing like the others color. So much orange in it, I could/will never wear. Looks incredibly fake. I contacted them immediately and after 3-4 emails back and forth and sending pictures that they requested, showing tags still on product and in exact condition as they had sent, I realized I was never going to get my money back or even offer for exchange. They said the wig was "custom" made for me and they could not resell it, even tho they advertise on their website the merchandise can be returned for refund. I did not realize the product came from CHINA until it was delivered, which was probably my fault for not doing my research. DO NOT use this company, their products are more expensive than others, but their quality and customer service stinks. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Worst ever online experience I have ever had.

I purchase a wig for $308. My order number was TA160319C8682. The wig that I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The website had a picture of what the wig cap would look like and it looked nothing like that. There were other details such as baby hair and how the strands were sewn that were not as indicated in the advertisement. I have alopecia and was not buying a wig for fun but for everyday wear. I contacted customer service asking for half of my money back. I started talking with someone name Eve who offered me $10, then $20, $30, $40, $50, $60. Then someone named Jan offered me $80, with a refund "right away". After the exchange of 10 or more emails and based on Jan saying this was the final offer, I accepted the $80. I did get the money quickly but I am still at a major loss. I took the wig to a professional and was told it would cost $840 to get it to a "wearable" condition. I have not gotten it repaired. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with online shopping. I am going to take every opportunity to make sure that no one else experiences what I did with Wigsis.

Wigsis is horrible company, they misrepresent who they are and what they sell. Do nor order anything from this fraudulent website! Their website looks very professional and you might think they are trustworthy, but they are not! This is just another Chinese scam company and they will steal your money! These clowns took my money and never delivered anything! Order was placed three months ago, and every time I contact them they say that my wigs were shipped! Liars! If they were shipped then why it is taking so long? I asked them to cancel my order many times, but they refused and told they don't do refunds!

Wigsis is just another web scam, don't order anything from this website! Their website looks very professional, but remember that WigSis is not a reputable company. They say that they are located in USA, but these guys are from China! I have ordered two wigs and they were absolutely terrible, so I decided to return them. I immediately contacted their customer service and they told that no returns are possible. They are a bad company and they will definitely scam you. Stay away!
