wigs.com — customer service
I ordered from wigs.com twice! Same problem both times! I ordered and paid extra shipping, as others have stated and was never notified that my order had been placed on back order.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Richardson, TXI ask the customer service person if there is a way to tell if the wig is on back order and she says the website is being updated to say whether it is available or not. Fyi it already does and I mention this. She apologizes, I cancel and we are done. Crazy! No incentive to purchase something else no offer for anything! I will not order from them again!!!
I cannot grow my own hair. I rely on a wig for daily wear. This company does not care for the customer!
