I recently purchased a wig from Lux Hair Shop and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The wig I ordered was supposed to be a frosted white short blunt cut bob, but what I got was a completely different style. It was layered and looked nothing like the picture on the website. I was also disappointed with the color. I ordered a purple and white ombre A cut, but what I received was a frosted tip blunt cut bob. It was not what I was expecting at all.

To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a comment on their social media page about my experience, they deleted it and blocked me from their page. It's clear that they don't want anyone to know the truth about their products.

Overall, I would not recommend Lux Hair Shop to anyone. They are a scam and their products are not what they claim to be. Save your money and buy from a more reputable company.

But overall, I'm pretty satisfied with their products and services. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable. They also offer free shipping which is a huge plus.

I've purchased a few wigs from LuxHairshop and they've all been great quality. The hair is soft and doesn't tangle easily. I've received many compliments on my wigs and people are always surprised when I tell them it's not my real hair.

But at least I got my refund, so that's something. But honestly, I still lost money in the end and the company didn't even suffer because I sent the product back all nice and neat. Oh, and by the way, they be censoring reviews on Facebook, so this is the only place where you can get the real deal. So, if you're thinking about buying from Lux Hair Shop, I'd say don't risk it.

To make matters worse, the black roots were not even throughout the hair, so when I pulled it back, it looked like a set of stairs. Not a good look!

To try and salvage the wig, I decided to add two extra bundles of my own hair to it, but even after doing so, the wig was still very thin. I felt like I had been duped by false advertising at its finest. The quality of the hair was also disappointing - it felt like baby doll hair and looked synthetic, even after I changed the color and toned it.

Another thing that bothered me was that the hair shipped from China. I wasn't expecting that and it made me wonder about the quality of the product I was receiving. The only positive thing I can say about the wig is that the lace was of good quality.

Overall, I was really let down by my experience with Lux Hair Shop. The wig I received was not at all what I was expecting and the quality was subpar. I attached a picture of the wig after I added the extra bundles and changed the color, but as you can see, it still doesn't look great. I placed an order for hair from Lux Hair Shop on August 2, 2020. I was excited to receive my order, but after a few days, I started to wonder when it would arrive. I decided to reach out to the company on August 6 to ask about the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to check out some reviews of Lux Hair Shop. To my dismay, I found that many people had experienced the same issue as me - difficulty getting in touch with the company. Some even mentioned that it was hard to get a response when trying to return something.

At this point, I decided to cancel my order. I received multiple emails from Lux Hair Shop asking why I had cancelled. I explained my frustration with the lack of communication and the delay in delivery.

However, the owner of Lux Hair Shop responded to me saying that I could not cancel my order after 12 hours. If I cancelled after 24 hours, I would only receive 50% of my money back. This was not mentioned on the website, which states that there is a 30-day refund policy.

Despite my attempts to cancel my order, I have not yet received the product. It seems that Lux Hair Shop wants to keep my money without delivering the product. And if I do decide to return it, I will have to pay for shipping all the way to China.

It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers. I hope that Lux Hair Shop will improve its communication and customer service in the future. Until then, I would caution others against ordering from this company.

I gotta say, I'm super happy with the wigs I got from Lux Hair Shop! They're both sooo soft and silky, and the cut looks totally natural. Plus, they came with baby hairs and hairlines that were already plucked a bit, which was a nice touch. Shipping was pretty quick once the wigs were done being made, and the seller was really good about emailing me back and keeping me in the loop.

The brown wig I got had a bit of a smell to it when I first opened the package, but it wasn't too bad and it went away pretty easily after I washed it. And let me tell you, the platinum blonde wig I got is seriously the softest bleach-processed hair I've ever felt. It's like running my fingers through a cloud or something!

The only thing I would suggest for the website is to maybe give a little more info about each wig's construction. Like, how much lace is used and where, and maybe some measurements or something. It'd be cool if they could include some photos of the inside of the wigs too, so you could get a better idea of what you're buying.

But overall, I'm really happy with my wigs! They're both super full and shiny, and I'm definitely gonna come back to Lux Hair Shop next time I need a new wig.
