Waste Management [WM] stay away

Stay away from this company if you want a better life. Don't sign a contract with this company, or you will be locked forever since it requires you to send a termination letter between 90days to 120 days ahead of time if you don't want to renew your contract, and you know what, majority of people will forget after three years. If you signed a contract or the contract gets automatically renewed and you forget to canacel it, you will end up paying six months' liquidation damage (what is that?) if you want to terminate the service.

I signed a contract with waste management three years ago, and the third month after I signed the contract, this company charged me $75 more than the contract price, saying it was for the overflowing charge. I was so frustrated since this is a rental property and I can not be there everyday to watch my trash can, so I called this company to see whether I could discontinue its service, and the agent told me if I discontinue, I need to pay a 6-month liquidation charge which amounted to more than $650. I gave up and patiently waited for this contract to be over.

Near the end of the three year term, I sent a letter to this company saying that I don't want to renew my contract when the contract is over. By the way, to terminate the contract, you have to send this company a written notice at least 90 days, but not more than 180 days prior to the termination of the existing term, guess how many business men or women can remember to do that? But if you don't remember, your contract will be automatically renewed and if you want to break the contract, you need to pay that hefty liquidation damage charge!

Well, I did that and I called several times to make sure this company got my letter (whenever I call, the call always needs to be transferred and after the transfer, always an answer machine), finally I got a call back, and the agent told me she didn't get the letter! well, I called to confirm the address before I sent the letter, and I used return receipt requested certified letter, the tracking from the post office showed her office did get the letter! Then I was asked to send the letter again, ok, I sent it and also saying the last month's charge needs to be prorated since it is only less than half-month service, the agent told me she will prorate it. But when the bill came, not only I was charged for full month service, there was also an extra $75 removal fee which is not on the original contract either. I called again and again, the agent finally returned my call, saying she will give me credit for this coming month's bill, but when the bill came, NO CREDIT at all except more charges such as late fee, administration fee etc., which means I need to run this painful cycle of calling, leave a message, no response, then call again, leave a message... the contract was over on 6/12/2010, until today which is 7/29/2010, nearly two months passed, this company can not even give me a correct final bill. Just think about how much time I wasted on this!

Besides this customer service issue, this company has billing issues too. My contract price is $115 per month, for the past three years, this company constantly increases its charges and other hidden fees, by the end of the three-year term, I am paying average $165 per month, which is 43% more than the original contract price.

Please all of you contact me. I hate their service. One quarter there was no past due amount, January of 2011 I get a bill that charges the current due amount no problem on my credit card, but then all of a sudden there is a past due amount. Then a few weeks later the reinstatement fee. Nothing in the mail. The only reason I knew is because all of a sudden I was getting an email confirmation for over 120 dollars, bill normally around 90, and then I am being charged separately 38. Then again this month. Funny how all payments are going through without any change to my credit profile. I am calling tomorrow but from past experience it isn't going to be fun. I am going to get an audio recording this time. I setup an email in hope of getting responses to build a profile to fight back.
email me your concise story with how you could prove it. I can easily prove it by showing my invoices to a judge I would even post publicly by just removing my name, account, and address. Take pictures holding up your cell phone or the current days paper, get audio, and get invoices online as proof.

Waste Management [WM] bad business practices

This company renewed our contract without a proper signature and on top of ir increased our rates even though they claimed we are under their contract. How does that work? Don't allow any employee to sign anything for waste management as you may be stuck in a deal you don't want.

You should take them to your local conciliation court. Their contracts are not without holes and you can easily find violations on their part to file a complaint. Look for teaser items on the contract like $100 off, which the court will interpret as $100 off every month. Also per contract you are allowed to terminate if they raise the rates for certain specific reasons. If they did not cite specific reasons, which they typically don't, in their notices, you can claim the value of the increases. Typically, they will cite vague reasons like 'may be a number of reasons...'. If they don't collect the container after cancellation, which is their tactic to prevent switching providers, call the local police department and file a complaint for trespassing and/or nuisance. Many small businesses have successfully won judgements against them in small claims courts. Many law firms, including Attorney Generals, are investigating Waste Management for class action lawsuits, but for now small claims court is your best option for immediate results. Good luck!

I agree with...Waste Management is to worst company anybody can ever have services with. I originally began my first experience with and I had pickup and billing problems with them from day one. They have missed pickup days, they have picked up however, they left trash all around the trash can that fell out while they were dumping. Worst of all problems with Waste management is the billing. I left Waste Management and went to a company called Louie's Waste. I was happy with Louie's, they had excellent services and billing. But Louie's ended up selling out to Waste Management and I was once again back to the poor excuse for a company. I was so pissed to find this out. This company charges you $35 as a late fee and another $35 to resume services if you are discontinued. There fees are equivalent to 3 months of service. That ### don't make any sense. I have obtained services elsewhere with another company and hopefully this new company will provide better services all around.
Best Regards Cory Turner

Waste Management [WM] bad company

Waste management is a bad trash company to be with. They took us over becasue tri-state went out of business and we never gto a letter stating they were taking over. Second bill with them and my fee with from $73 to $95 for once a week pick up. I call to cancel and they say they will give us a the same or better deal if I didn't go with allied. So I said fine. As of sat 9/19 I get a bill for another $95 and then today 9/20 I get a suspended notice for 20.01. They are liars to there word and its sad for a trash company to be like this and I will spread the word to never use this company ever.

Waste Management [WM] contract renewal

I tried to cancel our waste management contract last summer and they said we had automatically rolled it over another 3 years by not responding to them so we had to wait until this year. I just tried to cancel. You have a small window to cancel and I was a month late to notify them that we wanted to discontinue service with them. We are now stuck with them for 3 more years. They get you to start their service with cheap prices and continually start charging more.

Waste Management [WM] breach of contract

If you have waste management of pennsylvania hauling your commercial trash they have breached their contract with you multiple times. their "annual" price increases are more frequent than annual and go way above what their terms indicate as cpi or cpi +4.in fact its 9% or more. also they calculate their fuel surcharges on top of all other surcharges which inflates the price even more. they charge a "recycling maintennance offset fee" which was supposed to make up for a low commodity market which has since recovered but gues what - the charge is still their, yet another breach of contract. they are 25-40% higher than other haulers. best thing you can do is get pricing from another hauler, stop paying the wm bill. they will make collections calls and threaten you with "liquidated damages" but in the end they will just remove the can.. they are losing $250, 000 a month due to their pricing. they care only about meeting wall st. goals and getting management bonus by charging their customers as much as possible and hoping you pay their inflated bills.

This $75 cancellation fee is ridiculous. Haven't you already made enough profit off of me? I was so happy with my service until this. I will not be using the service again at my new home. Nickel and diming customers at the end is not a good way to have return customers. Figure it out.

Waste Management [WM] broken water meter

This is a complaint letter about their company and employees.
On, wednesday january 5 of this year we had a very late truck come to pick up. We believe it was the greenery truck. Later, when we went to turn our water on in the sink there was no water. We, called helix water district to find out what was going on? Someone later came out and checked. There were very large tire tracks over our water meter at the corner of road. It had been broken and a untold amount of water had been flowing down the main road. Because, it was night and we couldn’t afford to pay plumber’s emergency prices we went with-out water. We had guests staying with us. No water for showers and what was worse was we all had to use non-flushing toilets. The next morning I contacted a landscaper instead of a plumber to try and save money. We ended up being with-out water all day.

On, friday january 7 I contacted waste management. It turns out a neighbor saw the truck. I was transferred to a supervisor by the name of — . He couldn’t come out to see it friday and my husband had doctor’s appointments on monday so we made arrangements for him to come out tuesday january 11. He said he would call before coming. We waited until the afternoon. I called waste management. I left a message on his voice mail - no phone call. I waited another 1 ½ hours called back and I was given his cell phone number. He acted like he didn’t remember talking to me but said he would be over. Waited until the evening with no phone call or visit from him.

So, our water meter was ran over, over a week ago. We are being ignored. We had to pay to have it repaired and we will have to pay for all the wasted water because it was on our side of the meter. We wasted two days because of it. And, we also had to suffer the embarrassment of having our company use the bathroom on top of each other. Then we are ignored on top of all of this!

Waste Management [WM] so frustrated!!

I finally got tired of the poor service from waste management and decided to switch to another waste hauler. Just trying to contact them to terminate their service was a nightmare... I wound up on hold for a really long time before I could talk to someone. My containers were not picked up on the day they were supposed to... And i've been hit with a $25 bill for them to not pick them up! Two phone calls ended after I was on hold for so long I had to go attend to other things. Today I called again after receiving the letter about the $25 bill. Spent a long time on hold waiting to talk to a nice lady who basically told me nothing. She offered to put me on hold again. (!) I explained i've been on hold a lot with waste management and would she just call me back to let me know when the (full and now smelly) containers would be removed... And how the $25 bill would be resolved. I'm still waiting for her call. (now I know why waste management containers have pretty much disappeared from my neighborhood in favor of those from other companies!)

Waste Management [WM] fraudulent charges

We moved into lewisville almost two years ago and received a bill for garbage pick-up. We had our garbage container hit by a car and have tried to get a replacement. Finally, my husband called today and was told our account was suspended, our garbage would not be picked up this friday (they pick up on wednesday) and we were completely confused. We called lewisville and were told that they pay for our garbage pick-up and we never should have received a bill from waste management. This company is either dishonest or completely incompetent. I think, with all the complaints out there about waste management, we should all join together and sue this company. I doubt they will refund their fraudulent charges. I will check back to see if others wish to file a "huge" group suit against this company. They should not be in business.

I agree, I have had on-going billing issues with Waste Management. Twice I was billed $29.00 as they reportedly had picked up my containers due to non-payment. This did not happen. I go on-line, my bill is zero. I call customer service they reduce the bill, removing the $29.00 but if I want to pay my $18.00 dollar bill on the telephone it would cost me $8.00. So I go on-line...out of service. If you want a paper bill it is a $4.00 admin. fee. I think it's taken care of in December. I get bill's for $29.00 again and of course late fees, admin fee, etc. This time I wrote the local office and I am credited the $29.00. March I get another bill $9.00 - $5.00 late fee and $4.00 admin. fee for my zero bill. This time I e-mailed and received an apology and was credited the $9.00. I put my trash out on Monday. Come home - no trash cans. I have a zero balance. The next morning, 2 trash cans and 1 recycle (I had 2) are on my front porch in front of my door. I have no idea when those appeared. I am in a HOA and can't get out of this contract but will pursue this further AND I think there should be a national response about their billing practices, just like what happened with Verizon and Bank of America. This company will not change without public exposure.

Waste Management [WM] garbage pick up

I made a payment through their website and received a confirmation number and all. They neglected to contact me and say that they had a problem with the payment or even a simple call about the past due bill. Now they want 2 months up front which is $162.00 and they still won't pick up the garbage till the next pick up day. Nothing but problems with this company in oregon, however they have a monopoly on the city I live in so you're screwed for better service. So now i'm forced to start loading up my trailer and taking the garbage in myself, because I just can't take the # anymore!

Waste Management [WM] high prices/poor quality

Waste management is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new house, and called them to ask about prices. After asking me a few "standard" questions (name, address), they told me that getting their service was mandatory. Next they told me that since I had purchased the home in november, they were going to charge me for the last quarter of 2010 even though I had not moved into the house until february 2011. I told them I didnt even have a garbage can, and they told me to leave my bags by the road. I told them I would not do that. Their exact words were "someone must have stolen your garbage can"! After talking to numerous people, I finally got a supervisor on the phone. She told me they would see about fixing my bill to not include 2010, and they would get me a new garbage can. Two weeks later, I finally received my garbage can. As others have said, they dont pick up on scheduled days. They left boxes that would not fit in the bin for two and a half weeks, before I had to call them and tell them to pick them up. Our neighbor is never home, so he doesnt have trash for them to pick up, but they will sit in the road, and honk thinking that will get him to bring out his trash. I pay all my bills online, but their site is very misleading. To create an account on their new system, you must opt out of paper billing. I also received a "notice of potential interruption of service" on april 6th, for not paying the april, may, and june quarter. I had already paid this bill.

I would say "do not use this garbage pickup company", but since it is mandatory, I guess we will all have to grin and bear it. I did not think that this sort of mandatory service was even legal, but hey, what do I know?

Waste Management [WM] unfair working conditions

What a joke of a company! There have been countless complaints coming out of this branch (all mostly about the same person) but yet nothing is being done to fix it instead the hard working employees that do the hard work are been told that the monster causing all these problems is an perfect employee (wonder who's bed her shoes have been under?) a few examples of this... One previous employee found that his baby's heart was no longer beating (the mother was mid term in the pregnancy) and that the mother would have to deliver the still born... Needless to say he was refused time off! Doesn't wi have some kind of funeral leave that is madatory for employees when it comes to the death of a child or any other immediate family member? Why was he told that he had to finish his route before he could leave the day he found out? Also why was he not granted leave for the next day when the stillborn was being delivered instead he was threatened that he didn't come in or if he left early he would be terminated. Only imagining he state of mind at that time I can only assume that it would have been somekind of life critical rule to not have him on the road driving one of those huge trucks. The payroll is another joke... Why is it when you work a full week you don't get a percent for 3 out of the 5 days... Only your lowest percents show and give you such a joke of an average that you are getting paid the same if not least than your base pay? And than you question why this happens and you checks get smaller and smaller for the next couple of months regardless of the hours work? Or how you can have 2 weeks with the same hours and percents but the pay is almost $ 200 less! And all they can tell you is that payroll doesn't understand the formula as to how they pay you so they can't explain it to the employees... I can explain it... Cover up to make the head guys more money! So many more examples I can't even being to list them all... All I have to say is that waste management of fond du lac is a horrible place to work for and heater makes it unbearable to be there... It hurts not only their employees but their employees families too!

My husband has worked for WM for 11 years. Up until this past year he had a great work record. Then for some reason he was told he was being watched and be careful. Not understanding why, he just went about doing his job. About six months ago the trouble started. Being written up for stupid things etc. In January he was suspended pending termination. Six weeks ago he have his notice of retirement. Then it really started, including being terminated this week, four weeks from retirement. What gives with this company?

Waste Management [WM] scam

I do not receive your bill for any reason, do not pay it within the first 4 weeks of receiving the invoice (it is mailed @3 weeks prior to the start of the new quarter), or do not pay the full amount, whether by intent or accident, the company will still pick up your refuse but will put your account on "suspension" and charge you, the consumer a $35 re-instatement fee. Sounds fine, because most companies providing a service can and do charge reconnect fees.in the case of waste management, the do not ever inform you in any way whatsoever on your original invoice that there is a reconnect fee if they suspend service for non-payment, nor do they mail out late notices. They do not notify the consumer in writing prior to imposing this fee. You have to pay the fee or they will halt service. And you, their consumer, have no recourse.in my case, my city has an ordinance requiring it's citizens to have trash service. And the city has a contract with waste management. As a result, if I refuse to pay a bill, not only am I charged a fee for reconnect from waste management, but I could be found to be in non-compliance of city code/ordinance and can be fined by the city up to $125. Waste management knows this, so they charge whatever they want, and then you are forced to pay, one way or another.

Waste Management [WM] terrible customer service and excessive fees

Buyer beware of waste management. This company is so bad, I don't know where to begin. They provide trash service for me at a rental property. First of all, they make me sign a 36 month contract for trash service. Really? I need to sign a 3 year contract for them to pick up garbage! Then they expect me to notify them by certified mail 6 months before the end of mine contract to tell them I don't want service anymore. Plus they want me to tell them the price of the service I am switching to and give the right to match it. Ridiciulous! What else? They have raised the cost of my service 15% a year. They just randomly raise my bill and hope I don't squell. If I call to speak with a manager, they get my contact information to call me back, yet more times than not I end up having to call them again because they don't return my call. They changed my trash pick up day and failed to notify me. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with me, but by god they could get the bill sent to me each and every month.

Needless to say, I will not be renewing my contract with waste management. I have been counting the days until I can tell them where to put it. This company is too worried about their shareholders' pockets and shamelessly promoting themselves on undercover boss to give a damn about their customers. I would not recommend anyone ever get trash service from waste management.

You would assume wrong. I don't have a dumpster. I have 4- 96 gallon trash bins for my tenants to throw their trash in and they wheel them to the curb so it is a pretty big deal when the trash day is. And it's not the fact they switched trash days, it's the fact that they didn't notify me about the change. When I asked them why they didn't notify me, they told me they didn't have my contact info. Yet they were still sending me bills every month. Maybe you should read a little closer before you aimlessly comment helpNu. And as far as the comment, "Fuel prices go up and your bill will also". The city trash service in my town has maintained their price for trash service for the past three years. Based on your comments helpNu, I would not be surprised if you were a Waste Management employee. With the margins they have figured into their service, they could afford to hire a bunch of people to surf the internet and post stupid comments.

Just had a similar experience. My bill kept going up so I called to complain. The woman was very nice - she lowered it and all was good. Then a few weeks later I get a bill as if I hadn't paid and it had not gone down. I called and they told me to ignore it - I didn't owe anything. Then a month later I get a bill that is almost double what I was quoted. I call back and the first woman said I was charged a "Resume Fee" - and when I started questioning she kept saying I was breaking up and she couldn't hear me - but I could hear her fine. She said she would call me right back and never did. I had to go through the whole process again and the woman tried to help but she kept explaining that my services was cancelled for non-payment with a $45 resume fee plus $10 more for administrative charges. I argued this was robbery - how could they charge 50% of the bill when they didn't do anything. She kept saying that I had let the bill lapse 62 days. When I pressed her for the dates the bills are due she then was flip flopping what she said. I continued to review the facts and then even she could see that the bill was only 30 days late when I paid it so they should not have cancelled the service. She couldn't explain what happened but did fix it for me. I just hope this is reflected in my bill in a few weeks. Very upsetting and just a 'waste' of my time.

We have the same problem with Waste Management. I tried to cancel last year but they said we had another year to go so when it came up this year I was a month off now we are stuck with them for 3 more years because of the "rolling contract". They are deceptive and misleading with their contract. They want to enforce their contract with an iron hand yet they want the ability to change their prices whenever they want.
Ours too is for rental property. We deal with contracts all of the time. We have let our renters out of the contract for individual reasons . We do not want unhappy renters on our property and I don't know why Waste Managment would want such bitter customers.

Several times through out 2014 I've called to let them know recycling wasn't removed. I was told a supervisor would call me but never did. Going to have to ask township for a refund of monthly fee's. Maybe then they'll do something about this worthless company. Could be because they're in Flint it has something to do with it. Garbage city garbage company.

Waste Management [WM] harassing phone calls

Waste management begins calling regarding payment before I receive a bill. For some time I tried paying on line but at 65 years of age and not being accustomed to paying on line I was intimidated by all the security bells and whistles going off when I went on the wm website. Since i've had to pay a computer person over and over to get virus', I asked to have a paper bill sent. It is now february 17th, I have no bill in the mail yet and I have already started to get wm messages about paying my bill. This turns into harassment when the calls keep coming and I haven't even received a bill. If I could switch to another company I would but this situation proves why competition is good: when a consumer has no choice the company can do anything it pleases, including harassing a responsible older person with daily calls — usally for about $65-75... I am sick of this.

Ps: today is feb 17th and the bill just arrived; it was mailed from phoenix on feb 12th — if we had weather problems as we often do I would not have received it in 5 days. And since I am leaving to go out of town until monday I am not paying it and mailing it until monday... This is harassment and I am sick of it.

Waste Management [WM] never again

I just found this site and would like to contribute to supporting both the positive and negative reports here. I few years back, I had a container from a competitor that wmi bought out. Without notifying me, they sent out a truck, picked up the near-empty container and then tried to charge me a service fee.

They said that I had had the container too long. I explained that time between pick ups was not mentioned in any contract with the competitor. They tried to tell me that I was bound by their standard contract. You don't have to be a lawyer to know that is wrong. They had the right to pick up the container and charge for disposal, but that was all.

When I complained to the bbb here in jacksonville and they got involved, wmi backed down.

I would haul my own trash to the dump before I did business with them again.

I have a similar story...

Our homeowner association changed trash companies so we all put out our trash bins for pickup by Waste management. I put out my 89 year old neighbor's bin since she was out of town. Waste managment picked up my bin, her bin and everyone else's. Then they claimed my 89 year old neighbor never put her bin out and sent her a bill for $75! I called them and explained they have made a mistake, but they claimed they did not. And then they admitted they don't keep records of what was picked up or where! They had no record of picking up 1 or 2 bins at anybodies house! So the $75 charge is just trying to take advantage of a older widow who might feel she has to pay.

I'm going to complain to the BBB and any complaint board I can find. I suggest everyone require wastemanagment sign a receipt when they pick up your bin. That should be a standard business practice anyway -- drop off a bin, have the homeowner sign a receipt. Pick up a bin, sign a receipt. Otherwise the company is just stealing money from their customers.

Waste Management [WM] - overcharged

Waste management has a little known clause in their contract which allows them to renew their refuse pick up contract with out permission from the client, then if you cancell their service they charge three months service fee with no service. The clause is not complaint with utah law but waste management will not rescind the charge even though the contract...

Waste Management [WM] accused of crossing the line!!

january 2003 hired as a floater site worker for 12recycling centers.within in 3months working in the office as a lead person over 12recycling center, and 27employees.my job entailed:doing schedules, time sheets, buying and deliving supplies, using my own personal vehicle, going out to the centers checking on site workers, making sure centers were opened, fill in the centers when a worker had to be out, basicall i did it all.the county were happy and so was waste management.I had alot of responsibilty place on me, doing the job of a district management, with out the pay! i was trusted with the visa number to purchase supplies.
april 2008, i'm promoted to site-supervisor by district manager from florence, s.c. in a employee meeting in front of my co-workers, and the county administrator, public works director, recycling co-ordinator, and waste management sales respresentative and a wm supervisor-dispatcher! now after over a year, i'm being told i have crossed the line, accused of contacting county officials and talking to them about issues(which is in correct).accused of hiring and firing (in correct).a disgrunted employee of 2years as a site worker complains, not doing their job, and i'm being accused by a new district manager and a human resource person that i have never met in the 6years of working with waste management that i wasn't allowed to resolve the issues going on with this site worker!
my position has never been questioned by the county(with whom we have a contract with), or waste management . we have some employees in florence who were not doing their job, such as district manager, supervisor, human resource, and now they are threaten by disgrunted employee and her husband.so therefore i'm demoted and part time status, deducted $1.00 from my pay, loosing my health benefit and all other benefits.
i put my heart and soul in my job doing what wastemangement and the county wanted.never have their been a problem with my character and my work ethics.i don't like being accused by people i have never met, who never came to clarendon county or attended employee meetings to meet the people working for them or for that fact meeting the county personal whom they have a contract with.
i have a voice and i want to be heard, i have plenty of documentation to back up everything and anything i have to say about this situation.I was done very wrong, and i want something done about it.and i will keep on till i find someone who is willing to help me take this on.
i put 30years into the healthcare field.i'm a ex-officer wife who has been affiliated with the military, also job wise.i have alot of understanding about going thru the channels, and not crossing the line!

Glad to hear from you franniedorchester! As you probably saw I had someone contact me about a classaction suit and never heard back from them, I was very disappointed about it!
Your situation is very familiar, I know some employees here that has had same thing happen to them.
Something needs to be done about this Waste Management. This is unethical what they do to their employees.
I may have a lawyer that might take on the case for me.I won't know till next week.I just got his name referred to me.
One of the problems is that alot of these employees don't want to speak up or stand up when they know someone is being done wrong, for fear they will loose their jobs.
How long were you with wm?I will tell you this if you go to file for unemployment you might as well take a lawyer along with you.I filed and the supervisor shows up with a lawyer, and I had all my documentation to prove my case, and I still lost.A decision was made in a days time! I am convinced that the referee for the employment office and wm, lawyer all knew each other, they all came from the same town!Plus the decision was already made!
I will email you!I have been ready to fight this company for a year now.

Hello everyone out there. I was a Residential Driver for Georgetown Delaware Waste Management . We had been relocated from Cambridge, Maryland due to consolidation. Once we arrived there all we heard from the other drivers was how bad it was to work there. Little did I know I would soon find out. After a couple of months and getting to know the Delaware drivers I repeatedly heard them complaining about being cheated on their pay checks. They started showed me their incentive sheet printouts that came along with the checks. By the way, they could"nt mess with our pay yet because they had to pay the Maryland drivers a set pay rate for almost a year cause our routes were not in their system. Being I had worked in the office before I had a thorough knowledge of the formula they used to determine how much the drivers should have been paid. Every single driver that showed me an incentive sheet were being cheated out of $ 100 to $ 300 hundred dollars a week at least. Once I told them this they started going to the Route Manager responsible for their incentive sheets and pay. Next thing I know I started being harassed in every way possible, culminating in being terminated for allegedly having 8 occurrences when it came to find out through my vigorous pursuit of all pertinent records I only had 3 occurrences. It"s like someone else said in their comment. These big corporations and companies do not really care for their employees at all. Due to a severe illness, I had to put doing something about this on hold until now. Now its time to do something about it.

one of the main things in this company is that managers only care about their numbers all the time do not care how or when the roads are completed by drivers. no matter how tired they are, how much sleep or anything else by the life of the deal is bad drivers lie on your face and if you say something you are in the sight of all. keep drivers uninformed of things that happen in the company.

as the saying goes the more ignorant best for them

I would be happy to join any class action suit. I was employed by WM and after 4 months got sick. While on short-term disability, they stopped by benefits and paycheck and now my supervisor won't return my calls. They are forcing me out of compliance. The company is evil and is ruining my life. I was an employee in good standing deserving of the benefits and they yanked them negligently. Cigna is outrageous too. If you're serious, contact franniedorchester@hotmail.com. I think we should sic a union on them and unionize the customer service people. The supervisory staff is uneducated and trained to rough up the troops. Not a good place at all. People treated shabbily like the industrial revolution.
