Vodafone / mobile wi-fi data not received

Data cell no: [protected] contract for 10 G per month - asked for detailed account every month agreed for extra payment but received nothing, and data dont even last for two weeks

Data cell no: [protected] contract 3 G CANCELLED

Data cell no: [protected] contract 2G sim swap to [protected]

I do have all the documentation for the cancellation of contracts do not even have the sim card any more since March 2016.

I have phoned customer care without any results, after Hello Peter vodacom promise someone would calls us nobody did.

This is my final writing to resolve this problem.
