[Resolved] Vitalchek.com / very bad service
on january 27th of year 2010, my husband ordered his birth certificate through vitalchek.what a joke!we waited for the 7 to 12 business days and then checked our order.we was then informed that our order had been cancelled.i contacted the vital record office themselves and found out that it wasn't.i e-mailed vitalchek several times with no response and tried to call at least a dozen times with never a answer.we will not do business with vitalchek again
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
