So, I recently tried out Express Vitals and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. I paid for their services and it's been over a month and I still haven't received anything. I've tried calling them multiple times, but no one ever answers. I even sent them six emails and still haven't gotten a response. It's really frustrating because I feel like I've been scammed.

The company claims to offer "Fast Track - Free!" services, but this is just a ploy to make you think that you will receive your certificate faster than if you went straight to the government. I tried to get clarification on what "Fast Track" meant, but I never received a response. Instead, I was bombarded with irrelevant information and an invitation to pay an extra ?40+ to have my certificate sent express. This is an outrageous amount to pay for a single sheet of paper!

I tried to get a refund, but my demand was completely ignored. The company only pointed out that postage overseas was going to take longer. However, the certificate was going to Scotland, which is still part of the UK and has no sea to go over. This is a clear indication that the company is not interested in providing quality services but is only interested in making money.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone who needs a vital certificate to avoid using Express Vitals. Instead, go to the local council of the place you were born. They provide excellent services and even bother to send a personal reply when you thank them for their services. This appalling organization needs to be held accountable for their unethical practices.
