Viagogo order event 9999340

Good afternoon,

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from this company whilst tracking and receiving a ticket which I purchased on 13th March 2017. The ticket did not arrive before I left England to fly to Ireland despite being assured that it would. Having tracked the package I realised that I had omitted one letter from the postcode. I immediately contacted your company and informed them of the error. I was assured that the tickets would arrive by noon the following day and my daughter arranged for courier service to deliver them to a friend's home in Ireland.

The ticket did not arrive and when I tracked it again, despite being given the correct postcode, the ticket was now in Germany. This was now on Thursday with the match due to be played in 48 hours. Once again I rang your company and after having been put on hold for over 20 minutes I was told that someone would get back to me with details of an alternative ticket.

I heard nothing from Viagogo for another 24 hours. During this time I made several more phone calls, and was each time put on hold and given no further help. I finally received an email on the morning of the 18th, the day of the match with the details of an alternative ticket which could be collected from a hotel in Dublin.

My experience of the entire service was poor with a lack of communication or advice. My trip to Ireland was spoilt my anxiety and the lack of certainty about attending the match.

Viagogo adel concert melbourne

I bought four tickets to the adel concert melbourne when I got there we were refused entry and told that the tickets were no good. My order number is 821367 jodie taylor I had travelled four hours to atten this concert and was very upset to learn that this was the case. Please contact me with a solution we have already missed the concert and reluctant to use this site again

Viagogo price description was not accurate

I have recently bought 2 tickets for Good Mourning Mrs Brown as a Christmas present. The original price quoted (value) was approx £500, but when the tickets came they were only £26. The only description was 'tiered seating', but from the price I expected they would be good seats. They are actually in block 12 row YF so a very long way from the stage!
I am extremely disappointed and feel I have been ripped off as it turns out I could have bought better seats for a lower price from ticketmaster! This is a complete rip off and their charges are extortionate, but you don't see what they are until you purchase the tickets, you only see the price per ticket you are paying. By the time you realise how much the charges are it's too late as you are committed.

Viagogo tickets sold

I was advised my tickets were sold and there was nothing further I had to do. On the day of the concert I was told the tickets were cancelled as I had provided the wrong tickets. Then I received another email that it's was a problem with the buyer. Then another email I didn't upload colour tickets. Now you have taken $400 from my account. I have now list over $1000.00 and there was nothing wrong with the tickets I uploaded

Viagogo product sold is different to product received

I ordered tickets for the Jamiroquai concert from viagogo. The next day I received the tickets via email where they had someone else's name and a considerably cheaper ticket price.

Since reselling tickets in this way is against the law I would expect a full refund from these activities and for the website to be shutdown.

There appears to be no way of getting in touch with the to rightfully demand a refund. What do I do?

Viagogo orlando city soccer club

Hi I'm really dissapointed with your service, with the 4 tickets I purchased for the Orlando City Football Match.
I have tried to call you on the US number and that is not working. The event is just about to start and now I'm out of pocket $600 this is just unfair.
I have used your company before more than once, and I have had no issue.
If this was the first time I was using your service I wouldn't use it again.
I followed all the instructions on your emails on how to receive the tickets but I couldn't receive my tickets.
The event is just about to starts and I have been in my hotel concierge for 2 hours! Trying to download and receive my tickets.

Also your so called HelpCentre was no help, it said " Sorry! Either there are no orders on this account, or the timeframe submitting this query has expired" so

I expect my money back, as I did not receive the tickets.

Viagogo the tickets I bought for zar1641.00 were only in value for zar500.00 - a mark up of zar1641.00 !!!

The tickets I bought for ZAR1641.00 were only in value for ZAR500.00 - a MARK UP OF ZAR1641.00 !

This was stated on each ticket ( Value of each ticket ZAR250.00)

I am requesting a refund for the following
1/ Delivery Fee of ZAR70.00 - as I requested the tickets to be emailed to me not sent initially
2/ ZAR678.00 refund on the total cost Viagogo charged me of ZAR1178.00 for the tickets

In total out of the ZAR1641.00 a refund of ZAR748.00

I understand that VIAGOGO has to charge a booking fee of ZAR328.00 and GST ZAR65.00

Viagogo funds overdue and no payment proof

Viagogo said they have paid for my sale on 8 January 2017 and asked me to check with my bank to locate the payment.
But I haven't received any funds, and the bank cannot locate any payment from them - I have asked for proof of payment but they are unable to provide that. The help centre is useless as they never responded my email within 48 hours, and they only give standard answers saying they have paid but NO EVIDENCE PROVIDED.

And there's no way you can call them and get this sorted. This is really annoying!

Viagogo refund

Ive purchased 2 tickets in october 2016 to see Drake in febr 2017. Did i receive tickets?of course not...i have made calls every day to chase the tickets up and only on the day of the concert i was told that i will not receive my tickets. I have been promised refund and a voucher. I have been advise to come down and have a cup of tea! They told me that the tickets have been collected from the seller but it has not been scanned so i cannot track it! And guess what 4 days after concert i receive a tracking number! I advise everyone who had a bad experience with them to team up and take a legal action. It cannot carry on! They should not even appear on the internet! Who is with me?

Viagogo boriussa dortmund vs wolsburg

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is not a section of where you can complain about your experience etc.

Unfortunately, we were unable to watch the Boriussa Dortmund vs Wolsburg game as the stadium was at full capacity due to the South stand being closed. As you can appreciate this was very disappointing as this was a birthday gift for my partner and our children. If I had been aware that we wouldn't have been able to watch the match due to over capacity then I would not have purchased the tickets.

I would be grateful if you could acknowledge this email and advise what can be done to resolve this matter.

I am not happy one bit I would like my money back as soon as possible you told me you would sort my tickets or a refund out by 17/02 low and behold your staff have stopped responding to my messages I find this highly irritating that you would do such a thing it is totally wrong It clearly states on your site that if you can't sort the tickets you offer a full refund!

Viagogo purchase of concert tickets

We recently purchased concert tickets through Viagogo website and have been trying to sell them back through the same site as per their instruction procedures. However, the site is refusing our request on the premise that there is not enough time to deliver the tickets for an event in August 2017. Have been trying to establish contact with their customer service department on numbers provided, however these numbers are all computer generated recordings and does not apply to our situation. There is nowhere on the viagogo site listed a direct telephone number or email address so it is impossible to actually speak to someone. This has left us feeling we are dealing with a shady company. Would appreciate your assistance or guidance.

Viagogo never buy tickets from these people!

My experience with Viagogo was a real nightmare! I purchased my tickets, but then the event was moved to a date 2 months later, but no one informed me about that. Only later I accidentally discovered that date was moved, so I went online and contacted Viagogo customer service. They assured me that everything will be fine, and I would receive the tickets several days before the event. I never received the tickets and the event never even took place! I contacted them again and complained, but they simply did not care! These thieves stole my money, I never received any tickets and they never informed me that event was being cancelled! I very disappointed!

Terrible - do not use viagogo
I purchased overpriced tickets to eminem in london and could not go. They charged a huge booking and mailing fee. The only choice I had was to re-sell them on viagogo. Because of the fees they charge - I could only make back half my money when they sold. I changed the address to the new buyer but the tickets I had purchase were not sent out until a few days before the show - almost 2 months after I had bought them. Then I get an email that viagogo had cancelled my re-sale - with no warning and no reason given - this was only 3 days before the concert. When I checked my account - I found out the tickets had already been sent to the new buyer. That is right viagogo cancelled my sale after they had sent my tickets out. So now I have no tickets and no money! I also paid to have them mailed to canada but they were only mailed within london - they kept that money too. I demanded a refund for the tickets and they are now ignoring me! I am out a lot of money & pound;325! Stay away - worst re-seller site ever.

Viagogo agent was dishonest and stole my money

I ordered 3 tickets from the website www.Viagogo.com. I didn’t like the services at all, because the seller promised to deliver them within 5 days. And every day he called me and told blah-blah and empty promises. I told to stop it and return money. This scammer told to come to some unknown for me place and he would be there. I came, but he didn’t. After that no money and no tickets. ###. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I was on the website and the tickets were purchased without me even checking out. I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund or will contact the fraud team. These tickets are for a festival today which I didn’t even plan to attends. I payed £220

They are selling formula 1 tickets with different description which makes you think that you are getting a better tickets with a better view, but tickets are general admission. They are purposely having misleading descriptions for tickets with a corresponding price tag.

Worst experience ever! Bought tickets for Sting; chose seating, and days later I get an email from Viagogo stating my tickets were unavailable! They unilaterally sent me two different ones. I did not have a choice on the seating! So I have tried selling them on the VIAGOGO website, and that has been a nightmare! DO NOT BUY THROUGH VIAGOGO!

Purchased Guns n Roses Tickets to be seated near Golden Circle for R1767.25 p/ticket. Received tickets to the face value of R515.00, 350% markup. From your online page I know what I purchased and what I was given. Very disappointed! Viagogo was not helpful at all. Never to used them again and highly recommend others never to use them. THIEVES!

I had bad experience of buying from the website www.viagogo.com. The seller told me that one ticket cost $120 and I took 2 tickets. After that he provided me tickets and the price was $89. Also he provided different seats, and my friend and I seated separately, but I bought two seats together. Don’t buy from them. Also he didn’t reply to phone calls or emails, after he delivered the tickets. It might be a good idea, if people write about their experience with this seller.
