UTS / treadmill warranty not helped me at all

I have never has such an experience of rude service, as I had at this company, especially with their manager Stephanie. I bought a treadmill 3 years ago at Sears, the belt got messed up, they are not fixing because their technician saw it outdoors, and told them it was outdoors, I said, I put it out for that day, because I didn't want him to work inside my home, so Stephanie had voided my warranty service...
Please find the owner of this company, Stephanie didn't want to cooperate in this...
My complain was when my warranty was not expired yet, now it expired, they didn't fix for so long till it expired.
Their employee Sonia hang up the phone on me.
I was told from another employee to send them the pictures of the treadmill for the location, I did, they have them, treadmill is in front of my fireplace, they still didn't want to fix it.
