I found my mother who I was looking for for years. Some of the information was not completely accurate but a lot of information was. For example, when I did a search of my sister's record, it showed my email address on her profile as a possible email address. When I searched for my mom, I found an email that belonged to her husband. I saw her Facebook profile and old addresses and phone numbers. I did a check on all my friends and family lol. You will get addicted. I sent an email to my mom's husband and she called me right away. I saw her tax liens and judgments (all true) and criminal convictions (all true as well). I am not sure where they get all their information but it was well worth the money! I know that if you use the information truthfinder.com gives you, you can find anyone who wants to be found. I was considering hiring a private investigator but I am so glad I tried them first. I was skeptical, especially with all the scam websites out there, but now I can build a relationship with the woman I was looking for my whole life.

Are you people kidding me! I’ve been using this service for over a year. They clearly identify the monthly fees, and I can cancel at any time. Yes, at the beginning, they put you through a bit of a “sales strategy maneuver” by making you wait while they compile the initial report. I think it’s brilliant, really. It makes you feel that they are doing an in-depth report - and they are. Sure, once I signed up, the reports were much quicker - after all, the sale was made (most companies I know of rely on sales being made). Good for them, and great for me! I get reports in about 20 seconds so I can check on hiring candidates, potential business partners and investment professionals that are asking to manage my money. I look at it this way, even if I paid $30 for one single report on a person that was watching my kids, working around my home or for the reasons stated above, it’s priceless if it uncovers something that I find disturbing or harmful to me or the ones I love. So, to the authors of the fatuous reviews that I have read today, I say - Are you people kidding me? Andy, Raleigh, NC

I really just wanted to say thank you to truthfinder for being everything you said you were, and much much more. I actually signed up because a couple of acquaintances had said they had felonies in other states and had done prison time in those states. I found the way they were acting about it very odd. The reason is, I actually screwed up enough in my not so younger days, and I did serve what inmates call "short to the house" time. To me, it was an eternity to get out of there. And the point is, going to state prison for any length of time, is not something you are proud of. I certainly wasn't and am not proud of that fact. These two I mentioned earlier thought and acted like it was the next best thing from being slain in the spirit at a tent revival. Come to find out, they were not telling the truth, so again Truthfinder, thank you. Also a quick shout out to my buddy Chris I spoke to today as a sadly had to cancel my subscription. He also honored my phone call at the end of last month April when I called to cancel, but nobody returned my call. So Chris took care of me and refunded me. Thank all of you again. Its good to see that an honest business can still be found.

I have not personally used the application for any sort of Investigation or information gathering to be clear, this reviee soley focus's on my experience with there support team. somebody did use my card to access the website for information apparently at some point or another. Idk how transactions are processed or applied, but upon noticing a unauthorized transaction on my account history or 30$roughly, I was very angry and sent a very direct message that could have easily been taken offensively or as hostile. I was furious at the time. But truthfinder did the unthinkable, they received, and quickly reviewed my request to get a refund for the money. And without protest, they issued a refund. so instead of angrily switching banks, and cancelling ***, I ordered a new bank card and changed *** security info. While things happen, and nowere truly can guarantee 100 percent online or fraud protection in the world we currently live in, I would have cancelled it all if this would have taken any effort to obtain what belonged to me. So they have actually earned my respect as well as a potential future customer and positive Word of Mouth and saved bank and paypal relations. In regards to my personal experience with this company, I however have no insite into the effectiveness of the actual service they offer. My experience with the customer service side has obviously, in my personal experience, been above and beyond so big thanks to you true finder security and support team I'll never have a bad thing to say about you. "

The customer service offered by *** is the best online customer service I have dealt with -bar none. I am not being paid to say this. They answer the phone very quickly. The Operators are extremely friendly, can speak my language, and will not stop until they have covered absolutely everything that I needed to find out. They'll give me the greatest currently available deal for the particular services I'm seeking. They answer my email inquiries in an hour. I wish I worked for them. It must be an awesome company to work for because their customer service representatives seem like genuinely happy people wanting very much to assist me to the best of their ability. They are not speaking from some kind of boilerplate script and I have never been put on hold for more than 90 seconds, nor has it ever taken longer than 4 or 5 minutes to completely solve my inquiries such changes in service level, new debit card etc. MOST IMPORTANTLY I have never had to repeat my inquiry over and over again whilst being transferred to various departments...presumably because they are allowed to make decisions on their own which is awesome. The service itself works quickly and my downloads are open and read without going to get an app from some playstore, which is my usual experience with downloads from *** etc. Very Refreshing in this day and age of Robot or canned script representatives. Yeah. I was looking for records on my ex... my name popped up as a relative and it said I had 10+ criminal records. I have ZERO criminal records. Go shove a cactus where the sun doesn’t shine. You won’t get a penny from me.

And to your response... why would I call you with SO MANY reviews saying calling customer service is useless and they get no response to emails? This is what happens when you provide garbage info, ignore customers and take people’s money when they canceled their subscription. They leave horrible reviews... other people read them... and decide they have no desire to be ripped off. Lesson... don’t run your company like a thieving jerk. Pretty simple.

For some reason I can’t get much information from truth finder’s anymore. I wanted to cancel and all of a sudden they lowered my price to only $10.99 a month so I thought OK that’s about half the price I’ve been paying for the past year so I kept it but I don’t have a timeline anymore. I can’t get the nearby neighbor search anymore so it’s like I’m getting less information that I was so I’m not getting much bang for my buck. A lot of the information is old and isn’t even accurate. It’s o. For instance, my own daughter is not even listed as a family member. So I don’t know what to do about updating but if you can’t get your own information I don’t think you can get anybody else’s.

My personal search resulted in an 85 page pdf document (on web site, App doesn’t provide pdf download). Of which maybe 15 pages had useful information. Not listed was my twenty year military service. Not listed was my 20 years of public education. Places I lived only covered the last quarter of my life. It did list over 40 pages of people that may have lived near me or used the same Post Office Box I had rented. It did not list any of my employment history. It did not list any vehicles I’ve owned, but it did list a vehicle I lease from 1998 to 2002. I plan to cancel their automatic renewal subscription a week before it is due. Try the web site. The App is free but offers only about 20% of the data available on the website.

This product is somewhat useful but the reports are mostly out of date or inaccurate. You can use some basic information but I wouldn’t rely on it for accuracy.
My own report had me at an address I haven’t lived at in five years and a phone number that was almost 20 years old. Associates or friends I feel is pretty much made up. There were no people on my report I had ever heard of. Although I have held the same position employment wise, it had me employed in a completely different field in a state on the other side of the country. I guess they think I commute 1500 mile every day. It had absolutely no accurate employment information on me. Totally inaccurate social media presence and it listed about 10 email addresses of which only one was accurate.

I used to really like this app. I was able to look up phone numbers and get the names of people calling me. I was paying $4.99 every month and one day I get this refund for like $24.95. I didn’t understand why. I didn’t cancel my membership. Well just yesterday (3/16) I got billed $4.99 and $27.97. I didn’t even use TruthFinder yesterday. I could see if I used the app and accidentally pushed a button but that wasn’t the case. When I called the customer service number I could tell these people were not typical customer service reps, they weren’t polished or polite.

TruthFinder is a BOGUS app that will bill you and when you least expect it will bill you for other things and you won’t even realize it. I plan to contact Apple to get this app taken down.

Now this is how it’s supposed to work! Drop all the other companies that say blah blah blah. Full disclosure: I just found this app 15 mins ago, decided to just lookup someone who I know to see if the answers are correct. My jaw is on the floor! This is what I always thought they should be but never impressed after checking it out. This one is spot the hell on. You get the picture, I’m going back to try it some more. I have seen how the Gov databases people...it knows you neighbors, your neighborhood, it has EVERYTHING! Very impressive mr ceo and code kings...this is what we have needed all along. The Government one can give you detailed to the max on every person on your street, 6 levels is what they call it. This isn’t much different..enjoy! Know I will...

I have used this app in the past and I liked it minus a few little glitches. I paid the monthly subscription for it and did the background checks I needed to do. I kept the subscription for the month and cancelled it since I no longer needed to pull up background checks.

Fast forward to now and I again am needing to perform a background check. I pay for the subscription for the month and was charged. I go to use the app and it keeps prompting me to sign up for the subscription even though I am already signed up. I thought maybe there was a delay after signing up, but even after about two weeks I still cannot access the searches.

I sent an email to the help address listed in the contact info with no response. I also reported the glitch and no response. The app still charged me the almost $30 dollars for the month and I still have yet to be able to use it.

This app is great I’ve been dealing with a woman that I’ve allowed to live with me for the last two years and I sware she has a sweet hart but is dealing with a lot of ppl that she really does not know or is going through something and it’s like my hand is out for her but she won’t reach out to grab so I needed something to get some type of information about her to make myself feel better and there’s three people on here that says they are related to her or associated to her and there’s ppl that are not on here that makes me understand why I’m feeling how I feel about these people and why she always says I’m tired of dealing with them the other people that are not on here seem to know something about her and they keep using it against her like black male in some way and won’t leave her. Alone I feel like she’s been hoed out and does not want to be part of them but she keeps going back to prove who she’s not and who she is so I’ve been here with her trying to help with out getting myself involved in anything and I just needed to see to keep my self at a distance or to jump in to help

I want to merry her and have a great life and I hope we win and the people that are not part of her life truly just back away because there dealers and con artist that are just driving her down to her grave that’s not post to be even dug

Yo, I gotta give a shoutout to Truthfinder.com for helping me out in a sticky situation. So, I had a hunch that my wife was seeing someone behind my back. She told me she was meeting up with her "girlfriends" for lunch, but I found out through WhatsApp that she was actually meeting up with some dude. I didn't know who he was or what their deal was, but I had a feeling it wasn't good.

I decided to give Truthfinder.com a try and boy, was I impressed. Their report gave me all the background info I needed on this mystery man. Turns out, he was my wife's ex-boyfriend who she had been keeping a secret from me. The report also gave me some other juicy details that I didn't even know I needed.

I confronted my wife about it and she came clean. She said they were just friends, but I'm not so sure. I mean, they were planning an overnight outing in January? That doesn't sound like just friends to me.

Anyway, things are a bit rocky between us right now, but I'm hopeful that we can work things out. If not, I already have my pre-nup in order and I'm attending a free webinar on divorce this week. Gotta be prepared, ya know?

Overall, I highly recommend Truthfinder.com if you need to do some digging on someone. It's worth the price for the peace of mind it brings.

I gotta say, Truthfinder.com is pretty legit. I was skeptical at first, but after trying out a few different background check sites, I found that Truthfinder was the most accurate and user-friendly. The interface is easy to navigate, and once you find the person you're looking for, you can easily click on related reports to get even more information. I was able to find way more on this site than any other.

However, I did run into a bit of a problem when I apparently used the site too much. My IP was clearly being throttled, as the site would load perfectly fine until I logged in, and then it would just spin and never load anything. I don't think I was doing an excessive amount of searches, but even if I was, their subscription says it's unlimited. Clearly, it's not. I don't appreciate false advertising.

That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to cancel my subscription. I was worried that I would be locked in for life or something, but it was literally just a one-click process. They even have a video showing you how to do it, which was helpful.

Overall, I found the information on Truthfinder to be pretty accurate. When I compared it to BeenVerified, I found that Truthfinder returned way more information and even had my maiden name listed as an alias. BeenVerified didn't return anything when I searched my married name, which was a bit disappointing.

I do wish that the site's performance was better, as I would have liked to continue using it as my go-to background check site. But the way they went about limiting my access was a bit shady, so I'm not sure if I'll be using it again in the future.

I just want to share my experience with Truthfinder.com. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their service. I wish I had checked out their reviews before using them. A lot of their information is just "happenstance," like if someone has the same last name as the person you're looking up. And then they give you "answers" that are completely irrelevant, like saying there's no record of someone living at an address where they lived for most of their life. Or they'll say they found a criminal record, but it's actually someone with the same last name who isn't even related to the person you're looking up.

I actually tested this out with my own family and myself, and the results were pretty inaccurate. It seems like their software is either really outdated or just includes enough inaccuracies to make you think you need to pay for the "confidential" report. I think they suck people in by identifying someone with the same last name who has ever lived in the same state and has a criminal record. Then they keep presenting that person's name, even if you mark them as not related. So when the results come back, they say there are no criminal records, even though they kept telling you they found some.

And even though I said that person wasn't a family member, they kept including them in the list of family members. It's pretty frustrating, especially when you're trying to find information about loved ones or family members who have passed away suddenly.

But here's the thing: I've had a state professional license for 35 years, and anyone with a basic education could find that information online. But Truthfinder.com said I never applied for a license. It just seems like their database is really inaccurate and full of omissions.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Truthfinder.com. It's just not worth the time or money. The only good thing I can say is that when I complained to one of their supervisors, they quickly refunded my money. But I do wonder if PayPal is in on this scam. I'm also thinking about contacting Google to ask them to stop advertising this business, since the reviews are so bad.

I say: There is nothing on TruthFinder that can't be found online at no cost. The information they provide is very outdated, too. With every page, it seemed another fee was being added to the total I was going to pay. I can't believe I fell for their promises. Ignore the fake positive reviews, use the free search pages available on the internet, and AVOID TRUTHFINDER!

My name is Steven Bunch I was looking at my bank transactions and I noticed that I am getting charged by truth finder 32 dollars monthly. I didn't sign up for it and I don't want it. I will look and see how long this [censored] has been going on. And I want a refund of all money that came out of my account. I paid for services over a year time frame, and TF cancel the service without warning and refused to fully refund me for 12 full months. I received an email from TF dated October 15, 2022, stating that I would be refunded for the past 12 months. I have not received $56.04, for two months. I sent them a letter requesting a refund to be mailed to me ASAP, and the letter was return to sender. This is a corrupt company that engages in fraud and deception by misleading customers saying that they will receive an full refund after TF cancel their account.

In my back ground check it states.

Attempted Aggrivated assault. This was a sick game my neighbors pulled. No charges were filled. I spent a week in Max in the county jail. 26 feet in my driveway the neighbor screaming"your a crazy [censored]" as he was coming up my driveway with pulled blade. He is half my age, trained combat soldier. I am no match at 53 woman. I grabbed my garden tool(a nail pulling claw thing) planned my feet and prepared for audit in me 26 get into my property. Other sick neighbor conveniently in bushes filming only me. No other perspective just me freaking out triggering my severe PTSD for being victim of violent crimes against me by men. I never agreed forward.

Needless to say I went to jail but no charges were filled one officer the female excused me. Then the mail officers came into backyard and arrested me 40 get in to back yard. Never talking to female officer, never asking me what happened. 3 full grown men after being excused by only female.

Then it lists I am on government terrorist watch list. Wtf? Where is this proof? I call these neighbors bully's and terrorists for the harassment I have endured for years. So this is another sick cyber harassment cyber bullying by bully hackers/get spacial engineers( government glorified hacker and spy of enemy. Eyes ears and locations at all times. Expert hacks.

Not in military my neighbor had been my terrorist. So he is responsible I'm sure

I ran a background check of individuals I knew had felony convictions and those individuals came up clean with no conviction of felony. I needed that information for proof in a lawsuit, but I ended up having to travel 30 miles to the courthouse to retrieve records of conviction. TruthFinder was a waste of time and money and not to mention the addition fee wanted to download information.

Cancelled my membership and requested a refund. NOT worth doing business with this place.

I do not use illicit drugs as Truth Finder says I use street drugs, always been randomly tested by doctors, no drugs.

I looked at my husband John Stanley Harrison. He died in March of 2014.

Your site still has him living at our address.. Many many other things were inaccurate on the site. That is why I would never pay 30 bucks to get a report that is most likely Not correct involving my husband.

11/6/2021 So.. I googled a close relative, btw the system is obviously outdated cuz it only showed a few relatives, not all of them, and, the system accurately... lied. It said she had a criminal record. Hah! That relative has NEVER been a criminal! The people she works with are more likely to be criminals! I am very very upset because they were very inaccurate. I would for sure sue, or at least get this looked into by the law, this horrid company. Thank you, anyone who is reading my complaint! I really need the system to be updated, and for the truth to be displayed. In my religion, lying is as bad as murder..(which the lady in my search DID NOT DO(or any crime for that matter) +, this can be used by rapists, murderers, kidnappers, etc. Ya'll know that, right?

I canceled my subscription on May 6, 2021. On the following dates May 13, June 22, and now August 6, 2021, I have been being charged $28.05 each time. I did not authorize them to do so. I have already contacted my bank about those charges. I would appreciate it if they would stop. I can no longer afford to use the site.

Truthfinder .com was paid to locate public records for me to find a person and was paid with a debit card on line on March 17 2021, I was notified that they were ready. on March 18 at 09:10 AM but it is now 12:"55 Am March 20 and I have not received the report I paid for Thank you so much I want the report or my money back

I have been a loyal guest of Ruth's Chris for over 20 years, and during COVID, I have dined twice per month. They recently changed their process for to go orders and it must be done online. I spent 30 min trying to place the order, once I finally did it, my credit card was not accepted. It gave me a message to call the store and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is the worst way treat a loyal customer. I would like to add that the manager acknowledged he knew me but due to fraud, he couldn't help me.

The persons who could most benefit from truthfinder.com include other scam artists who want to forge another person's identity or decipher their passwords to gain access to personal financial information. The fine print caveat is realistically not enforceable. Has anyone been prosecuted misusing this site in that way?
My profile also displays some misleading information which could tarnish my reputation unfairly.

I subscribed for a 1 month subscription in November 2018 and was charged for the subsequent months until February 2019. And upon checking my Paypal charges, I was charged more than what was advertised, rather than 16 USD per month I was charged 27 USD. I requested for 1 report last November and it was even incomplete and provided NO significant details at all.

I have already inactivated payments in PayPal today and I hope I do not get charged every month anymore.

I tried unsubscribing to your website today by logging in and manually deleting my account, but i could no longer log in to TruthFinder after I inactivated payment using the same email address i subscribed.

I want a refund of my subscription fees from December 2018 to February 2019.

i renewed my account a friend of mine used her card brandi dapson.they said it was shut done because of different cards being used .that is only because i dont have a credit card so i have used prepay cards except for the times brandi has allowed me to use hers..also they said the amount of reports that were looked up .. those numbers are from more than a month of use..and yes i do look up a lot of reports because i am a single mother dating and live in apartment complex ..i like to know the people i am dealing with..

If there are people who think this website was useful for them, please, contact me, I really want to be convinced they deserved the money I aid for their ridiculous service.
The fee is high and they will charge you once a month. It's about thirty dollars. If only I knew I would never ever mess with them...
So I was charged and thought I would get a complete information. But what I got was: address and phone number of a person. Why would pay for this if it's already known?

I was shocked when a friend of mine told me about Truthfinder website! I immediately went online and entered my name, surname and states. I was shocked when I actually found my profile with all my personal information!
I contacted Truthfinder and asked them to remove my information and they said that it will take 48 hours to do that. They never did and removed anything! When I contacted them again they said that I need to be more patient and said that they need extra time to do that. Terrible website!

I went to the website www.TRUTHFINDER.COM and signed up for their services. I got the result and cancelled my subscription. However, the owner of the website charged me before subscription and continued to take money after I cancelled it. I was very upset that I believed to their advertisement, because it was waste of money and I could get such results from some free websites. I really need help, because I don’t want to waste more money now.
