I first came across the company through a bank telemarketing campaign. It was a free trial and they booked me a slot at a convenient time on the weekend. The service at the SPA was good but... after I've signed up for the pacakge. I can never get a timeslot in the weekends and even weekday evenings are almost always fully booked. When I finally get to my 1 month advance booking, which they sometimes forget about, I realised that in the waiting area are people who are coming for the trial.
Yes it's important to get more business, but WE ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS! This is no different from a scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
yes...and i'm planning to let the consumers association of singapore know this so this scam or whatever it is would stop their monkey business...we paid thru credit card and their customer service said that our package was empty..meaning no payments made! shame on them...they are more than thieves...
I agree with you. I also went for the free trial in 2008 and got a strange feeling that the staff were not very happy people themselves.
My sales person was trying very hard to sell me the package and she even cried in front of me. She said she might be fired if she didnt get more business.
I saw many people going for free trials at the Ngee Ann City outlet and when i went home and saw the complaints about the difficulty of getting slots, my mind flashed back to a lady, i saw while waiting for the lift, who seemed to a customer who was staying at the counter at the lift lobby asking the receptionist if they had any slots on certain days.
It seemed the lady was rather desperate to get some slot but the receptionist gave a few answers : "No, we are full on this day", sorry madam...something like that.
