LiftSpovercharged

ordered on line, free sample for $4.95 shipping and handling
Immediately checked my bank account...I had already been charged not only the $4.95 but an additional $29.95
Went to cancellation website www.verifyyourorder.com, it asked for 2 of several options for cancellation or info on acct., I entered two...declined...again, 2 declined, one asked for 1st six numbers of my credit/debit card...no way am I giving that...so...they are slime bags and I want my money back...this all took place within 5 minutes
I printed out all of the documentation...

They are all over the internet with pictures of Jennifer Aniston, on the Oprah Show, on NBC and on and on...I am usually very, very cautious...this is the first time I've been "HAD"! and I don't like it...

I sent to LiftSp for a free sample of LiftSp which a product was sent, following month a charge of79.00 dollars was charged to my credit card. Wrote and phoned LiftSP they said charges wud be credited and a refund made, The following month another charge for LiftSP was added to my Charge card. Was told a refund in the amount of 140.00 would be made within 7 to 14 days. 3 weeks have passed and still nothing from LiftSP.

The product doesn't work and the way their charge is set up it's impossible to get a refund for the first charge including the $9.95 try out offer and the 15 days later charge of $69.95 and soon after another $69.95
so don't even try this product or BEWARE unless you don't mind wasting your money.

I was stupid enough to get suckered into this scam. They charged me $9.95 shiping instead of $4.95. To make things worse, the also sent a one ounce jar of nasty face cream! I decided to check my credit card bill because I had a BAD feeling. Well they charged my card $29.95 for this greasy cream that I didn't even ask for! At my own expense I mailed both of these products back! $5.50 S/H with tracking. I wrote them and told them that they were no longer allowed to charge my credit card. I called them up and told them I didn't like their products & not to send me anymore.
Then I contacted my credit card company. I sent them a copy of the letter I wrote to LIFT SP, the tracking # from the package that I sent their crappy products back in. My credit card company credited my account for the full amount. Visa is now going after LIFT SP to get the money back!!
If was an awful lot of work for something that was supposed to be a free trial size.
STAY AWAY FROM LIFT SP & SKIN PERFECTION!!

They advertised to get a sample of their product for free they were just going to charge $4.95 for shipping and handling . And that I would have it in 5 business days. They also took $29.95 out at the same time unknown to me. I checked my visa the next day and seen what they did. I have never been able to track down this company I found out from my visa debit card that they are in the state of MD. I withdrew all my money from my debit account and closed the account. I never received the products either. They are theives . It has been three weeks since I ordered the so called free product. I never received nothing. I was scammed!!!

Liftsp advertised their product and to try it for free just $4.95 for shipping and handling. Without my knowledge they also stole from my visa $29.99. It has been 3 weeks now and I never have received the product they advertised.

It was supposed to be sent in 5 business days. It has been a full three weeks and no product. I found out the next day when I checked my visa on line and seen what they did. I closed my visa who knows what else these slime balls would have done. They are despicable.

Responded to a sample of skin lotion from Rejuvenate Worldwide and this was a companion offer. There was nothing in the offering mention the separate price of $79.95. Tried to call and receive a recording, "no one is available take your call".
    I have been suckered!

Complete rip-off. You pay @ $6 shipping for a sample of their serum and then they charge you $80 plus on your credit card for NOTHING, then you find out in the fine print that they will do this every month until you "cancel" your membership, however when you phone to cancel and complain, you are put on hold (there is no-one there.) Your credit card is charged by a "computer software" company. This company advertises on Facebook and is a complete fraud. I had to cancel my credit card.

They ripped me off after canceling membership, took money from account but I never received product, called customer service to cancel membership, then within 8 days, they took more money from account. Fail to refund ' shipping and handling' for products I never received. Will give them 10 days send a double refund, since they took money out twice.

I called the 800 numbers from the TV ad for LiftSP free trial for 4.95 postage. The customer rep was very forceful and would not accept no for an answer. She kept trying to sell me on more products. I fianlly told her to just cancel my whole order completely. Unfortunately I had already given her my credit card # and when I never received the product and the 4.95 appeared on my charge card plus another charge for 29.95 I called the 866 # and spoke to Yanda. She was very pleasant and checked it out and said the 4.95 product should arrive any day and whatever the 29.95 charge was for had not been shipped. so she would reverse the 29.95 by the end of the week and gave me a code #4CDA7. She also assured me nothing else would be sent or charged. Now today 1/31 I see a charge of 79.95 appeared on my acct dated Jan 27. I have called my credit card company to contest the charges and they have Drilift listed as the company and it is a software company. They are sending me paperwork that I have disputed these charges and am not paying them. I will try to call them on Monday and resolve this matter.

I was charged $69.99 U.S. [$89.99 Canadian] on my Visa for ordering a free product that was $4.95 for shipping. When I got my Visa bill, the original charge was there but also the extra charge was there. I was not told that I would have this extra charge if I didn't send the product back in 14 days if I wasn't satisfied with it. I phoned the company about this 'surprise' and was told the charge was for the above reason. I said, I paid all this money for this little sample. She said yes, and explained that it was all explained in the paper work, which I would have remembered if it was there. I'm quite upset about it.

This company offers a trial of their product for $4 and some odd cents. You can purchase another product for $79.95 or you can just check the Free Trial..which I did...with no further obligation. I received the product (wrinkle serum)very promptly...now 30 days later they have debited my account for the $79.95 that I didn't want to purchase with the free trial and not only did I not receive that product(which I didn't want but they said it would be 14 days before they would reimburse my $79.95...OH HELL NO..I will go to my bank and have them to remove the charge. I will also stay on this company by any and all means possible to give them pure HELL for ripping people off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...LIFTSP Multi Peptide Youth Serum with Acai at www.spbeauty.com After this I don't need youth serum..I need a face lift and some nerve pills!!! Rhonda S.

Good Luck with these Crooks! Also they use ( DRI*REG.NET [protected]) to handle their online ordering so this company will have all of your ordering information. They will give you Lift SP's telephone number and not much else but you can let them know what a rip off Lift SP is...also if you can't get through to Lift SP just call back as if you were going to place an order with them and they will answer very promptly (IMAGINE THAT)...otherwise you will be holding on the line forever!!! I hope this helps...and I say do what ever you have to ...TO GIVE THIS COMPANY HELL!!!My advise go to your bank and have them to remove the unauthorized charges.

Ordered trial product. AMX was charged $4.95, which I expected. I never requested continuing issue of product. I received another shipment in the mail which I promptly returned with a note to cancel. I got my credit card statement yesterday and it showed a charge of $79.95 on 1/30/09. It also showed another $79.95 charge on 2/14/09. Ripped off in Kentucky!

I gave them my credit card # for shipping and handling to try their liftsp free sample. After 30 days of use, I not sure if the result is as great as they claimed. Then today I got another shipment from this company without any charge statement attached to the shipment. Right now I don't even know how much they charged me for this shipment, and I don't record I had authorized them for any continued shipment. This is really a scam! IF they did not do this to me, I may think about actually order more to give this product more time to see if it works, now I don't think I like this company/product any more...I won't continue to do any business with them.

Well I assure you that in the free trial, that all of the terms were there for you to read. Before claiming a company is a scam, perhaps you should give them a call and talk to them. You know that they do have a 30 day money back guarantee right? Please be responsible with your actions and reactions. Claiming a company is a scam, simply because you don't recall facts, is not responsible and is unfair to all involved.

Well I assure you that the trial abides by every law and regulation set forth by this country. Not to mention the trial stands by a 30 day money back guarantee. Give the company a call, and talk to them about what can be done. Not everything is as it seems.

It is unfortunate that these complaints make it to this board, as it is clear to me, that this post was not posted by one of the customers. These are not the practices of the company nor is it even close to accurate on how things happen.

Rhonda, simply stating that you had no further obligation does not make it true. It is very clear in the trial orders that you are being allowed to try the product as part of the autoship program. It spells out very clearly how long you have for the trial, and what to do if you are not pleased. Not to mention, as Michelle said they do have a 30 day risk free guarantee. Perhaps just calling them and asking a few questions, will clear up any misunderstandings you may have. The company is not out to get you, nor will it ever do anything to harm anyone. The purpose of these programs is to get you involved with a quality product, without canceling the assumption is that you wanted the program, as that's what you are trying. They will not keep your money if you are not satisfied, they simply don't want it. Also, anyone can cancel anytime at www.VerifyYourOrder.com, thats 24/7, and does not require any hold time. All this information was given to you multiple times before you hit the submit button on your trial order. I wanted to make you aware of this information in case you werent prior. Thanks.

I responded to an advertisement in Better Homes & Gardens for a free bottle of LiftSP. The only payment mentioned was S&H at $4.95. I went to the website listed in the ad and ordered the free sample. When my American Express bill arrived I was charged the $4.95 plus $79.95.

After visiting several other websites for LiftSP I found the "fine print" that was not included on the site I ordered from.

DO NOT ORDER the free sample. You will be automatically be entered in their monthly plan and charged 79.95 every month.

No one has answered the 800# listed on the website but I will not be taken by them. I will fight this through my credit card company and any other means necessary. It's the principle of the thing and companies like this should not be allowed to rip honest consumers off!

NO THE INFORMATION WAS NOT given to me multiple times. Before I hit the submit button on the order, a screen popped up and asked if I would like another product ($79.95) that went well with the Multi-Peptide product for $4.95. I declined the product offer for $79.95 and then hit the submit button. This email is basically calling me a liar. Do not call me a liar. Tell Michelle, I did call LiftSp. The customer service representative was very rude. You can call it a misunderstanding or whatever you like. THE TRUTH IS... it was an UNAUTHORIZED transaction. I did not have $79.95 for the product therefore I would not have made the purchase. One fact that I am aware of is the purpose of these programs is TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! I am sure you are also aware of this information and I will help make other consumers aware in case they aren't prior . Thanks for being such a problem. It's not like I am the only customer complaining about this. There are MANY unaware customer complaints. Just google it and read. Instead of creative rip off marketing tactics, maybe LiftSp should be honest in their marketing approach. Honesty is the best way...you would have far more satisfied and possibly repeat customers. I will keep an eye on this as I am sure it is far more lucrative for this company to continue these unethical practices. They do not want my money nor anyone else's that's why they are taking money without authorization...they are taking it but they don't want to, YOU simply stating this does not make it true. I have changed my banking information so LiftSp need not bother with another transaction as I have seen with other unsuspecting customers (multiple unauthorized transactions). They can not receive another payment from me. I also had to file a dispute at my bank and order a new credit card... so much for LiftSp customer service and SIMPLY refunding money. You can not justify such practices. I am sure this company will not be in business very much longer. A quality product is only one aspect of a successful business. Customer service and satisfaction is another and is most important.

These customers were unaware they had ordered anything other than the $4.95 ( or $4.99 ) whatever. Anyway why call to cancel something that you have not ordered! That makes no sense. Oh, by the way I am also going to call the pizza place to cancel that pizza that I did not order, too.

That is exactly what happened to me. The website that I ordered from did not post that information either. The best way to get through to LiftSp is to call to place an order and they will answer very promptly. Then you may tell them to cancel the order that you did not place to begin with. That makes a lot of sense, huh. Be prepared they are not friendly. My advice is to file a dispute with your bank, they should investigate and your money will be refunded.

On January 30 I agreed to a 14-day trial-size offer of the LiftSp product. That should have cost me $4.95. That's what I agreed to. If I had known I was signing up for some $80 / month program, I never would have ordered the stuff in the first place. How dishonest ! About a week later their trial bottle arrived. I didn't try it right away. Didn't think I had to. On February 17 my credit card was charged $79.95, and before the statement arrived with the $4.95 charge and the $79.95 charge on it, I was charged another $79.95. I called the 866.897.2464 to cancel, and Nate 5308 offered to cancel the second charge only. I explained that I had only received the 'trial' bottle and would return any further shipments, and that I did not want their product, and that anything after the first $4.95 (which I did agree to) should be credited to my account. What a ripoff company !!! Besides all that, LifeSp is crap and deosn't work anyway.

I ordered a sample product from them & paid for the postage. But to my big surprise I was also charged extra
37.29 $CAD for a product I didn't purchase, by a company called "DEBT EATER" ! which is also located in Utah having the same order references. Now After I called "LIFTSP" they claimed not knowing that "DEBT EATER". Impossible to find the adderess of "DEBT EATER" & after a hard search I found their phone number which is (+[protected]). I then called "DEBT EATER" to know why they charged me & where did they obtained my card data. They pretended that I checked for their service while I was ordering the "LIFTSP" !!
After some dispute they said to refund me & I hope they will do.

BUYER BE WARE. Do Not Order from this company. They are CROOKS!!! They will send you products that you did not order. When I called to compain that I was charged 29.95 for something I didn't order, the customer service rep told me that somewhere in there is a box that is auto checked, yes send this product. It's up to you to find it and check the box do not send. The customer service is very rude. They use tactics that are unethical. They also sell your email to other companies. I was bombared with over 20 emailes from diet pills to dating services within seconds of ordering the product. Tell everyone you know about this deceptive company. I was told that I would be issued a refund. I hope that they are honest enough to abide by what they told me. This should be illegal.

Stay clear of free trial offers, they'll end up costing you way more than you bargained for. They are not like free samples.

I ordered what I thought was a free sample of LiftSP for a 14 day trial where all I had to pay was the $4.95 for shipping.

Several weeks later I received a new charge on my credit card for $79.95. When I phoned their 1-800 number and asked for an explanation, I was told that I had agreed to paying full price for the product if I didn't cancel within 14 days and return the unused portion of the product (at my charge).

I reviewed the offer and sure enough, at the bottom of the offer for the free sample (in much finer print than the rest of the page) were spelled out the terms of the offer. There is nothing I could do but cancel future shipments.

I am really upset at how these products are marketed. They may be in the right legally, but they certainly are in the wrong ethically.

On top of that, the product did not even perform as advertised.

I cant get to the website to cancel my order for liftSP I tried calling to cancel and cannot get through to them. I cannot afford to have 80 dallors taken out of my account every month as I am on a fixed income and do not have that extra money to spend, please cancel my subscibtion to LiftSP as immedeitly as I caanot pay for this and feel the whole thing is a scam and if the product is that good. you should not have to trick people into buying it. Most People think it is a one month free trail for 4.95 shipping charge and you have three days to cancel, but when you go to cancel you cant get to the website or cant get through on the phone. Everyone is going through hard times rite now and money is tight, this is a insult to the American People.
