ordered on line, free sample for $4.95 shipping and handling
Immediately checked my bank account...I had already been charged not only the $4.95 but an additional $29.95
Went to cancellation website www.verifyyourorder.com, it asked for 2 of several options for cancellation or info on acct., I entered two...declined...again, 2 declined, one asked for 1st six numbers of my credit/debit card...no way am I giving that...so...they are slime bags and I want my money back...this all took place within 5 minutes
I printed out all of the documentation...

They are all over the internet with pictures of Jennifer Aniston, on the Oprah Show, on NBC and on and on...I am usually very, very cautious...this is the first time I've been "HAD"! and I don't like it...

On January 30 I agreed to a 14-day trial-size offer of the LiftSp product. That should have cost me $4.95. That's what I agreed to. If I had known I was signing up for some $80 / month program, I never would have ordered the stuff in the first place. How dishonest ! About a week later their trial bottle arrived. I didn't try it right away. Didn't think I had to. On February 17 my credit card was charged $79.95, and before the statement arrived with the $4.95 charge and the $79.95 charge on it, I was charged another $79.95. I called the 866.897.2464 to cancel, and Nate 5308 offered to cancel the second charge only. I explained that I had only received the 'trial' bottle and would return any further shipments, and that I did not want their product, and that anything after the first $4.95 (which I did agree to) should be credited to my account. What a ripoff company ! Besides all that, LifeSp is crap and deosn't work anyway.

I cant get to the website to cancel my order for liftSP I tried calling to cancel and cannot get through to them. I cannot afford to have 80 dallors taken out of my account every month as I am on a fixed income and do not have that extra money to spend, please cancel my subscibtion to LiftSP as immedeitly as I caanot pay for this and feel the whole thing is a scam and if the product is that good. you should not have to trick people into buying it. Most People think it is a one month free trail for 4.95 shipping charge and you have three days to cancel, but when you go to cancel you cant get to the website or cant get through on the phone. Everyone is going through hard times rite now and money is tight, this is a insult to the American People.

I got ripped off by Liftsp too.

I signed up for trial product, and thought that's it...only to find out two charges of $79.99 from LIftsp on my credit card, so I called the customer service, and was told that there will be two shipments to me and she is going to take away on charge of $79.99 ...this I can keep my two shipments with only one charge of $79.99...but after a month after the call, I only received one shipment, and I am not happy with the result, it did not make much difference on my lines at all...so I called customer service again and told them I will be returning the only shipment I got and I want to get refund for that $79.99...and the lady over the other end said that they already gave me one refund and that's all they can do for me, they don't want me to return the product (in package, not even opened yet), and they will not refund the charge that they posted on my credit card, what a crap, I will call my credit card and dispute with this charge, let's see if I can get my money back...I will update you all if I success ...

This is the lady who doesn't need youth serum but now needs a face lift and some nerve pills! The telephone number to Lift SP is [protected]. Also they use DR*REG.NET [protected]) to handle all of their orders. Give both of these companies HELL! When you call Lift SP they will probably keep you on hold forever so just call back as if you were going to place an order with them and they will answer very promptly(IMAGINE THAT). Good Luck with these CROOKS! also the website is www.spbeauty.com Complain to anyone who will listen...They haven't heard the last from me. BEWARE LIFTSP...you are going down!

Stay clear of free trial offers, they'll end up costing you way more than you bargained for. They are not like free samples.

I ordered what I thought was a free sample of LiftSP for a 14 day trial where all I had to pay was the $4.95 for shipping.

Several weeks later I received a new charge on my credit card for $79.95. When I phoned their 1-800 number and asked for an explanation, I was told that I had agreed to paying full price for the product if I didn't cancel within 14 days and return the unused portion of the product (at my charge).

I reviewed the offer and sure enough, at the bottom of the offer for the free sample (in much finer print than the rest of the page) were spelled out the terms of the offer. There is nothing I could do but cancel future shipments.

I am really upset at how these products are marketed. They may be in the right legally, but they certainly are in the wrong ethically.

On top of that, the product did not even perform as advertised.

Ordered a "FREE" sample from the website. It required I pay postage so I used a credit card, HUGE MISTAKE! They billed my credit card the $4.95 shipping then about 10 days later charged my card another $ 79.95. All attempts to reach the were unsuccessful. Contacted my bank to dispute the charges with no success. These people are pros' at covering thier tracks, getting your money and keeping it.
My credit card statement reflected the following
DRI*8668972464LiftSP [protected] MN
If you see that on your bank statement CANCEL YOUR CARD. They will bleed you dry.

This company offers a trial of their product for $4 and some odd cents. You can purchase another product for $79.95 or you can just check the Free Trial..which I did...with no further obligation. I received the product (wrinkle serum)very promptly...now 30 days later they have debited my account for the $79.95 that I didn't want to purchase with the free trial and not only did I not receive that product(which I didn't want but they said it would be 14 days before they would reimburse my $79.95...OH HELL NO..I will go to my bank and have them to remove the charge. I will also stay on this company by any and all means possible to give them pure HELL for ripping people off! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...LIFTSP Multi Peptide Youth Serum with Acai at www.spbeauty.com After this I don't need youth serum..I need a face lift and some nerve pills! Rhonda S.

Complete rip-off. You pay @ $6 shipping for a sample of their serum and then they charge you $80 plus on your credit card for NOTHING, then you find out in the fine print that they will do this every month until you "cancel" your membership, however when you phone to cancel and complain, you are put on hold (there is no-one there.) Your credit card is charged by a "computer software" company. This company advertises on Facebook and is a complete fraud. I had to cancel my credit card.

I gave them my credit card # for shipping and handling to try their liftsp free sample. After 30 days of use, I not sure if the result is as great as they claimed. Then today I got another shipment from this company without any charge statement attached to the shipment. Right now I don't even know how much they charged me for this shipment, and I don't record I had authorized them for any continued shipment. This is really a scam! IF they did not do this to me, I may think about actually order more to give this product more time to see if it works, now I don't think I like this company/product any more...I won't continue to do any business with them.

I am in FL. for 2 months of the year and during that time, I ordered a bottle of their product. Somewhere in the fine print, they said that you had 15 days to cancel an auto ship program.
I returned to FL. this winter to find 10 packages of the product. The way it was listed on my charge card, it looked like an internet subscription or something else and even though I check my bill every month, it got past me. I of course was not here all year to see the product coming. i called the company as was told they are not set up for returns even though the product was still packaged as delivered. The charges started Feb. 16th 2017 and are seen on my account thru Nov. of 2017. I have read some of the complaints that are just like mine and why this Company still exists, I don't know. I guess there are always more people to fool!

I responded to an advertisement in Better Homes & Gardens for a free bottle of LiftSP. The only payment mentioned was S&H at $4.95. I went to the website listed in the ad and ordered the free sample. When my American Express bill arrived I was charged the $4.95 plus $79.95.

After visiting several other websites for LiftSP I found the "fine print" that was not included on the site I ordered from.

DO NOT ORDER the free sample. You will be automatically be entered in their monthly plan and charged 79.95 every month.

No one has answered the 800# listed on the website but I will not be taken by them. I will fight this through my credit card company and any other means necessary. It's the principle of the thing and companies like this should not be allowed to rip honest consumers off!

I called the 800 numbers from the TV ad for LiftSP free trial for 4.95 postage. The customer rep was very forceful and would not accept no for an answer. She kept trying to sell me on more products. I fianlly told her to just cancel my whole order completely. Unfortunately I had already given her my credit card # and when I never received the product and the 4.95 appeared on my charge card plus another charge for 29.95 I called the 866 # and spoke to Yanda. She was very pleasant and checked it out and said the 4.95 product should arrive any day and whatever the 29.95 charge was for had not been shipped. so she would reverse the 29.95 by the end of the week and gave me a code #4CDA7. She also assured me nothing else would be sent or charged. Now today 1/31 I see a charge of 79.95 appeared on my acct dated Jan 27. I have called my credit card company to contest the charges and they have Drilift listed as the company and it is a software company. They are sending me paperwork that I have disputed these charges and am not paying them. I will try to call them on Monday and resolve this matter.

They advertised to get a sample of their product for free they were just going to charge $4.95 for shipping and handling . And that I would have it in 5 business days. They also took $29.95 out at the same time unknown to me. I checked my visa the next day and seen what they did. I have never been able to track down this company I found out from my visa debit card that they are in the state of MD. I withdrew all my money from my debit account and closed the account. I never received the products either. They are theives . It has been three weeks since I ordered the so called free product. I never received nothing. I was scammed!

I was charged $69.99 U.S. [$89.99 Canadian] on my Visa for ordering a free product that was $4.95 for shipping. When I got my Visa bill, the original charge was there but also the extra charge was there. I was not told that I would have this extra charge if I didn't send the product back in 14 days if I wasn't satisfied with it. I phoned the company about this 'surprise' and was told the charge was for the above reason. I said, I paid all this money for this little sample. She said yes, and explained that it was all explained in the paper work, which I would have remembered if it was there. I'm quite upset about it.

Please inform older folks that are looking to remove wrinkles to stay away from this bogus product. On their website they have big flashing neon banners that says "Get your free trial of risk free SP immediately" THIS IS NOT FREE AND THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR $69.95. They are going to say that you agree to the terms and conditions. I give them that it is a term and condition that you have on the page BUT...Get you glasses cleaned and LOOK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CLICK THE PROCCESS MY ORDER BUTTON. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY! CONSUMERS BEWARE READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITION STATEMENT. LOOK VERY CAREFULLY FOR BECAUSE IF YOU BLINK YOU WILL NOT FIND IT. MY ADVISE, JUST DON'T BUY IT PERIOD! it's not worth the hassle. Their customer service is just like the product horrible!

Liftsp advertised their product and to try it for free just $4.95 for shipping and handling. Without my knowledge they also stole from my visa $29.99. It has been 3 weeks now and I never have received the product they advertised.

It was supposed to be sent in 5 business days. It has been a full three weeks and no product. I found out the next day when I checked my visa on line and seen what they did. I closed my visa who knows what else these slime balls would have done. They are despicable.

this LiftSP company is the biggest crap i ever delt with. just as so many people said that they scaming people they're really do. the sample they send you is not for free, it means that you sign up to purchase their product, they hide the information in the agreement that nobody read because it's so long and full of s... then they charge your credit card for $79.95 and the funny thing is i didn't even received the product. i just realized that they charged me for their product that i didn't even order and since it's passed due 30 days, they not giving me back my money, neither received the product.
so ### YOU LiftSP and your product...

On March 2, 2017, I talked to Jessica # 5040, regarding the unwanted and unexpected charges on my Feb. Discover charge account. She explained the FINE PRINT on your free two week offer, and also said that because of your 30 day "Satisfation guaranteed" that she would issue a credit for the March charge. She gave me a confirmation number ; H 9179D8FFCF for the credit of the March charge. My March Discover statement shows a charge to this company of 79.95 on March 6, 2017, BUT DOES NOT SHOW THE CREDIT PROMISED, by Jessica and confirmed by her with the above confirmation number.

Ordered the free trial for LiftSP Product - caught the small print as order was going through - that I was being put on a monthly mailing order, price of $79.95. Website was there for me to cancel, only at first I couldn't get thru
Order Cancellation says my trial period had expired, and I had been billed. After 10 minutes of "talking" to "Jenny", I received a "cancellation" number - 21 numbers long - we'll see if they actually cancelled
For those of you who don't know: the Customer is always right.

A complaint to Visa will have Visa reverse the charges on them!
Thank you Visa,

This is not a real company - it's an online scam intended to rob you blind. You start by agreeing to pay $5 for a 30-day trial, and it ends with them sending you product monthly and charging you $84.95 each time. You can call the company to discuss the problem [protected]), but they rarely answer the phone. While they did close my "account" (funny, I don't remember signing up for an "account" and monthly supplies) they did not reimburse me for the product I returned to them.

Check out the complaints not only on complaintsboard.com, but the BBB. Ridiculous.

I ordered a sample product from them & paid for the postage. But to my big surprise I was also charged extra
37.29 $CAD for a product I didn't purchase, by a company called "DEBT EATER" ! which is also located in Utah having the same order references. Now After I called "LIFTSP" they claimed not knowing that "DEBT EATER". Impossible to find the adderess of "DEBT EATER" & after a hard search I found their phone number which is (+[protected]). I then called "DEBT EATER" to know why they charged me & where did they obtained my card data. They pretended that I checked for their service while I was ordering the "LIFTSP" !
After some dispute they said to refund me & I hope they will do.

This ad said you'd get a free sample of LiftSP for just Shipping and Handling, then when you give your credit card information, you find that you're charged an extra $20+ to cover the cost of the rest of the month's supply! This is tantamount to false advertising.
