No to wensha.

I’ve been in Wensha a lot of times with family and friends before the pandemic hit the country. I liked its ambience and service. Longing for a satisfying massage, I took my husband to Wensha Pasay for a walk-in package. We paid for a whoping 2,800 for a 1-hour massage supposedly inclusive of amenities like sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and buffet - same package cost almost half the price pre-pandemic. However, disappointments showed as we approached the reception. I had a hard time paying through gcash because of bad network/signal/connection. They don’t accept cards - considering that cashless transactions are highly recommended since COVID. We arrived at around 6:00 pm, just in time for dinner. But to more disappointment, there was nothing much left in the buffet area - only rice, tofu, ginisang upo and calderetang baboy na buto-buto. We waited for almost an hour for the management to serve the refill, they added pancit. No more drinks, just tap water. No more free-flowing brewed coffee, no more shabu-shabu like before - you now have to pay a separate bill for these. I got so disappointed I asked to cancel and get my money back since we haven’t started eating yet. The receptionist said that I can no longer cancel and that food is being served continuously until 10pm. He didn’t do so much at all, just asked me to wait and left me to entertain other guests. I didn’t want to get more upset anymore, so I just vented my frustration out to my husband and went back to the buffet area. We started filling our plates around 7:30 pm with the dishes available - tofu, caldereta, rice and pancit. Few minutes later, they added undercooked chicken adobo (prepared very poorly - small feathers still visible in the drumstick). Our dinner must have cost just around 200 for the 2 of us. Terrible food- worst buffet ever!

The sauna room was not available, steam bath was too hot I cannot even sit in the tile bench, water in the jacuzzi looks a little cloudy.

Massage was okay, but it doesn’t feel like the relaxing wensha massage i had before anymore. Too light even after asking for a more pressure.

We’ll boycott wensha until it is restored to its former glory - bigger dining space and cozier set-up like in 2016, buffet inclusive of more food choices with salad and sushi, shabu-shabu, free juice drinks and free-flowing brewed coffee, with serviceable amenities, enough hygiene and beauty kits, well-trained personnel/managers who are available to assist guests and better signal reception

I applied for your promo for 60 Min. Foot Massage with Buffet at Wensha Spa for P616 instead of P880 for 4 person & 60 Min. Full Body Massage with Buffet at Wensha Spa for P756 instead of P1080 for 2. I Purchased it on 2018-06-17 16:13:47 and piad thru Cebuana. Since this morning, I contacted Wesnha Pasay & Timog to booked for schedule, but all contact number was just kept on ringing. I tried to call again at 11am, luckily someone picked up the phone but in a second he dropped it (833-9897) so I tried to call 833 9899 unfortunately, it was just kept on ringing. I tried to call 378-1398 someone picked up the cradle it just a second dropped it. I tried to call again the said number I'm just thinking that it might accidentally drop it. But, the number was in busy already. I tried to call 375-1399 but same with 375 1398 it just a busy tone who answered my call.

I want to schedule & use this promo for tomorrow, it should be my Birthday gift for my 55 years old Mom, but I think Wensha will ruin this. Why does Metro deal promote this type of Product if they couldn't handle our concern.

I'm hoping for your immediate assistance. I still want to spend my Mother birthday at Wensha since.
