Very unsatisfied in the manner that Toyota handles late payments. No payment reminders or late payment notification, especially for the first time of a missed payment.
Auto-payment was already in effect.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Charlotte, NCYour staff is very rude at the time of speaking to a customer.
At the time of calling a customer, it is the callers responsibility to introduce themselves before demanding information from the customer.

    we so understand what your saying, we're in NC as well, and we think they are very money hungry and can careless about your well being or whatever and just cares about funds and being paid...they have no right to be this way towards consumer's if you will...well i hope things work out for you as we hope for the same, but at this point they owe us money (refund) as it we're
