In July 2023 I had my car taken my south east Toyota financial, after missing payments as result of me loosing my job, and having an automatic payment that were never going through, I was able to get my car back after paying what I owned, ever since then they created a new account number which I never got and was not able to log in into the website to make payments. This lead me to make payments over the phone, with the automated system, on Wednesday 11/29 I came back home to not seeing my car on my garage, I called 11/29 and complained and ask the reasons behind it, they told me that they never receive payments for the last three months which every night for the last 3 months I have been calling and using the automated system to pay, but they never got it. They keep calling me during working hours which I could respond and when yesterday i spoke with an employee told me that they work until 9pm which is a lie, they told me to call back today to see where my car is and to tell me the total amount that I have to pay, because now I have to pay off my car what is worth of almost 20,000. Which 23 years old have that amount of money laying around? No one, if I don’t pay it they will action my car and report it , which will put my credit worst of what already is after lossing 2 jobs this year. I call back again today and they transferred me to the department that I needed to talk, nobody responded y was on hold for 35 min and nobody picked up the phone, I called back at 6:40 pm to see if it was true that they worked until 9 but guess what… they were close. I need help to get an answer.

And to add they took my car with my house keys inside and my license…
