Someone has made an account using my name and pictures. I have never made a tinder account because I am married. I have been with my husband for 9 years and this is causing an issue. I have had multiple people report it.

My name is Priscilla Cutlip and I would like to report a person who is using my cell phone number to catfish women. I've received several text messages from random people who send me inappropriate pictures. I do not use tinder nor do I have profile. The person giving out my cell phone number claims to be a man named Marc in the 330 area code. He's repeatedly giving my number out and I'd hate to take legal action against the site.

I purchased tinder gold membership for one month, only. My account was debited in Nov and now again in Dec. I would like a refund for the Dec debit.
Also, this gold membership is questionable... The same photos appear under the gold membership as it does in the standard viewing. The photos come up saying someone likes you and yet when you like in return it doesn't come up as a match, how can that be? When two parties like each other it comes up as a match...
Please refund the money owing and cancel the gold membership. The bank has been notified and there is a stop on any further transactions from your company.
banned for no reason
HI my account on tinder was banned for no reason. I got an email saying i violated the terms of service and therefore my account was deleted. I went through all the terms of service and community guidelines and cannot find any violation I may have comiited. I have emailed them several times to ask them to simply tell me what violation I committed but they are refusing to tell me. Please help. I'm not looking for them to unban me or reactivate my account. I simply want them to tell me what rule or rules I broke. Thanks in advance
I was banned for no reason at all...i was trying to delete account but was unsuccessful...i logged out...I woke up next day and found out I was banned. so I emailed them..after 2 or 3 emails.they said they will refund my subscription fees...and will be diverted to someone else to study ban...Next email was negative. Still banned..all the time I was asking them to point out exactly what my violation was.. they just replied that I violated community standard...so what part or section on your standard was it I kept asking...until yet another officer replied with same answer adding that if I replied again they will not answer back...now how rude and unprofessional is that

I was on tinder for years, no problem, then one day l got banned. Been a year still not recovered my account, unable to make new account. I did nothing, I'm an attractive female, l have genuine interactions, no violation of any terms. I've had my main app l use daily taken away for no reason and I'm very disturbed and upset. I had created an account less then 24 hours earlier. Not paid, no contact with any other members. And I got banned! I’ve not committed any violations and yet I’m being treated like a criminal. I am having this exact same issue and I was so confused so I looked it up and found this board- I am shocked at how many users experience this problem and yet Tinder has done nothing about it. I only had the app for about 4 days until I was suddenly banned and unable to log back in, for absolutely no reason at all. My profile and messages were 100% innocent and normal. I emailed them 3 times demanding an explanation but I now realize that I will not get one. I am still getting notification from Tinder every day about getting super likes meaning that my profile is still able to be seen by others... which makes me extremely uncomfortable considering I don't even have access to my own account while other people can still see it. I feel like that has to be violating my legal rights or something... I am wondering if anyone has taken this customer service issue further like a lawsuit or something? I just can't comprehend how such a seemingly successful company can have such insanely bad customer support and even let something like this happen in the first place... In the meantime if anyone knows if it's possible for me to regain access to my account somehow please let me know, because it is so frustrating to deal with this especially because I was actually talking to people that I now have no way of contacting ever again. I really hope the people who work at Tinder get what's coming to them because this is insanely unfair.
Just got banned too. Very bland profile and I only contacted 3 users. One turned out to be a prostitute who wanted $400 because I "wasted her time talking", next day I'm banned. I was completely polite even to the prostitute. Tinder will not provide a reason for the ban except to tell me to go read their terms and conditions.
I didn't get banned, but I have been getting 0 matches for the past month. So I may as well be banned. On the other hand, Bumble is great, so I know I am not ugly.

Honestly I feel this has to be against the law or at least some state laws to ban people after they've paid for the service. I'm in Montana and it's a state law once you pay for a service and if the service is not fulfilled you can take them to court. I've filed a complaint with BBB and my states General Attorney. Something has to be done about this outrageous scam. I've looked through their T & A, but nothing in there can stop my states law from filing suit. If I don't receive any feed back from them through BBB then I will touch grounds with my states General Attorney to see their take on this. Depending on the outcome I will have a lawyer send them an official letter demanding a reason for my banning. It seems like quite a few people get banned for no reasoning, so possibly a class action lawsuit should be in play here.
I sent a Subject Access Request to Tinder after they banned me almost immediately after signing up to Tinder Gold for a year. The data goes back only 3 years but has been interesting and hilarious to look through. Yet not once can I find an instance of me breaking their Terms of Use. I have emailed them repeatedly asking for clarification with little to no response.
I have had a full refund for my money after sending the complaint to Google Play Services, however I really want to hold Tinder to account for this absurd display of behaviour which it seems they are taking out on so many users. I am going to keep enquiring, as although I am not in need of their service, not knowing why they banned my account is infuriating and unhelpful and Tinder refusing to tell me why is frankly pathetic.
Just reject credit card charges for Tinder Gold from you App Store. Hit them in the pocket where it hurts.

On the 15/9/2017 I made 3 purchases via the Tinder App. 2 were for $53.99 to receive 60 Super likes and another was for $139.99 for annual subscription. These have not been mad available to me and I am still using the free, standard usability for this app. There are no contact details for Tinder so I am unable to put the complaint forward to them. Basically I believe I have not received what I paid for.

I was under ther impression that I paid for a tinder plus with a one month subscription but apple billing have continued to deduct $28.99 from my account each month. I was not aware I was signing up for a a contract and I'd like to cease further payments for a app I used only the once.

I would like to report a 'Romance Fraud' which recently happened with a person found on Tinder App.
I started an online relationship with one Bradley Smith of USA origin, via the App facility that allows you to pinpoint suitors around the world. I found this person in Switzerland.
After a pause and then a short time of chatting in the Tinder App he encoutaged me to chat on Google Hangouts. He deleted his connection with me from Tinder where I could no longer contact him.
One day he said he was flying to Dubai for business deal. He owned a company called Crown Oil & Dredging Services. After a period of meetings and presentations he claimed to have won a contract to dredge for oil.
We chatted on Hangouts from September to late November. He wrote every day anf encourahed me to do the same often getting angry at my lack of time for him if I missed returning a message. He professed great love for me quite early. He shared many photos of himself, his daughter and his business plans. He sent pictures of his contracts and company research and even his passport. He encouraged me to do the same. I sent him only a 6 or 7 pictures of myself fully clothed and my young neice and nephew and my two freinds. All pictutes he sent ate attached with this message.
After some time I was convinced the relationship could be real and he wrote of his visiting London to see me in December for a week while his company shipped materials in the sea from China. He mentioned wedding rings and a future together for the rest of our lives which I naively believed.
At this point he said he needed money quickly as his China supplier had a shortfall and the new supplier costed $400 per item more for his dredging materials. He claimed if he did not get this money by a certain date to ship the materials that he would loose the Dubai contract through negligence.
I borrowed £1000. Which he said would help greatly, saying he was asking other friends too. On a sunday afternoon I got the money in my account for him. He seemed very, very happy and suggested I send the money via Western Union or Moneygram. This sparked my curiosity! I heard this is a method of payment with no trace. I asked for his bank number but he refused adamantly to send this information. I was unwilling to use this payment method and I suddenly became skeptical.
As soon as I admitted doubt and was unwilling to help he became very hostile. He picked a fight with me regarding some personal faults, though I remained devoted. Eventually he found an excuse to extract himself from the 'relationship' at the end of November 2017.
I am choosing to report this now to protect others from his scam story and scam behaviour. His name is probably fiction and the pictures I suspect identiry fraid. They are all taken at a distance with few selfies. I worry for other victims as his story is convincing. Although no money was actually taken from me I worry other desperate 40 something year old women may be duped into losing money.
Please accept this information against this person or persons who may be part of a Nigerian scam ring so I've heard. His text did mot seem American and the syntax in his words was always odd. At times his letters seemd like a different personality altogether. Please be warned against this name and note his pictures and associate persons as identities stolent with a fraudster(s) posing behind his online connection. I feel it my duty to report this. Thankyou for you attention. I wish to remaon anonymous.

When I try to open tinder it says that my account is under review. Then it says "you have been warned too many times." I've never been warned, not even once about anything. I'm sure I'm not violating the guidelines. I paid for a full month of tinder plus but I'm not able to use it and I'm not getting what I paid for. Thank you for a great app I've been using for almost a year now with great experiences.
However, there is a big issue, which has been a problem for a little over a month now.
I don't know what has happened or if this is just a problem on the Danish Tinder app. But now there are way, way less profiles to swipe through than there used to be.
Usually when I hadn't been on Tinder for a day I would get around 100 profiles or even more to swipe through. Now I get around 10 profiles or a little more but no more than 20 profiles (unless visiting other cities). I've always searched in a 50 km radius.
It worries me if Tinder has made an update that for some reason results in giving me only around 10 % the profiles I used to get as I historically need many profiles to get a match. I don't want to look for competitor apps before I've consulted you, but I'm afraid that will be my solution unless you can solve the issue for me.

I had Tinder for a week or two and then got kicked off. My account was under review. I had not sent any inappropriate messages, nor had I been rude to anyone. I figured it was because I said I'm transgender first up, as I've had a lot of hate about it. But I let it review me. But that's not the issue.
It's been three days and I've gotten no emails saying what's happening with it. I've sent two questions to support and still no emails! I just want to get back to my dating.
Tinder regularly targets transgender people while claiming that it is open and exclusive to all genders. I have talked to dozens of trans women who are going through the same issue regularly.
Men will swipe right in them, but then get upset that they were sexually attrCted to a trans girl, or sometimes that get mad if the trans girl turns them down, so they flag the profile out of meanness. That is to be expected since people are mean. However, the fact that Tinder joins in and targets trans people regularly is appalling. Tinder should have a mechanism for filtering out false profile flagging, but they really don’t care and are more than happy to continue discriminating against trans women. I am a journalist and working on a story about tinders regularly to protect its trans users and now collecting stories from the hundreds of trans wimein targeted on this app. Please send your experiences to ksomadekoros@gmail.com

I purchased the tinder gold, and today when I went to login it asked me to login using my facebook and or phone number, but it never connected. When I called customer support, I got the run around, and the rep - Daniel keep saying he was going to refund my money but use digital currency! I didn't use digital currency to purchase the plan, I don't want digital currency to be refunded. On top of that, he wanted access to my computer, and my niece caught him trying to login into other accounts such as amazon, paypal, and access my camera on the computer. And after an hour and half, nothing was resolved! He keep trying to say, he was just verifying my email, blah blah blah! I just want my money back! And make sure my information is deleted!
