I purchased tinder gold membership for one month, only. My account was debited in Nov and now again in Dec. I would like a refund for the Dec debit.
Also, this gold membership is questionable... The same photos appear under the gold membership as it does in the standard viewing. The photos come up saying someone likes you and yet when you like in return it doesn't come up as a match, how can that be? When two parties like each other it comes up as a match...

Please refund the money owing and cancel the gold membership. The bank has been notified and there is a stop on any further transactions from your company.
