The Cato Corporation / customer service

I called to ask if they were hiring, and the person I believe was the manager answered. She replied with agitation, we are accepting applications. I then asked if they are currently hiring. She aggressively and rudely replied I don't give out that information over the phone. The tone of voice she gave was very unnecessary. I asked a question politely and she should not talk to a customer in that way. She could have said I'm sorry we don't give that information over the phone but feel free to come in and ask. I politely said thank you and got off of the phone. I don't know the store number but the address is 2323 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37043 and the direct number is [protected]
