kobo offer on covet fashion

I completed this offer where I had to buy at £10 worth of ebooks on Kobo. I did not receive my 11, 000 diamonds (this was a double diamond weekend on Covet Fashion). Submitted a ticket nearly a month now..no response. Have submitted smaller amount tickets recently, received those. What is it about Tapjoy paying out large diamond amounts owed?? It is not as if they're sending out real money! Really need those diamonds now as challenges getting expensive. I paid over £10 to receive diamonds which I did not get. Oh and I don't want to receive half the amount which is the non double diamond offer amount. I did the offer specifically on double diamond weekend to receive double diamonds! Tapjoy have done that to me before...given me half amount although offer was completed on double 💎 weekend. Can anyone help??
