poor customer service
I completed an offer through a game in Facebook and did not get the credit that goes with it. I contacted through the only means (email) and am stilling exchanging email 1 1/2 months later. They respond only when I send a 2nd email asking for a response. My problem is apparently a malfunction in their linking system which shows no record of my completing the offer. They do not seem to be prepared to fix their problem and stand by their offer. Unless they step up to the plate, I won't do those offers again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Completed an offer from them. Waited the appropriate time to be credited. The allotted lapsed and they were contacted. Got an automated response that said they were looking into it and to feel free to respond to the email. They have done nothing nor responded to any further emails. I feel scammed.
Because TAPJOY ARE SCAM PROFESSIONALS.That's exactly what happened to me.SEE my complaint"BUISNESS FRAUD".

I completed an offer through a Facebook game to sign up with Netflix and receive subsequent credits for the game. Needless to say, I did not receive the promised credit. I have been communicating with Tapjoy and after a week of back and forth, they finally decided "According to the Netflix system, you abandoned from the signup process after clicking on the advertisement. Only fully completed transactions qualify for currency." Curiously, there were no issues in signing up for Netflix. When I called their customer service, there aren't any issues on their side. So apparently the process I used worked sufficiently to sign me up for Netflix but not enough to receive approximately $25 in game credits. Tapjoy isn’t standing by their offer and has no interest in resolving this situation.
Via the Crime City app on my iPad there was a free 16 gold bars offer for using providing a verifiable email which I did. I also completed 3 political surveys.
Please get me my gold

Yes, I myself completed an offer via Facebook game to sign up with Netflix and receive 200 Farm bucks for the game. I did not receive the credit and after many emails with Sairam Sankar Tapjoy s rep he finally decided to send me this template response "According to the Netflix system, you abandoned from the signup process after clicking on the advertisement. Only fully completed transactions qualify for currency." I have sent them screen shots of the confirmation and my account information and still nothing. Finally, I sent them my username with Netflix and they ignored my email. Netflix should drop Tapjoy.
YOU and thousands others my friend.I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU REPORT TAPJOY AND ALL THEIR FRAUDULENT SITES THAT RIP YOU TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

TapJoy Customer Service is a total Joke! You send a request to address and issue. You send them the information they request, then they come up with another excuse not to help you with your request. You request a phone contact for them or a Contact name for their CEO and you get no Response. They deserve to be put out of business! Hope no one ever has to do business with them!

Big offers that have alot of gems up for grabs that require you to spend quite abit of time on things are completely ignored even when proof is sent they blank your messages, if I was you and you're looking for an answer as to why you're not getting your rewards I suggest you either stop using tapjoy or contact the game developers to use another service. /Rant
