Swell.com / Poor Customer Service Experience

Had a horrible experience with Swell and their customer service. I had made an order and when my order arrived one item was missing. I contacted customer support and was told that they cancelled it because the item was out of stock. They never even notified me about that! I asked if I could order it in a different size, they said it was completely out of stock. When I checked the website, it was still in stock in all sizes! The rep then told me he didn't had any information about that. I was told he'll call me back later and we will discuss all the details. But he never called and I never received my item.
