Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] meter changing due to leakage of gas

Respected Sir,

My house meter SNGPL was damage and leakage of gas. So please change meter as soon as possible because it is dangreous. Your team of SNGPL was tell me about meter broken and leakge of gas they told to submit a complaint for changing meter.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] new meter gas leakage

Dear sir two days before a new meter fit by department on my home at 8 pm during fitting fitter crack the meter valve at that time not feel lekage of gas in morning i see that leakage and complaint to near sngpl complaint office and wait for two days but no response of my complaint and when i visit complaint office the person which communicating me his name is Imran he says its not our responibility you check your problem to plumber on behalf of you and if u pay me 1000 rupees then i see ur complaint and order to security person to push up this person outside i m very upset because of this behaviour kindly sort out my complaint .

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] laying of gas pipeline

Dear sir a sum of Rs. [protected] was approved for provision of gas to village jhangi Bains and rupper khurd. I am from rupper khurd and my 450 ft long street has not been included by survey staff of sngpl sowan camp office. Today gas supply has been restored in my village but for us still line not laid. Authorities are requested to instruct concerned staff to complete the work immediately. Demand notices deposited by three houses of same street are available and attached

27_3_2018 کو میٹر کے گیا تھا بل کی بروقت ادائیگی نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے
جو کہ میں نے اسی دن حبیب بنک میں جمع کرا کے 28-3-2018 کو جوہر ٹاؤن آفس سے رابطے کیا ضابطے کی کارروائی کے بعد مجھے میٹر بحالی کیلئے دو دن انتظار کا کہا گیا جبکہ آج مورخہ 2-4-2018 تک میٹر نہیں لگا جس کی وجہ سے تمام گھر پریشانی کی حالت میں ہے

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] installation of new gas meter in sultana foundation, partal, islamabad

I have applied for the new gas connection in Sultana Foundation, Partal, Islamabad in 2002 and 2005 but the new connection was not awarded to me. However, new line has already been installed in my Gali but the new connection was not given to me despite a considerable delay. Mr. Liaqat, an official of Sui Gas department, I-9 has informed that no dockit No has been received from Lahore, as and when No will be received from Lahore, new connection will be installed.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] complaint against meter reader for illegal bill reading

Respected sir,
I am a consumer of SNGPL D.G.khan, vide Bill ID: [protected], Account ID is [protected], billing month Jan 2018, in the name of Fateh Muhammad S/Mehr Ali Khan, Rajput Colony, D.G.Khan, and stated that my bill for month of Jan 2018 is wrong and as per meter reading law not full fill the requirements of Picture of meter is not available in the bill, the meter reader is irresponsible person and due not attending the reading he intentially write in notification as Sticky Meter, but I have not received the any notice regarding fault of meter or Sticky Meter before this bill and wrong bill is intiated against me.
Please raised my objections urgently otherwise, I am able to submitted the case in Consumer Court, High Court, This email is to be known as a Notice. Please solve my problem and if the meter is Sticky than why the staff noticed me and why the department change the meter because meter is situated in outside and the department is responsible of any faults of meter. Please correct my bill and if the meter is sticky, change the meter on urgent basis with free of cost as per SNGPL Rule and High Court Order, WR-1759/16 High Court Multan Bench, Lahore and Supreme Court order.

A.a me Masala ye hi k Mera demand notas jama hi meter number is [protected] name off Muhammad Afkar Ahmed from attock Ewan shreef nai abadi me 6.2.18 ko jama kia ab meter laganay ki bari hi to Koi 10 hazar mangta hi to Koi 7000 plz sir help me or one week me laganay ka kehtay hi agr pasiy na dy to ni laga k daingay .Sir ap ki mehrbani hogi agr w/o apna kaam imandari k 7 krain to ham jaisy ghreeb log khawari or cruption se bach jain. Ap ki ain nawazish hogi .

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] new connection of meter

I applied for new gas connection 10-12-2014, after waiting for 2 harsh years department issued demand notice which I paid in bank in same date 20-09-2017. But I cannot get gas connection. The connections applications belonged to 2015 are now installed however my application date is december 2014. It should be more prior than others. I tried to contact in office but they make shuttle cock and send me here and there. I m now fed up by this behaviour. Kindly put orders to installed my gas connection on priority basis.

I am residing in bahria town house no 115 sector b umar block lahore sice last one year. sui gas connection applied through bahria office lahore on august 2014.demand notice deposited on 31-08-2017 consumer no is [protected] through bahria town lahore. meter is still awaited. i visited a number of times bahria office sui gas department but in vain . please update me that whether meter has been issued or not.if issued why could not be installed so far.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] sui gas supply

Dear Sir,
Refer to my billing Consumer number [protected] in the name of Muhammad Iqbal (Late), my family has registered many complaints for non supply of Gas but since more than a year gas not supplied in my house. I am regularly paying my monthly gas bills and still the situation is painful for me as I am in out of country and my family suffers due to gas connection problem.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] urgent residential sui gas connection

Dear Sir,
After one year of submission of my application for Sui Gas Connection, I have deposited Rs.25, 000/- (Urgent Fee) on 09-08-2017. My Consumer # is [protected] [Kashif Faiz]. It is pertinent to mention that Sui Gas Pipeline is also available exactly at where Meter will be installed. But after lapse of 2 months, no improvement has done.
Please look into the matter and arrange to install my Sui Gas Meter ASAP.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] unexplained delay in gas connection

My Consumer no. Is [protected]. I applied for urgent gas connection in 2016. I paid urgent fee of Ra's. 25000 on 25.4.2017, and fee of Ra's 6000 as demand notice on 30.4.17. I received an SMS from SNGPL on 18.5.17 that my name is in the list of people with urgent gas connections and will be contacted soon. A few diggers arrived on a motor bike without prior notice at the end of June, 17 for digging. They dug in the front garden at a site of their choice, at the end of that process I was informed, digging needs to be redone as site is not appropriate. On my repeated requests a few more people arrived again without prior notice on 8.7.17 for digging. At the end of digging, they asked for sweet meat, I informed them that I will go & get sweets for them, they insisted to get money to buy sweets. I declined. When I returned home after about 25 minutes, they had gone with jug & glasses that they were provided drinks during digging. To date no one has contacted for gas connection, in spite of my repeated requests. No reason given for their indifferent attitude.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] interrupted domestic gas supply

I consumer no [protected], residing HNo 57 B, street 3, Sector B, Garden Villas, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi complain that since last two months the gas supply is denied very frequently, almost on every alternate day in these moths when weather is quite warm and at national level there is no sign of any gas shortage .
This is not happening only with me, many resident of this colony are facing the same problem .
I request to send your team on ground to trace the problem and provide the cosumer their due service when the bills are paied religiusly.
I expect a favourable responce from your side and my complain would be given the due priorty

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] complaint about violation of new connection

I, Sultan Sikander Khan, Peroleum Engineer, OGDCL, had applied for new connection. Consumer#[protected]. I got SMS on 09-04-2017 for meter instalation however meter as well as service have not been installed till 13-08-2017. Consumers who have merit after me got their connection however I could. Kindly pursue the matter and advise Layyah office authorities yo install my meter as soon as possible.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] I am complaining about new gas connection which has not been provided me after a lapse of 7 years.

My name is Abrar Hussain resident of Chak No. 109 S.B, Tehsil and District Sargodha and employee in Pakistan Army serving at Hyderabad Station at that time. Sir, I am MSc. I applied for new gas connection facility vide application number [protected] dated 7 September 2010 (scanned copy attach). It was a long service case and 50 meter extra pipe was required for provision of gas facility. After technical vetting and operational feasibility of Gas Department, I was asked to deposited demand notice in the respective bank in August 2016 after 6 years which I deposited in the MCB Ltd Satellite Town Branch Sargodha on 10 August 2016 (scanned copy attached). My gas meter was issued on 25 Oct 2016 as per office record but neither service nor connection was provided to me. When I met Mr Nouman Service Section (officer) he said that my case has just approved by RM not ordered to provide facility to me. I then met to Secretary Mr Waqar and asked him to get it approve for gas connection facility. He discussed my case with RM. RM told that this case has already been approved by me. Why gas connection facility has not yet been provided to the individual. Mr Waqar called Mr Nouman and told him all conversation with RM and instructed Mr Nouman to provide gas connection facility. Mr Nouman asked to provide photocopies of the document which I provided him. He promised me to provide gas connection facility in the month of Apr 2017 which he did not. I visited Sui Gas Office in the month of July 2017. Mr Nouman had been changed from service section and Mr Khalid was present there. I show him documents and asked to provide gas connection. He asked concerned representatives handing over documents to them to provide service as well as gas connection. After a lapse of one month no gas connection was provided. I again met Mr Khalid and remind them, he again asked documents which I provided. He said that my case has been approved by RM but no order is mentioned here for provision of connection facility. I told him that the same question was raised by Mr Nouman and was clarified by Mr Waqar. You may ask anyone of them. He regretted and said I need signatures of RM. I on 9 August spent whole day. RM and Mr Waqar both were not present. I am not a resourceful person so everyone tries to get rid of me. Is this my responsibility to get signature from RM. What all officers are doing there? If I don't follow my case, there will be no progress. No check and balance is held in the department. No one knew how many cases are pending to work. I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it at earliest as gas is a basic need of every house. If it seems impossible then please return my demand notice fees Rs. 6000/- . I have kept myself in control by using abusive behavior although they deserve for that. Gas Office is 20 Km away from my village. No one consider these things. I have great expectations from you. I did not tell a lie during my whole conversation however, unnecessary details which made me frustrated not told. My contact Numbers are:-

With refer my application account ID [protected] dated 22/3/2015 after discussion with manager customer service center SNGPL Gujranwala on 20/4/2017 for urgent connection. That the manager informed the urgent connection will be provided after payment the bill of urgent fee to Rs- 25000/- and after feasibility report of field staff the demand note will be issued and provided connection within 15 days
As per discussion I have submitted application for issuance of bill urgent fee on request my application enter on 4420 dated 20/4/2017 and issue slip
The bill received from General Manager (SALES) GAS HOUSE (3RD FLOOR) SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPELINE LTD 21-KASHMIR ROAD LAHORE on my address.
M.Iqbal 145-D -OPP Mubrik masjad 145-Sattlite town Gujranwala ISSED DATE 25/4/2017 AND LAST DATE IS 9/5/2017 THE BILL PAID ON 8/5/2017 ALLIED BANK LIMITED BR CODE O566 But unfortunately the demand note still not received after expired the three month period and still feasibility report is under process
Please informed me what circumstance in which my application still not process when all around the area gas pipe line available

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] request for issue of demand notice for domestic connection (application date - february-2015)

dear sir...
Salam o alaikum...

I would dare to seek your kind favour / help regarding issue of demand notice for domestic conncetion for my house built in shadman town, gadwal wah cantt distt rwp for which application was submitted on 04.02.2015 wherein it has been intimated by concerned office located at basti wah cantt that all demand notes upto july-2015 has been issued but even survey has not been done so far in my case by the deptt ...

Therefore, it is again requested to kindly issue orders and forward my request to concerned corner accordingly because i am in much need of gas connection. If your goodness favours me, i will be greatful to you for this act of kindness...

Dear sir,
I have already submitted a complaint through this email regarding charging of unjustifiable late payment surcharge but no responce appears from your end .
It is reminded that please stop the unjustifiable late payment surcharge which is being charge continuously along with monthly bill from consumer account no.[protected] over a long period of time. Already charged amount may ba adjusted in the bill please .

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] gas connection

I received application confirmation on 10/10/2013 and consumer ID # [protected].
Till date we didn't received demand note though the places has been visited by survivors and i and my contractor Jamal Khan phone number [protected] has visited them . Since I am abroad therefore Mr Jamal was in contact with SNGPL.
Beside this all houses around me got connection.
