Sui Northern Gas Pipelines [SNGPL] / complaint against meter reader for illegal bill reading

Respected sir,
I am a consumer of SNGPL D.G.khan, vide Bill ID: [protected], Account ID is [protected], billing month Jan 2018, in the name of Fateh Muhammad S/Mehr Ali Khan, Rajput Colony, D.G.Khan, and stated that my bill for month of Jan 2018 is wrong and as per meter reading law not full fill the requirements of Picture of meter is not available in the bill, the meter reader is irresponsible person and due not attending the reading he intentially write in notification as Sticky Meter, but I have not received the any notice regarding fault of meter or Sticky Meter before this bill and wrong bill is intiated against me.
Please raised my objections urgently otherwise, I am able to submitted the case in Consumer Court, High Court, This email is to be known as a Notice. Please solve my problem and if the meter is Sticky than why the staff noticed me and why the department change the meter because meter is situated in outside and the department is responsible of any faults of meter. Please correct my bill and if the meter is sticky, change the meter on urgent basis with free of cost as per SNGPL Rule and High Court Order, WR-1759/16 High Court Multan Bench, Lahore and Supreme Court order.
