Hello, my name is Cheyenne Watson and I have had service with you for about five years. I have never had a problem
Until now. I did have a byop plan with a Samsung note 3. I recently bought a LG stylo through Wal-Mart that was a straight talk phone. I called the number provided to transfer my phone number and service. This transaction was supposedly completed. However my sim, which came in the straight talk phone I purchased, is 'invalid'. There for my sevice did not transfer over. So now I have two useless phones and I'm paying for service I can not use. I am very unhappy and considering using a different company. Please either prorate the days it is going to take for my new sim to be delivered to me or reactive my note 3. Thank you have a great day.
