[Resolved] Spur Corporation / poor quality food, manager seemed disinterested when we complained

we went for lunch at spur in george mall south africa.

the two hake dishes were the worst fish meals that my husband and friend had ever eaten.the fish was flat, cold and not fresh by the colour.

i had the soya burger and it again was cold, with an odd brown sauce on the top unpleasant texture and tasteless.

we all had onion rings which looked like they had been dumpted on the plate, no taste and the left overs from another plate.
the manager came over after we stated there was problems and he said he had just been informed about the fish.did not seem too interested
we had also seen several other people sending their meals back.

we paid for the water and left.
our trainee waiter david was very helpful and did his very best in the cercumstances and we have no issue with him.

We will never go into george spur again but we have been into knysna spur and the standards are very high
