I made an order, the money was taken from my account. After two weeks, I wrote an email asking about when to expect the order. They said there was a delay because of the manufacturer, but the order had been shipped and was on it's way. A week after that I wrote again and received no response. A week after that I tried to phone, the line had so much static, it was impossible to hear anything. So I wrote again and said if I didn't hear from them, then I would take procedures to get my money back. They wrote right back and said the order is on the way. I wrote and said this is what I was told two weeks ago, so if it didn't arrive the next day, I would proceed to retrieve my money. They advised me that they had cancelled my order and had refunded my money... we will see. It was very obvious to me they had not even sent the order as they kept telling me.I phoned the manufacturer of the item ordered and asked if I could order directly from them and they said of course. I told they of my situation and when they asked who I had ordered from, I told them Garden Fairies Trading Company, they told me they were afraid I'd say that. They informed me they had heard many complaints about them getting product to customers.Think twice before ordering anything from them... maybe they eventually send the order, but who knows how long you must wait.

    I'm going thur the same thing right now. I place my order the end of Feb. I've sent several emails and have spoken to them on the phone and still no results ! I may have to go to the bank to get a refund of my $$. The sad part is I've placed orders with in the past and had my order within 10 days, but this is gotting old.

    I too placed an order online. Many many emails with only a couple of replies with promises and excuses. I phoned also and now the phone is not even picked up. This all started in April 2011 and it is now January 2012.

    I am going through this right now as well. Order placed in Feb. Still waiting. When I send an email to follow-up I eventually get a response that usually says "going out today". No response to my request for tracking information. Th responder continues to explain they are suffering migraines; mind like mush...That is none of my concern. Very sad to see the website is still live today regardless of their ability to respond to orders. No problem taking money...just can't fulfill orders.

    It's Fall 2012 and I just had the same experience. Takes money, tells lies and doesn't ship until I ask for a refund from paypal--voila, shipment on it's way---6 weeks later. This seller has an F rating at BBB. Should have checked first. Now I have 2 of what I ordered because I got from another supplier thinking I'd never see anything from Beth. Disgraceful.

    This is still going on. I placed an order on July 15th and money was deducted the same day. I never got any shipping info. I called both numbers repeatedly- no one ever answered and no messages were returned. Nor was the email I sent them. I have started the process at Paypal- and they have not responded to that either.
