My username is "L" my email is [protected]@gmail.com look I was messaging someone on hear. I sent the message and it looked like it didn't go through so I sent another and once again it looked like it didn't go through. So I sent one more then she got all three messages and then she blocked me. So needless to say I'm pissed off. It happened today on 04/22/2017 at 10:00pm the least you can do is tell hear there was a technical problem. Her username was Shelly. Before you say it's my Internet I have the fastest internet that I can get. So no it wasn't so fix my chat make this right its not the first time this has happened.

I can't find the profile, because people keep sending me printscreens. And it might be deleted now. But I'll give you all the information I have, because I know who did it, please contact me, I'll send you all the info I have..

This incident happened on March 31. People started calling me at 17.30 Istanbul time.
I contacted skout, but they don't care much about this problem.

The app is a scam. Honeypot. All your conversations are screened and moderated so if you come close to exchanging pics or plan on meeting up after a successful decent conversation, your account gets banned and staff will extort you into paying for a premium membership if you want your account unlocked. DON'T FALL FOR IT. The proof is in email if you inquire about your ban. Report to Better Business Bureau

I was on Skout for a day, met nothing but women who did part time cam modeling, conveniently in sexy clothing, but they also had these links to these sites, which were nothing but cam sex sites. I was damn near extorted by a woman from there, who's been reported to the FBI. Skout, in my opinion, is just a wannabe sex site. I would like to see the people who are there for sex kicked off that site.

Roughly estimating, of the messages I receive on Skout about one in three are from catfish and scammers. A lot of them claim that they're located in Independence Kansas. Also, most of the scammers have photos of beautiful women who clearly are in their early 20s to early 30s at best. Many of them want your Skype, Viber, Hangouts, WhatsApp and Mio IDs in their first contact with you.

Is Skout doing anything at all to protect its customers from these scammers? Why does Skout let so many frauds use Independence as their location?

I have been the very unwilling recipient of abuse after abuse by men and women on there and MY ACCOUNT was banned. That site should be shut down there are people that prey on others and are awful. I will simply let someone call me names on there when I say I am not interested. It seems freedom of speech is violated on there. That site isn't for good honest people.

After arranging to meet someone who also uses skout, when i got to the prearranged mee site suddenly the person whom was by now communicatinv via sms sudden did not know who i was, what i was talking.about and even lied and said they were in a different state though the app clearly showed they were in the same place as i was.
They tried all sorts to explain they were elsewhere but ad a telco expert i could debunk anything they quotes. they had also tried to get me to percure an illegal substance.
i was left stranded and had to walk home at night because of this.
i had advised i was going to report them, i did not until the next day and as soon as i reported them my own account was banned. i have emailed the ceo with no reaponse after 4 days.
i want my account to be unbanned please as i have not violated any terms

One guy tried to blackmail me from Pakistan .he said I have copied your photo and I will put ur face with nude pics.he said if u f*****k me right now I will not do that. I said no to him.. And he said that now I will upload on Google. This is his identity.. I asked are u from Pakistan .he said then f****k Pakistan .still I have reported for that user on skout to prevent further crime like that.

I tried logging into my Skout account this morning (I am never online). Imagine my surprise when I saw that my email address was blocked!

I emailed support @ Skout, inquiring why my account was blocked, and the reply was as follows:

"We have reviewed your account and, according to our records, your account was deactivated due to inappropriate content."

I sent a reply email requesting a more specific answer as to what it is that I supposedly did that violated the rules.

Skout just replied that they do not disclose details of the violation with the users.

Excuse me, but I have a right to know what the violation was! You have unfairly blocked my account! I did not load naked photos on my profile. I was online yesterday for the first time in about 2 weeks! There could not have been a violation!

In fact, when I was online yesterday, someone sent me a message stating that I am a scammer, and he swore at me; so I blocked him! I was the victim!

I want Skout to provide me with legitimate evidence that I violated the app rules.

Received a friend request from a supposed employee of Facebook. She told me Mark Zuckerberg had picked my name to receive a prize along with 20 other people. My pride was S950, 000 and all I had to do was verify personal info. The conversation died when I said I wanted to show this to a friend who worked in the Cyber Crimes Division of the F B I. No info was ever given by me.

i have uninstalled skout on my phone and yet i can see my profile from other devices... Also to specify dat my account is linked with my fb account and also i have used skout from my laptop... Plz help me as i am in mess and this can also result for hacking of my account or duplicate account..

I received a letter from Skout Lottery stating we won $2, 800, 000.00 dollars. When my husband called the long distance number a man answered stating we were the winners, but we had to mail $490.00 to before we could receive our winnings. $490.00 was a processing fee for our winning certificate. We did not send the money or gave any private details.

Skout was a great app from the beginning until I seen someone using my pictures pretending to be me. I reported the page and pictures numerous of times and still nothing has been done about it. I even sent them emails and every time I get a response it's an automated message. I been waiting for at least 2months for a response from them but still nothing. I would like to know why they don't take this type of report serious and how long am I going to have to wait until they decide to do something about it. I just want my pictures taken down and the account deleted.

i had been receiving spam emails from skout and thought nothing of it until i found out i had a profile. what? i never registered for skout! it turns out an option for deletion is "never registered". facebook google and every other internet webpage that can save and give away your information is twisted and definitely cause a bump in my marriage when my husband thought i was actually using it.

What I do not like how Skout is handles people being terminated. When your acount is terminated they say to send a letter to [protected]@skout.com Ok, you send a letter then you get the following email from them.

Notice this has no Skout Logo on it.

Does this violate Apple policy. On information and belief all applications on the iphone must have their own website. All applications that talk with consumers must not use a third party to send information back and forth to each other. Here Skout is using
Google Documents.

In the event you have used Google docs you are aware how easily it is to pass information back and forth to others. Once you fill out the form you never hear back from Skout. No where on the page does it not say that it is selling your information to a third party. You must fill out the form to chat on skout again is it really worth it? You decide for yourself.
