[Resolved] Shwas Homes / unscrupulous builder shwas homes
I am one of the customer, bought an under construction flat from shwas homes in the year 2006. During booking, I was promised two year's time for completing the entire work and the possession was promised by 2008. Slowly, the timelines kept on extending. Now nearly five years have already passed and still the entire work is not fully completed.in addition to the following amenities, the electricity connection also not done.
Clubhouse with health club, video game parlour, indoor recreation centre for cards, caroms and table tennis not done 100% covered car parking not completed
Swimming pool not completed spacious lobby with property manager’s room
Shuttle court not done driver’s rest rooms and servants toilets
Children’s play area not done two roof top conference halls for 100 persons and 25 persons not done
Generator with automatic changeover switches not done yoga and meditation centre not done
Two lifts with one bed-lift one lift not completed broadband connectivity not done
Creche for your tiny-tots not done telephone/cable tv/intercom facilities not done
Modern access control systems for security not done landscaped gardens yes
Sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting no information fully walled in compound with 24-hour security yes
Alternative water supply with treatment plant no information
The builder conducted a key-handover ceremony in june 2010, where they handed over just one key of the main door and not handed over the apartment’s deed. They conducted this ceremony just for start collecting the monthly maintenance charges form the customers. They collected the entire payments including the legal & registration expenses and waiting for the apartment to be ready. They also did not give the accounts with proof for the expenses against which they collected for legal, stamp duty and registration expenses, etc.
The disastrous nri customers, who are invested their hard-earned money with shwas homes are now suffering from their deceitful behavior. The customers are paying a huge amount as interest towards bank loans and their apartments are not yet ready with full amenities.
