Received a post card in the mail that they want to buy my house.

Called Rebuilt on 10/16/2023.

They inspected the house on 10/19/2023

Signed contract on 10/24/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days.

They changed closing from 11/24/2023 to 11/17/2023

11/17/2023 I showed up and signed all closing documents. Rebuilt did not.

11/17/2023 Rebuilt tried to change transfer taxes for the property to split after I signed all the closing documents even though the contract stated they would cover all closing costs. When I refused and cited the contract, they agreed to pay all closing costs.

Rebuilt moved closing to 11/21/2023 and failed to show or sign.

Rebuilt moved closing to 11/28/2023 and failed to show or sign.

Signed another contract on 11/29/2023 that closing will occur within 30 days. 12/29/2023 came and went without any contact from Rebuilt. They are now breach of contract.

Rebuilt is in breach of contract for 2 separate contracts.

I have requested to be removed from the mailing list on multiple occasions and am still receiving post cards with pictures of my house I would like to be successfully removed from the mailing list. I do not want to receive any further communications from Rebuilt Realty.

Yesterday rebuilt realty texted me and asked if I would consider a offer on my house I replied no interested house not for sale today they texted my sister same message asking about my house I consider this harassment and I want it stopped my house is not for sale will not be for sale while I'm living please get to leave my family and friends alone thanks

from Rebuilt Realty, sent me an unsolicited text message to my personal cell phone. I have never given permission for this company to text me. On Tuesday, March 30, I received the following text "I've got a few rebuilds going on, contractors I can work with. Figured we could come up w/ a quick dead for *** Dr. ***, Rebuilt Realty". and "My name is ***. I am actually a local investor around Central KY with Rebuilt Realty. I was just reaching out to see if you're doing well and hear your plans with *** (sic) *** Dr. Have you considered selling?" I have never had ANY prior relationship with this company, never gave them any permission to call, text, or contact me in any way regarding ANY matter. Their unsolicited text is a clear violation of the Federal TCPA.

my wife and myself received text messages last week from a ***. the text was not written as to the clear intent of what was being asked. I called the phone number it came from and told them to have no other contact with us. now we have received a post card in the mail 4/24. that is addressed to my wife in her maiden name. this is to ask about buying our home. we have already contacted them once and now they are contacting us through the mail. we are asking to have no more contact as we are not interested in selling our home. We trust that this will be handled and there will be no more contact. The card that was sent to us has a picture of our house on it and I feel that this is an invasion of privacy. I understand that you can get any house you want on the computer. We do not take kindly having that kind of information spread around. We want you to demand that this gentleman and his company have no more contact with either of us.

Rebuilt realty has been sending out information on my address asking people off they would like to put a proposal on my house that is not for sale.pp A family member sent me a text message she received for *** at Rebuilt Realty asking if she was interested in putting a proposal on my address. I called the number provided in the text and it would immediately disconnect/ not connect. I have noticed increased activity around my court lately and I'm concerned its because of the information *** has sent out to who knows how many people. I called rebuilt and and ask about this practice and was told *** is no longer with the company. I then advised he is still out there using there name and false information trying to get proposal on homes. I was told he have someone look into it but I do jot want them using my house for their promotions or whatever they are doing. The person at rebuilt was jot helpful I don't think he understood my complaint. I am elderly and do not feel safe with people driving around stopping in front of my house.
