On 6/18/2015 I went Shoppers Food Warehouse to use the money gram services to send money to my girlfriend. After making the transaction of sending 125.00 the employee entered in the wrong information and the money was never sent to the card. I came back after I got off work that same evening and another employee said that moneygram will reverse the transaction and send a refund. Because it was gonna take 10 business days the manager of Shoppers specifically told me to come back in the morning and they can refund my money. He also took down my information. Of course that never happened so the manager never kept his word. I ended up contacting moneygram myself a week later and they told me that they the transaction of the refund was still being processed and I'll get a call in a couple of days. Once again that never happened. A week later I went back to shoppers and an employee told me she will make a note saying I still never received my refund. The following week I call moneygram and instead of hearing that my refund has been processed, they tell me that my money was received and it's gone! They also tell me that since it was shoppers that made the mistake, I need to go back to them to get my refund! I know for a fact that won't happen. I just need my $125.00 back but nobody is willing to help me get my refund. Please help

In the last six months there has been more incompetence from the employees at this location, then anyone could possibly imagine. The law was changed a year and a half ago, that should the pharmacy not be able to get a hold of the doctor for a prescription renewal, they can just fill the prescription if it's a mandatory medication, such as heart med, asthma, etc. I just found out that they made my husband go 3 days without his Asthma puffer, because they think their god! These incompetent employee's at the Barton Street locations, refused to renew my husbands medications due to the doctor not receiving it in time before the weekend. My doctor had to fax it off Monday morning, 4 different times! Never have I seen this type of incompetence with a pharmacy. The most ignorant, rude, employee, who seriously don't know what the hell they are doing. Hamilton, Ontario has too many other pharmacies to have to put up with their incompetent behaviour. Never mind the fact that so many times, I've been shot on my meds. Little bit of a problem in counting out the meds there too!

At 10:20 pm, Thursday January 15, 2015 I asked a male pharmacist at D.Kooner Pharmacy 1755 E. Broadway at Commercial in Vancouver if there was any more Nin Jiom available as I have really enjoyed this natural product having had bronchitis and now pneumonia which 3 antibiotics have not cleared up in the past 2 weeks. Upon hearing him say that there wasn't any, a female pharmacist whose name I later asked for and was told by him is Ruby, said, "I am obligated to tell you that it may be carcinogenic."

I do not appreciate the rudeness of this 'pharmacist' and wonder where she was 'educated', having no respect to not interrupt a conversation with her colleague nor give me such negative information.

I saw my Father die in Silent Agony from Cancer 5 years ago and do noT 'need' to hear this word, especially from such a Ruby, if that is the 30 something year old First Nations (?) pharmacist's name.

How can you employ such a negative and ignorant person who is neither helping your sales of items your store has on its shelves ?

I have researched Nin Jiom and have found no reference to it 'causing' "Cancer", which Ruby also even more rudely 'answered' my questionning what she meant by saying that (without any proof or references) then to and insult my intelligence even further by saying "It means Cancer" when I well know what carcinogenic means.

Please hire more Sensitive Pharmacists who know How to Communicate in a more Professional manner and to learn to mind their own business when seeing a customer speaking with another pharmacist in your stores. I am reluctant to ever shop at this location again because of 'Ruby's Rudeness.

Cashed in winning 7-11-21 VA State Lottery Ticket bought from in store machine. The ticket said I had won $1.00 because it was under the #7. However, the ticket said that if I won either from a 7, 11 or 21, the prize would be 6 times the stated value. The cashier would only allow me $1.00. I asked for the manager. But, because the clerk had already scanned the ticket and it was read again it displayed "ticket already paid". I was not given $6.00. (Please note the $6.00 would not make or break me - I am protesting because I felt cheated). This occurred approx. 5:15pm at Potomac Yards - Shoppers Food Warehouse on 6/6/13.

When I checked for misspelled words below . "There were no misspelt words." Should be misspelled.

Once a month shoppers has seniors day with 20% off sale. Am a senior & for the first time decided to take advantage of this. However discovered that items that were on sale did not qualify. This was one of my reasons for waiting for the seniors day. To me this is false advertising & would REALLY like to know why sale items do not qualify.? Many seniors are on a budget & what an opportunity to get more bang for our buck as the saying goes. I shop a lot at Shoppers, however going to re think this as we do have other stores that give great deals.

I shop at your Colmar Manor, MD 20722. I noticed when I buy from your store the vegetables or fruit and fish. They spoil immediately after buying. Also the quality of meats are not fresh also their's a lot of hair all over chicken & turkey. Chicken has purple marks on it like the chicken was beat up very badly also turkey. When I shop at Safeway or Giant this does not happen. I wish that you could sell fresh food like them. Also when I have coupons I have to constantly remind the cashier to scan my coupons. They also stated that they scan them at the end. They never do. In that case they should of ringed that item last along with the coupon that was attached to the product. They immediately took the coupon off the food and forgot to scan at the end. Also make your store look appealing instead of depressing to look at.

Have fresh food that don't spoil two days later. Scan coupons remember make your store look appealing instead of depressing to look at.

ALSO YOUR MEAT smells BAD I BELIEVE THEY ARE CHANGING EXP DATES ON THE FOOD.
