Be aware of hidden fees. I did the mistake to trust Shipito.com and I ended up paying $ 19.30 for a 1.00 lbs (0.45 kg) 10"×7"×2" (25×18×4 cm) package shipped in the US. All this after an endless exchange of emails because their website did not worked properly. The customer assistance is very poor too.

A friendly advice: DO NOT USE shipito.com.

saya selalu menggunakan Viabox. saya rasa Viabox lebih baik dari Shipito. selain biayanya yang murah pelayanannya juga sangat baik. CS akan merespon dalam kurun waktu 1-12 jam. selain itu di Viabox tidak ada biaya lain yang tersembunyi.

I've been using viabox for sometime and it proved to be the best freight forwarders among all with excellent service with lowest rates, no hidden charges, no processing fess, no sign up fees.

I've been using viabox for sometime and its best cargo service i've found. It has no hidden charges, no processing fees, no signup fees, most reliable company with lowest rates and best customer service.

I worked with them for 2 years. They are expensive, hard to speak with personal, many rules that will harder your life. Usually overweight yours packages. As for me will not use it in future.

I created an account and payed the $8.50 deposit, but I cannot to login to my account, support= sh$$@! answer =0 SWINDLER! BE careful!

Their customer service is ok, not the best of the best, but surely ok! I've had a lot of communications between them, and although sometimes they provide your with a "standard copy/paste" answer (but which customer support doesn't do that!) they have always helped me out when you explained the issue in a CLEAR and FRIENDLY manner to them.

There are a ton of complaints about both shipito and viaddress, you can compare these companies to the better-known ones at http://www.usa-package-forwarding-comprarison.com/ so you can make an informed decision before committing to the wrong service.

Shipito is a good company with terrible customer service, I got suckered into an account recently looking at their 50 dollar virtual mail box promotion which no one in the industry can match, the issue here is they have terrible customer service, I am sure their competitors are loving this post, the truth is they are the cheapest, but WORST customer service

You should check the shpping calculator http://www.shipito.com/calculator It shows our shipping rate, any surcharge on shipping and it includes our bank fees. The only extra fee is mail out fee for package either $2.50 or $8.50 (old plan) and if you decide consolidate ($2 per package). There is nothing hidden.
