45 days and still haven't received my order!!!

I placed an order with this company for a christmas present for a family member on 11/28/2017 and with a delivery of 15-20 days I was pretty confident i'd have it before christmas. 15-20 days cane and went and I have been in constant contact with this company through several emails and it is now 1/12/2018 and I still have not received my package!!!
I contacted the company because the package shows still being in china and I stated I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund and the company will not do it.
The response emails from the company are very repetitive and show a lack of care.
I would never refer this company to anyone.
Do not order from them because you will regret it.
They say 15-20 days for delivery or product. It's been 45 days!!
