Sharp Logo Design / they ignored our requests and used wrong colors

We worked with Sharp Logo Design, but it was bad experience. We owe small travel agency and recently decided to change the logo of the company. We filled the survey, responded to different questions and answered to all the questions. The first logo, which they showed was awful. They used completely different colors and it seemed that they ignored everything what we asked for.
