I had given my Lenovo tablet to service on 23.09.18 at Time Square and the invoice given by the service centre mentioned that the product is under warranty.However they kept delaying it on ground that the product is not under warranty.It is pertinent to note that the same tablet was serviced few months back by the same service centre and they should have had all records in their system.I had again furnished a copy of the invoice which clearly showed that the tablet was under warranty.The tablet again developed problems because of bad workmanship .The tab is required for child's KHDA inspection on Sunday.Request you to kindly intervene and arrange to release the tab at the earliest.
