SENSIBLE-HLP.COM / unsolicited service/charges
This agency charged me 44.06 on my credit card bill for unrequested services. I had to call my credit card company,
who provided me with the telephone number of the agency. After a long wait, I was half way through the cancellation process when I was hung up on
by the agent. I then had to call back 3 times because I kept getting disconnected. The agent finally said that this request had been processed, and
gave me a confirmation number. This was an incredibly irritating process.
